I'm confused on whether or not you guys are trying to help Godjacob or discourage him

Objectively speaking, till Tomiko proves otherwise in this arc, she is the girl who talks big but gets her ass kicked and whose only quality is not giving up which amounts to nothing. She is weak, Taiyo probably had a sick day or something and Kilk was just weak XD. That one fight doesn't erase everything that came after it.

1) It's very good practice and combat experience
2) Godjacob can lose miserably and have a perfectly justified reasoning for it
3) I really wanna practice some combo's I've been thinking up

It's losing hilariously to both that is an issue. Mori consistently looked more impressive against Reaver than Tomiko, and Kiro beat her without trying at all. That is more of the issue here.

Just saying, win loss records define character performance. And the better strategists tend to have characters with the higher win percentages. Azumi is kinda the outlier among the top tiers given I consider myself underwhelming in that area.

To be fair the Sound 4 as a whole kinda underperformed that arc.
