For showdown, are we using all lvl 100? And, Z-moves are ok? Just want to double check before anything

I say z moves shouldn't be allowed as in order to use them, you need certain items and a z ring from Alola. Also, levels don't matter on showdown. They all go to lvl 50.

Just checked the rules and z stones fall in the same category as mega stones so they're basically not allowed.

Just read that part of the rules. they are allowed on the site but for the time being they have the same criteria as their in game counterparts.
Though for this RP they are not allowed. If we ever get to Aloha then they'll be allowed.
