Also they aren’t here to defeat Kohona XD. They are here to take Kiro and Kai back to the mist, with diplomacy or force. A quick in-and-out strike is entirely possible. A full on war? Not a chance.

Doesn’t mean it isn’t painful. You have feelers in your bones as well, it’s extremely agonizing to have a broken bone inside of you, especially several like her arm(s) too

I just think such small numbers can't really accurately represent the scale of how strong people get, and we're gonna run into the same problem the Databooks have;

From the 1st Data Book(Which covers the first 108 Chapters of the Manga); Kakashi is a 5 in Ninjutsu
From the 3rd Data Book(Which covers up to chapter 402); Sasuke is a 5 in Ninjutsu

Chapter 402 is right after Sasuke killed Itachi and awakened his Mangekyou Sharingan. MS Sasuke and Part 1 Kakashi have already reached the maximum possible stat for skill with ninjutsu, and we haven't even gotten into the 4th Shinobi war arc yet.

These stats just don't scale appropriately.

Perhaps then a 1/10 system instead of 5. More accurate that way

I think we'd require a more in-depth discussion of the details of the system.

For example, how much is 1 Point in any stat?

Going back to the databook for examples, for Taijutsu Neji(Shippuden) is a 4.5 and Might Guy is a 5

If we just look at these two things in terms of power, then 0.5 is the difference between 8 Gates Guy and Shippuden Neji, and that's a HUGE gap in power. Practically an entire Biju's worth of Power, and if 0.5 = 1 Biju, then Neji being 4.5 or 9 Biju's is BS :T

Since the above situation makes no sense, the stats can't represent raw power, they probably refer to something like skill level. That seems much more reasonable but clearly, since it doesn't really account for jutsu like the 8 Gates, 8 Gates Tomiko who might be a 2 in Taijutsu would massacre Shura who might be a 5.

The stats literally end up meaning nothing because techniques trump them. The only time the taijutsu stat would come in handy would be if they were gonna have a Slugfest.
