I’d say 3/4th of helping recover her village and Yuki clan threatening to start a massacre and we lowered our heads while tsunade wasn’t in charge further taking advantage of our situation unfairly

The Yuki can pay for that from their own pockets.
As for rebuilding the village, Minato owes Mei a political favor which she might just cash in.

The Valkyrie's special jutsu is Limelight.
It's reputed to be one of —if not the— strongest lightning jutsu in existence. It requires 4 highly skilled Shinobi to perform.
By surrounding something from the four cardinal directions the users can summon a lightning bolt powerful enough to vaporize anything between them.
Asuma thought this jutsu would be strong enough to wipe-out the Leaf Village in an instant. So it's got extremely high and large scale damage potential.
The downside to the Jutsu is that it takes an extremely long time to cast.
The Valkyrie's version of this jutsu is further amped by the Black Lightning. While the strongest 4 cast Limelight, the other 6 will ensure no harm comes to them.
It will be extremely difficult, if not nigh impossible to survive a direct blast from Black-Lightning Lime Light. Especially since the ocean will amplify the effects of the lightning.

That moment you realize kumo can do more damage than biju bombs and the only downside is it takes preparation. Shen this needs big nerf

Kumo can destroy suna and iwa at the same time then send an entire army to weakened mist and then finish off killing everyone with beating the leaf if they win
I would scale limelight as a super-amped Kirin.
The preparation is very, very, long. Like several minutes long. They need to change up an immense amount of chakra to set it off. The Valkyries will ideally never need to use limelight.
Even without it they're a force to be reckoned with given their beyond-perfect coordination, and each having a unique battle style.
