Personality: An arrogant yet polite attitude, Takeshi is very confident in his own ability to become a hero - for good reason. However, despite acting all high-and-mighty sometimes due to his pride, he does try to be a genuinely good and friendly guy. Though he will not back down from fights if he has to participate, he'll try to defuse situations first if he can. Due to his pride, he's also extremely resentful of himself when he fails at something, even if it is something minor. Due to his past, he often stands up for those being picked on by others, and is glad to teach those picking on the weak a lesson or two anytime, anywhere.
Appearance: Takeshi has a semi-tanned caucasian skin tone, with eyes darker than vantablack due to his quirk (the entirety of the eyes- from eyeball to pupil.). Takeshi is a good 6'1ft tall with an average body. Takeshi has long, messy dark-grey hair that he wears down to his shoulders. Takeshi also has a big mouth that almost goes ear-to-ear with long, edged teeth that comes from his father's mutant quirk 'Jaws', a quirk that allowed his father to fire his teeth like bullets and regenerate them after a few moments.
Clothing: Takeshi's usual outfit consists of a white coat with a black shirt underneath, dark-gray jeans with a white belt, along with black shoes with matching socks. Other than this outfit, Takeshi prefers clothes with dark colour, mostly black and has no specific outfit other than his hero costume and the one mentioned above.
Hero Name: Shadow Warrior
Hero Costume: Befitting his hero name, Takeshi's hero costume is light, protective gear as black as midnight that resembles typical ninja gear - hood included. The suit dampens Takeshi's steps to a near silence and includes a toolbelt with two stun batons, smoke bombs and other items utilized for stealth purposes, escapes or quick takedowns.
Backstory: Born in Hamura, Tokyo, Takeshi was always a bit rowdy. Though his parents often cared little about his fights as they only saw it as 'boys being boys', Takeshi wasn't fighting because he wanted to. It was because his classmates had always been picking on him. Because while they all had quirks they could use, Takeshi found no use with his quirk until he learned how to use it for a second at most at the age of 12. Until then, others picked on him for having a 'useless' quirk. That did not stop Takeshi from giving a right beating to the kids mocking him, however he was far less successful with winning a fight than he is now as he could only use his fists while the other kids had their quirks. Still, despite having a rough life, Takeshi soon learned what he could do with his quirk in even just a second, and the tides were turning in his favour. He did not stoop to their levels however - Takeshi learned from his experiences to protect those were like him once. As such, he pursued a school to become a hero and discovered UA High. Ever since passing the entrance exam, Takeshi had been training hard both on himself and his quirk, truly deserving his spot in the Big 3.

Quirk Description: Shadow allows Takeshi to temporarily turn his body into an ethereal shadow version of himself - completely boosting his speed, reflexes, etc. by thrice their limit. Any strikes done while transformed will not appear until Takeshi's quirk wears off, after which a dark energy will follow the movements he had done during his quirk's effect, trailing after him and attacking anyone with the same movements and method of attacking he had done. (If he sliced someone with a sword, the dark energy would create a cut across the surface Takeshi attacked, making the motion of a slash.) Though he is ethereal, Takeshi can choose what to phase through and what to remain physical to. At the moment, Takeshi can hold the shadow form for five seconds, with the cooldown being the same as the duration that he used his quirk for. While the cooldown is active, Takeshi's senses are reduced while he is exposed to any kind of light. (While active, Takeshi becomes his own shadow, effectively erasing it from his shadow form until his quirk wears off again)

Bakugo is probably in the top 3's (if not 2) and i can honestly see Todoroki in the high 5. We can have some unnamed and oc pro heroes for some variety so it's not just characters from the og series
Also asking to see who's agency Shiruku's parents could be apart of to manage since i imagine it would most likely be someone in top 15 or even 10

I can definitely imagine Todoroki and Bakugo being up high like you said, ad for the other spots though idk. I’d like to imagine some pro heroes we already know of would still be around, especially ones on the kinda younger side.

Big rip, i’ve had that happen to me a fair bit too.
Fortunately (I guess) the person sitting right behind is blind anyways so I doubt they’ll be seeing much anyways.
I feel very bad for them now. Generally when the body loses one sense, it enhances the others. Given Zidane has two heads that don't get along too well and a quirk that just smells horrid, Kiba just might request a different chair

It’s a little sloppy, but hey, it’s something lol.
Name: Toko Mizushima
Age: 22
Birthday: November 13th
Gender: Male
Personality: He’s a deep conversation kinda guy. He’ll say some of the weirdest things sometimes, too. Like, he’ll just blurt out whatever he’s thinking and it’ll have nothing to do with anything. He’s smart, but his mind is focused on one thing and one thing only: Getting his dad out of jail. He’s the kinda guy who knows exactly how you’re feeling, even though you might not.
Appearance: Mizushima is rather tall, standing at 6’1. His wavy/messy hair is a cerulean blue. It kinda looks like actual water. He has yellowy green eyes. He is pretty pale, due to the fact that he doesn’t usually go outside. He almost always wears a serious/emotionless expression on his face.
Clothing: He really likes long sleeved things, so he’ll usually wear those and some pants. He says he dislikes showing skin, it makes him uncomfortable for unknown reasons.
Quirk: Unknown Water Quirk (I’ll think of something later): His quirk allows him to create water of any temperature from his hands. So, in theory, he could create ice or water vapor/steam as well.
Stats: (I wasn’t too sure about the stats, but idk.)

One thing I’ve kinda forgotten to mention that I should probably ask. You guys are aware that our characters would he referring to each other by their surname before they become friends right? I don’t believe anyone has had their character refer to another character by their first name, except Zasha and Yusuke and Kuroo and Himawari (I think.) As they are characters that are already friends. In actual text you can refer to someone by whatever name you want but when having dialogue with them it would make sense to refer to them by last name.
