It's increase in speed is only matched by the vicious draw back in that the chakra is used so violently that it damages the users legs.

Any more that three uses in one sitting will cause permanent damage and possibly even crippling.

Sagiso just went Super Saiyan for the first time, Hallow Katsuo finally learned the name of his Zanpakuto, and Mega Zaku just discovered a new Infinity Stone, so shits getting wild. XD
