Bio: Kenai's father was originally a member of the Sarutobi clan who defected the village after his clan was disappointed in him for failing the chunin exams multiple times. Though he had the skill and strength of almost a jonin he didn't have the intelligence necessary to become one. He made his living as a traveling mercenary. One of his jobs were exterminating a group of bandits near Kumo, but the people that hired him understated the amount of bandits and they ended up defeating him. A group of ninja also arrived at the time and stopped the bandits before they could kill Kenai's father.

His father was retrieved into the village and Kenai's mother who was a medical-nin at the time healed him back to recovery. During this process the two fell in love and decided to have a family in Kumo. However, he was found out as a former member of the Sarutobi clan and they decided to exile him. Kenai's mother had found out about his past then and decided not to help him, instead leaving him.

Kenai had been born from them and inherited his mother's last name instead of his father's. Whenever he asked about him his mother told him he was a trash shinobi who abandoned his village and left their family. She didn't tell him more since she wanted Kenai to not grow up like his father. Kenai instead became a prodigy unlike his dad and learned how to merge his father's fire release that uses ash with lightning release, his affinity. This created jutsus that were similar to bomb tags but more powerful.

Likes: Desserts, tranquility, his mother
Dislikes: Loudness, sour food, when people think he's a girl
Missions completed: 33 D-Rank, 18 C-Rank, 2 B-Rank

generations of hatred resolved overnight...blub. I would've put more emphasis on the Yasu-Tomiko ship to flex any chance of peace between Suna & Iwa, more so on Tomiko's side because Suna isn't as innately aggressive imo.

Well, I suppose AU nations could be more peaceful. I would suggest actual diplomatic relationships though...Like a 5 Kage Summit! Sounds like an interesting arc.

You need earth release on that. Or is combustion release not the same as explosion release? Is this a custom kekkei genkai?

Well at this point, most would converge on the Jinchuriki's location, while others would likely get caught up in a fight with another group before even reaching the intended target.

We're basically all edging forward, awaiting the cry of battle to commence. Problem is, someones gotta make the first, likely dumb, move.

Edit: I vote Kiro decides to betray his team. Dont wanna do anything TO out of the ordinary. XD

I'm not actually waiting for you per see, I've already made a post for Sagiso flashback.

There's just little for my characters to do unless I make another filler post about Hyo cooking. Hina, Sagiso, Furijia, and Yasu have already been moved. Ah, though I suppose you could wake up Koki'o.

I think Kiro’s been pretty genuine in his recent interactions. He’ll be even more of a treacherous scumbag with another betrayal. That’s not including the fact he’s a marshmallow thief as well lel

I would temporarily align myself with the Mist just to destroy a common enemy such as yourself. XD

And yeah you did dig yourself in pretty deep with the first few actions. I can tell you for certain Katsuo won't be trusting Kiro. Unless he does something noble enough to prove himself of course.

Takato is the biggest surprise in this RP, he actually turns out be a good fighter despite not being created for that. I believe anyway

Yeah Takato is the biggest mixed bag. I am pleasantly surprised a guy I made purely just to give Azumi an excuse to incorporate the Nara-style with her Water Release has held his own this well. He's the one character I look back at and say he's been handled more or less perfectly.

But yeah....*Scans at Kenji, Tomiko & Madoka*....his impressive run probably could have benefited one of my mains a bit more. Between him and Tomiko (Who I made to fill a quota because OCD) who while not the best fighter has been a fun character I begin to wonder if my characters do better when I have no expectations of them XD

If that theory ends up being true, then Taji will become a monster. But Kenji and Tomiko are getting buffs and we're trying to give them favorable match ups, Madoka is a wild card though for me. Never really seen her fight with Raven save for the battle royale which was chaos and that new puppet of hers is interesting

Madoka fights.
-Fought Zaku who blasted her poison smoke, blades and needles away and smashed Raven to bits.
-Fought Reaver in that cluster of a battle royal. Did nothing and her only highlight at all was Kou calling her a pervert.

Yeah, not the greatest run :p. She has yet to fight with her new puppet or wind-style combination style with her puppets so fingers crossed.
