Not nessisarily toxic, just thougt I shpuld say what needs to be said, you dont have to be involved in every arc, but the ones you are involved in, you cant just abandon midway, I get that you may not be able to respond always, but you make time to like posts, usrly you can make tome to reply. And if you cant, at least tell us why.

What are we doing for it, and how much down time will we have between this arc and the next one?
If we are having down-time, what activities will fill that void?
I believe I've stated my intentions once before to host a martial competition in the Hyuga clan, and I'll expound more on that in the RP itself.
Other than that though, I'd really like to see some normal shinobi missions. Split into small teams to Exterminate Bandits, Escort Caravans, Capture Outlaws etc.
It sounds fun, and we could even pit our nations against each other. Say there's a merchant who has a lot of intel on the maritime trade of the Land of Fire. The mission on Konoha's end could be to capture/detain said merchant, while for another maritime power (probably the mist) they'd want to escort him to the Mist safely.
I'm sure we can think up at least 101 different scenarios, right?

You also mentioned I would’ve lost in my next post had Kiro been using LCM, but wouldn’t he still lose now? Kiro doesn’t have his sharingan or lightning armor active!
This reminds me of the Furījia incident where Sagisō put all her focus on her target and completely went off, except this time she can draw far more chakra. Plus she’s already sacrificing her legs for the increase of speed. I think it would probably be better for her if she doesn’t rush the technique... but since she’s enraged, it makes sense.
But yeah, depending on what happens, we’ll have find out some reason why a crippled boy is on a mission one week later. XD

I'd hinted at Sagiso having hair-related ninjutsu before in her battle with Shura, but I don't even know how many people would remember that.
Either way though, that was a set up for the Chakra Hair Trap, which renders the opponent immobilized once they step on the user's hair. If you'd rushed up with LCM to take advantage of its inherent speed and heightened physical prowess...well you would've throw that heightened prowess out the window and I would've brutally crippled all your chakra points...that or Sagiso would've made some scathing remark about how Kiro managed to loose so anti-climatically and she would've blasted him with the mountain crusher while telling him to try again, but do better this time.
She shouted precisely so that he'd be able to react even without his Sharingan or LCM, so I think you're good on that end.
She's sacrificing sustainability for straight combat potential, since this fight will only last for about...20 more seconds in-RP. After than the Xuanwu division will appear. She knows this, and thus sees every need to rush a conclusion to the battle.
Hmmm, like what exactly?
Chunin are authorized to lead teams on missions, so we could just milk our Chunin-level characters since that seems better.
I'm actually pretty opposed to a time-skip right now since we just had a Time-skip of around 3 months, and I'm of the thought that we should spend some time exploring the time between major plot points instead of having 1 Year of RP time blow by and 9 months of that were time-skips.

Aw, I was hoping Sagisō was so fast that Kiro wouldn’t be able to react and be brutally crushed by the attack. Then once she’s unable to sustain the wind shadow, I can spring my trap and win the battle with a tactic so predictable that Kiro would call Sagisō blind!
I have plans btw but they’re so underhanded that I think it’s unfair. Especially if Sagisō just used up her wind shadow and a significant amount of chakra. It would basically be over then. That’s why I was considering having Kiro take a direct hit so it would be fair.
I actually had another, even more disgusting plan for that Kiro to be the clone but I forgot to put ‘Kiro’ in my last post. So that would be even more unfair since you would’ve had no idea. Still though, Sagisō is lucky she’s about to be saved and Kiro’s potential will remain a myth. All according to plan hahaha
Actually, the Wind Shadow isn't the only attack in that post :v
If you miss the real attack then I'm going to pummel Kiro into the ground. The Wind Shadow draws back as more physical injury than super high chakra consumption. She'd got enough chakra for 2 more Wind Shadows and a slew of Ninjutsu.
She's only actually used 1 ninjutsu and some chakra flow techniques, so she's not like critically low on chakra, it's just that she'd prepared to use massive chunks of it in rapid succession. Which is why I said the battle will only last for about 20 seconds.
In the next 20 seconds I'm going to blow through all of Sagiso's remaining chakra.
That seems way too high tier for our Ocs :T

We also want to keep interest, as things have slowed, so how would we make it something that everyone would like?
I'd propose we split up a bit.
First we'd need to see who wants to interact with who, then we'll craft missions to bring those scenario's to life.
E.g. Maybe Katsuo wants to fight Zaku again.
The mission would be something like;
Orochimaru was XYZ from Iwagakure and he dispatched Zaku, Sakon and Kou to get it. Iwa caught wind of this and Katsuo, Tomiko, and Mori were sent on a protection mission.
We can make the missions as interesting as we want, it just takes a little elbow grease and creativity to craft the mission up.
Personally, I plan to have Sagiso take a slew of assassination missions, and I think it'd be cool if her assassination target was someone that a Team was assigned to protect.

I've already expounded on godjacob's 20 characters he's controlling for this arc alone, but I myself am also making posts for around 10 characters, you're making posts for about 6 or 7, and Soul is controlling around 3.
You'll swiftly notice that the people in question are the Bulk of our rapid-posters who post with highest frequency. With all of us bogged down like this we're spending a lot more time because we're typing singular posts which are in truth 10 different responses, and obviously slow down our post frequency.
With the exclusion of Hydra (who posts rapidly but can't because he's characters are stuck requiring interactions from godjacob and Zander, the former of whom has 50 characters this arc and the latter of whom is one of our slower posters), its pretty clear that the people who make up the bulk of our activity are still very much interested, but their frequency has been replaced with length.
I mean, when you're posting for 5+ different characters in each post, it's a bit much to expect a person to be making multiple posts a day (even though some of us still do that).
I think the more concentrated focus will actually help us post faster.

As long as Kiro remains conscious, none of the pummeling even matters. In fact, 20 seconds will be more than enough time. He’s already placed his trump card down so any time after my next post would be a bonus. If you wanted to check the chakra around her with the byakugan, I would’ve also gladly told you. But now, I’ll need to exploit a character trait of hers to prevent that. Oh, it’s not genjutsu btw.
Sagisō is lucky the Xianwu are coming. She wouldn’t even be able to run. Then again, I don’t even think I should bother anymore if the fight will be over. I guess I’ll have Kiro get hit a little and try to outlast the 20 seconds.
I used to be able to do short and quick posts but they lacked detail and stuff. A little after the chunin exams I started drifting away from that. I tried raising my level to match Platinum, Shen, Jacob and you. I’m still not at a level where I can make quality short posts, quick posts. Unfortunately I get distracted to easily which is why my posts also take longer than they should to come out. Even while writing this I was talking to a friend. Like this short of a response should actually take 5 min at most lel

Btw, wind shadow was the technique I had no direct counter for with or without lightning armor. Like I predicted, Sagisō could easily end the battle with it.
Anyways, if Kiro’s gonna get hit, I need to know what he’s getting hit by. Is it the kick only? I mean, either way, there’s no way he can completely avoid the wind shadow powered attacks without a speed boost. So don’t worry about that.

But the hidden effect is that because of her posture, and her hair's length, it'll wrap itself around Kiro's legs

I meant technique. LCM and Wind Shadow aren’t attacks but they give remarkable boosts to the user. That’s the basics at least.
