I'd be highly suspicious if you claimed to have lost a nuke but then you had an army in position to take that nuke back, and instead of doing so, you watched it fly away. To top it all off one of your 'Chief Advisors' was even seen chatting with the Nuke thief.

1. Hina is the only one who saw that talk. That’s saying she’s there at the summit, brings it up as evidence, and isn’t refuted. A long way to go.
2. They could have been searching for Damos but stopped to quell a threat to their village that was about to go haywire
Hina, Pakura, and Darui all saw Damos though.
They also saw the Mist army, which did absolutely nothing to even try and stop Damos.
I think it's just really sus from an outside perspective. Need a better cover story. Perferably, we dont even wanna let slip that we lost an entire nuke. That's not really something you tell a functional enemy lel.

Yes, Koop, we're debating how the Mist would deliver the threat of Damos while simultaneously maintaining cover of their weakened state. Which is the best outcome in my book.
