I fixed it my dude, wishful thinking I suppose. Although if I didn't kill his arms he'd be there, also he may or may not rank up since he is probably going to attempt to get the Jinchūriki yo come of her own free will.
I too wish my cast was stronger overall, but it is what it is. He'll have a chance to show his new skills this arc. It's what I've been telling myself as motivation XD

If he was in the hands of say, Kyuu, than yes. But this is me, I lack strategy, Kyuu basically let me win against Furījia and saved whatever super-secret-insta-win-need-to-be-nerfed strategy for her on us all. So TL;DR, Taiyo will forever be trash :/

I can relate to this so hard.
My cast are bottom in winning percentages across the board (Minus Azumi...who had some fortunate circumstance go her way there to beef up her volume). But yeah I have the same worry.

Tomiko has that capacity, and a Madoka/Kenji really haven’t had the matches neccisary to get a good reading

Tsuki: interesting....note to self...be friendly to Kai.
Kenji's had the matches, he just lost all of them. He's still winless.
Madoka was a non-factor in the Reaver battle on top of her one loss to Zaku (Without Curse Mark).

Hm. No, I’m fact she imprisoned tayuya successfully, and she saved Tomiko/mori’s lives on several occasions. Also notice both are strong element wise against her.

Tayuya was like at 1% strength by that point and distracted by Kai. That is not saying much XD.
And Zaku saved hers way before that ever happened. She'd have died way earlier before that.

And Zaku was saved by Kou to avoid death by Kenji : / it was a battle royal, teamwork is expected to play a factor
Just saying, she was rather ineffectual in combat and was a pure support role at best (And her efforts would have amounted to nothing had Reaver not just backed down from Mori anyway on some honor deal.)
I personally see a lot of potential in Azumi and Madoka particularly. @Godjacob
And @UniverSoul, I love battle tactics. If you ever wanna talk techniques/jutsus, just pm me.
And also as everyone lists there ocs ill compile a total list and post it in a spoiler or something like that, gradually updating it over time to track active oc's and current rankings.

As do I, and I am trying to maximize on that. But execution and potential are two very different things. All the power ups or unique improvements in the world doesn't mean much if they can't win in battle with them.
We'll just see how that goes. Tactics are not my strong suit and if they continue to fail despite their improvements it means nothing.
You know I really have yet to have an instance to show off my strategizing capability in the RP

I read through the discussion earlier and you guys are too focused on strength
If you've watched JoJo the you would know that strength means little when you have the wits to outsmart your opponents

The tiering system isnt simply based on power. The first 5 and or early 6 ranks also include technique, tactic, and general capability. Its only when you start to get deep into rank 6 and 7's that it becomes power biased.
Plus, the stronger characters in the tiers are typically the better strategists anyway. It goes hand in hand here.

I certainly have, which is why I say that no matter how much power I have I'm never beating Kyuu unless he let's me win, or in the words of Rex from the Clone Wars, "Experience Outranks everything".

The Jonin count just jumped to 19, that ties with Genin and Chunin combined.
It's based on strength rather than rank which is why I placed her there.
She likely won't be taking the Chūnin exams again anyway.
I just put her (Chino) in a spot that fits her capabilities. She's above the level of a regular Anbu, but not quite a Kage, so I placed her together with my clan heads.

Well, when your character loses to an Uchiha without a Sharingan active and not trying much, yeah a need to get stronger is warranted in the context of the story XD
