Mei wants to reform the Seven Ninja Swordsmen. That was what I was referencing. But we have no good candidates what with Zabuza being defected and the others dead.

I’m pretty sure Kiro was by himself but he has started to wander off. It’s just a matter of whether or not the ninja watching him are going to do anything. If nothing happens, I could have him run into the two.

I mean when your a jerk, a crowd will pick you up like your a famous musician, and pads you over to the nearest crowded road to be run over by every single veichle. Also Tsunade's attack confused me.

Tsunade basically flicked her finger so hard (By pumping her chakra to her finger) she produced a current of wind that will try to push Taiyo forward and herself back so she is out of the way of the fireballs and you are in their path.

Still doesn't change what I have to do, just gives puppet arms another chance to shine.
As well as giving Taiyo a reason to bear hug Madoka if they meet again.

Hiruzen is dead, minato was clearly different, tsunade is accurate, and Mei is being the dipplomatic Kage she is in canon, albeit now she has to handle things with more difficulty, considering the unrest in the mist over her rule as of late

There are eight different plans she can choose. But all of them include either subjuscation, purging, destruction, genocide, or indoctrination. Considering In war minato butchered thousands without mourning at all for his misdeeds, Mei would have little backbone to outright deny this action
