You try finding symbols for Chakra that make sense and don't just look like a symbol for fire lol. I thought the shuriken would make a nice balance and even out the chart.

Let's be real here, the only Mist Ninja that made it to the finals (the only part that mattered according to all the judges) was Kiro, and he betrayed them like...5 seconds later. The Mist didn't even get a showing in the Chūnin exams.
The most they've done to date is their big show of force in getting Kai back, and Konoha was pretty justified in detaining them, even more so after Kai attacked idle civilians.

The Yuki were tasked with watching the border before the Biju even appeared, this whole keeping everyone safe thing is what they tasked themselves with.
If it wasn't for Kumo taking down Yukimaru any damage to the Mist really should've fallen on their heads for failing to even attempt to do the task Mei dished out, and oh boy was I prepared to knock them down several pegs based on that.
buuuut, stuff happened and Yukimaru didn't really cause any collateral damage, so nothing really came of that. I could argue that if the Yuki had been doing their job the Mist would've known about Damos' arrival with some time to spare and not been taken by surprise, but I feel that's a moot point.

Jin should keep his mouth shut. He’s not a Hokage, he’s just a guard. Stop treating him like more.
Some heads may turn at Onoki btw. He was after all the one successful in obtaining the Jinchuriki everyone hunted.
Doesn’t Hinagiku have that information on Damos and Misa for Tsunade? Maybe discuss that during the dinner or bring it up to Tsunade sometime soon. Even better, Hina can come as one of the guards if you don’t mind.
At the same time though, two other nations did acquire Jinchuriki. In my opinion the focus would be somewhat spread among those three nations.
Particularly, I think Tsunade should push for the death of the Oto-loyalist Jinchuriki, that is Kin, because as far as Konoha should know and be concerned, she's a threat if Orochimaru manages to regain her.
That could lead the Sand and Cloud to bring up the jinchuriki they captured. Which would further lead to talk about the Sound and plans Orochimaru might have. After all, there should be some speculation going around as to why Orochimaru risked the two jinchuriki.
Tsunade might be able to further convince Rasa during that date or whatever @Grand Master Koop is planning lel
No, she actually stopped paying attention to them. More focus on the Biju beast.
Initially I was going to have her observe them as a viable threat, which she still does, but it wasn't her focus any more.
I think the most she can do given this situation is suggest that something major happened as Damos was openly flaunting his power and blocking of massive swathes of water, which is pretty suspicious.
Onoki being Onoki, he’ll say all Jinchuriki are a threat. So he’ll be pushing the death of all Jinchuriki thus far and will actively search out new vessels.
That information should be enough to give Tsunade some place in that discussion. Also, did she get a look at Damos or Misa’s headband? Hina would’ve been able to distinguish what villages they were from with that. Could lead to some more questioning as well asking the Mist to give whatever intel they have on Damos to the other nations. The Leaf would be willing to the same for Misa.
She did even better than that, she spotted Damos speaking with Jin, and unlike Damos who's protected by some weird barrier thing, she can tell Misa is Yamanaka because of her chakra signature being close to the Clans.
So she could definitely bring those up to Tsunade.

I should also note, that if someone such as Jin, a simple guard, speaks out of line, the crotchety old shinobi Onoki would not handle it well.

I might have Mei cover them, but more so she could sieze the moral high ground and make it difficult for them to go against her so openly in he future as they'd risk loosing public support for looking like ingrates.
