Eh, it depends. Itachi's Susanoo is pure bullshit and Perfect Susanoo is as well (Despite kyuu's claim that it is just fine.) But I try to avoid scenarios where characters I control just hax victory. Reason Minato's fight with Orochimaru lasted as long as it did (And also Shen's impressive efforts.)

If I had it my way, Susanoo would be an incredibly draining technique to keep up so the user would not be able to spam and hold it constantly. But I need to abide by canon to some degree, though I try to give wiggle room.

I just want cool fights where every character can have a chance to shine. I don't care what powers they honestly have, but there needs to be some sense of balance as I do not enjoy watching perfect, flawless strategy make potentially interesting matches (Azumi vs. Kiro) boring.

killing intent is an illusory manifestation of a person's aura or more appropriately it's the amount of sheer death and bloodlust that has stained their aura by virtue of the number of people they've killed. Its strength is determined by the strength of the person releasing it and said person's kill count.

To give a real-life example,
Imaging being stared down by a toddler with a knife. Not tooo scary right?

now, Image the same scenario, except instead of a toddler it's a serial murderer.

Although they both wield the same weapon, their strengths and aura are vastly different and a serial killer can induce crippling fear in people by virtue of their mere presence.


As a default, every single clan lead in the ninja world should have a decent chunk of killing intent since by their age they should've all been drafted into the 3rd Ninja war in their youths.

yea you can, just be running through the hallways of the Hyūga clan, and she'll be coming around the corner, you can collide spectacularly, but leave out the ecchi scene since they're both underage.

One of you needs to have a piece of bread in your mouth for it to be fated though.
