Description: Sagisō is a lithe-bodied girl who’s a little on a short side. Her skin is slightly tanned from time spent in the sun, and her figure is… not exactly ‘shapely’. She has a shag of long hair, crudely bound together with a hairpin crafted from a boar tusk.
Bio: Sagisō is a member of a little-known band of combatants that call themselves Star Maidens, named so by their founders two generations ago. The Stars descend from a rag-tag group of kunoichi and bandits who banded together for survival; friends by necessity who over the generations became a closely knit-sisterhood. As a recently formed group, they have little in the way of culture beyond a strong emphasis on strength, camaraderie, and survival of the fittest.

Bio: Born and raised in the Uchiha clan who he has a very deep sense of belonging and attachment to. Decided to follow in his father's footsteps of being a Shinobi and went to the Ninja Academy. Started being trained by Senshu, his father and a jonin at 2. Started training with Shisui when he joined the academy by the request of Senshu who is his friend.

Inspired by puppet masters and shadow possession jutsu alike, the Bunraku genjutsu is designed to remove free will via invasion of the mind, replacing a victim's control over their body with the jutsu user; the victim cannot cast release if the user is telling them not to. In turn, the user can make the victim fight their friends for a short time, until the victim is physically harmed in some way (or someone is able to release the genjutsu).
At D-Rank, the user can only use Bunraku on one target for a short period of time (up to two minutes, depending on the user's chakra control), and cannot use Bunraku again until twice that time has passed (up to four minutes). The Bunraku user cannot move while projecting their will over their victim. Victim must be within eyesight to be targeted/victim of the Bunraku.
By B-Rank, the Bunraku caster can move out of sight of their victim once the jutsu has hit; however, more than one hundred feet of distance naturally breaks the Bunraku. The Bunraku can still only target one victim, but it is faster to cast and lasts longer (up to five minutes, depending on user's chakra control). Once Bunraku has been uses, the user must once again wait, but the recharge period is now as long as the jutsu lasts (up to five minutes).
S-Rank Bunraku users can target an Area of Effect, circumference up to ten feet. Though it still only lasts 5 minutes, the re-charge time for the Bunraku drops drastically to just one minute. At S-Rank, the Bunraku can be cast consecutively at a major chakra/physical cost (3 times in one fight is considered life-threatening). The Bunraku user can move up to two hundred feet out of sight of any victim - however this, too, in considered a heightened physical/mental cost; though a boundary, it's considered an "extreme" boundary (even 100 feet pushes the limit).
The victim is locked away in a dream-like state, suddenly finding themselves in an elusive concoction of corridors and vault doors. Each twisting path and opened door unveils a painful memory or a visceral fear. Victims can find their way to the end of a labyrinthian maze of their trauma, releasing themselves from the jutsu. But time passes different when under the Maindo Keimusho, and is in fact controlled by the user; an hour under the genjutsu can last a mere second, or vice versa. Similar to the Bunraku, Maindo Keimusho is considered the back-up to the Puppet Theatre genjutsu. Once a victim is near release from the Bunraku, the ninja casts the Mind Prison genjutsu to further trap their victim, either to capture the victim, or escape if the user is in such a position.
At D-Rank, Maindo Keimusho is again subject to one target. Although the victims don't have to be in sight after the jutsu has been cast, the user must maintain intense mental concentration to keep up the illusion. Using Maindo Keimusho is immensely draining on the ninja. As long as the victim does not break free from the genjutsu, the user can keep the illusion up as long as their control and flow of chakra allows them to. The illusion is more muddled, as the user's insight into their victim's mind is less-clear. Foggy hallways and eerie sounds make up for the lack of detail, and the imagery of specific memories is again more vague, often kept to one memory in specific.
At B-Rank, the Maindo Keimusho can be used to delve more intimately into a victim's mind; memories are clearer, fears easier to find and extort. A B-Rank user of Maindo Keimusho can leave a victim immobile for hours even after the genjutsu is broken, just due to how real and invasive the imagery is. The user can mix and match different memories, leaving the victim disoriented, and can even create a monstrous incarnation of a personal fear, used to hunt the victim down through the labyrinth of their mind prison.
S-Rank users of Maindo Keimusho can target two people, the caster able to swap memories from the minds of either person to create different kinds of nightmares. Skilled casters will use recent memories to trick their victims, delaying their realization that they're trapped in a genjutsu; then the user unfolds different layers of horror over the victims, until their mind is so encompassed by their fears that escaping the genjutsu alone is incredibly hard. If two people find themselves victim, their manifestations can meet in the twisting maze, though this has only been recorded once in history. Weaker opponents who find themselves under the grip of an S-Rank Maindo Keimusho have been known to remain in a comatose state after being released from the genjutsu, some for several months.
Description: In the midst of a sudden growth-spurt, Keito - once quite puny in stature - has rapidly come to loom over fellow classmates. His limbs are thin and lanky as he's yet to catch up in terms of muscle mass, however. Keito, having not cut his hair for several years, has long, brown curls that drape down past the small of his back when let down; for the most part, he keeps the hair in a thick, draping double-pigtail. A notorious germ-o-phone, Keito covers his face from the bridge of his nose down with a black gaiter mask. The tall, slim genin wears a hooded, black cloak over a dark green jumpsuit, cuffed high, just above the knee. His arms are are bound with the typical white gaiter up to his elbows, and his legs similarly up to the knees. Keito foregoes footwear in favor of keeping closer connected to the earth beneath him.
Though friendly and intelligent, Keito believes he doesn't have much to talk about, often hanging at the back of a group just absorbing information; a quiet and generally unadventerous lad, Keito isn't the typical ideal of a ninja; a self-proclaimed writer and artist, Keito spends more time inside reading or working on his dream version of a Konoha Journal. Often, Keito can be found playing shogi (or traditional chess) with his older brother, Kenji - a chunin with the Kumogakure Intelligence Division - in the park or by the river. Keito is torn between thinking he has "enough" and "wanting more". Although considered a "talented student", Keito's file also claims that he "sometimes lacks the drive to get better" and that he needs "a good mentor or a strong team" to make him a complete ninja.
Bio: After a long and arduous birthing, the second child to Ugokasenai Enmei and Ima was dubbed: Keito. Growing up in the shadow of the prodigious Kenji sent Keito into an early spiral into a challenged self-worth; the younger sibling became more lackadaisical, taking to pursuits of the mind in favor of Kenji's prowess with jutsu and swordsmanship. Though his mother was understanding and nurturing, Enmei took some time to accept his second son's alternate path. Enmei spent some time trying to train Keito, but their styles led to a blow-out verbal argument between the two. Keito ran away for some time, taking food and his journal with him, into the Land of Earth proper. The eight year old was gone for over a week before a four-man cell tracked him down circling around the outskirts of Iwagakure, obviously regretting his decision to run away.
Father and son made up, but the two concluded they had different styles and agreed not to train together further. Instead, Kenji offered mentorship of his younger brother, working with a gentler hand than the old-school Enmei. Although Keito still wasn't much of a fighter, he still ranked closer to the top of his class than the bottom - a personal victory, since his grades were abysmal before returning from his "incident". Although the incident didn't ingratiate him to classmates, it still set him straight in terms of cleaning up his young act. As a genin, Keito worked to further balance and hone his jutsu skills in preparation for the forthcoming chunin exams. Though Keito found himself unconcerned with whether he passed or failed, he decided he would get stronger and perform his best -- not for anyone else, but instead solely to push himself and keep improving.
Clan Background: Skilled genjutsu users who developed the Bunraku and Maindo Keimusho techniques, the ninja of the Ugokasenai clan were nearly wiped out on two separate occasions. An entire branch of the family died in the First Shinobi war. The Second Shinobi War killed off even more, until just a mother - Hanri - and her two children, Enmei and Kei remained. Ugokasenai Enmei and his brother, Kei, however, became high-level black ops operatives working closely with the Third Tsuchikage. They helped to strengthen and reform Iwagakure's Intelligence Division as jonin, though Kei was killed before the end of the war.
Enmei - father to Kenji and Keito - remains the only person to claim lineage to the predecessors of the Ugokasenai clan, and their hiden genjutsu techniques. Enmei has worked incredibly difficult to maintain the exellence of the Intelligence division, and to raise his two sons to continue the family legacy. Though small in size, Enmei believes the Ugokasenai hold the key to the future of the village, and is desperate to make his children understand the importance of their name.
Justsu Type: Fire Style due to it being a natural for an Uchiha. However, he also began to focus on lightning release as his second nature transformation along with a secret jutsu similar to that of the Raikage. Basic knowledge of Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. Finally, Kiro’s sharingan first awakened when his mother was murdered. His second tomoe came after he was assaulted by the village Anbu.
Description: Short black spiky hair. Wears a black t-shirt underneath the jacket that Sasuke wears in Road to Ninja. (I couldn’t figure out what type it was...) Also wears khaki colored cargo shorts and has the black eyes of an Uchiha. He wears his forehead protecter on his forehead.
Bio:
Kiro was born due to an affair that took place between his mother and father. His father, an Uchiha got into it with a woman from the Hidden Mist while on an undercover mission. When the woman told his father that she was pregnant, his father traveled between the villages every few months. When Kiro was about six years old, his father was forced to abandon the mission as well as his family. He did not know why nor want his father too leave. As he grew older, he grew to hate his father for abandoning them.
During his Academy days, Kiro was usually at the top of his class in academics and ninjutsu. He was the silent type but wasn’t considered to be shy. When he wasn’t in school, he would spend his free time working on his jutsu. However, it was tough and unusual to be practicing fire style in the Hidden Mist. His mother always told him to keep his bloodline a secret, especially his eyes. When Kiro was ten, his apartment was raided by a group of gang members and his mother was murdered. Kiro was devestated by this and went on to kill the murderers and awaken the first tomoe for his sharingan. Little did Kiro know that the gang was sent there by a village official.
After seeing what he was capable of, Kiro wanted to learn more about his ancestry. He never understood why his mother wanted to keep his eyes a secret and since she was dead, Kiro decided he should ask about it. When he first told his sensei, all the sensei did was say that he was surprised and then he promptly made his exit. A few hours later, Kiro was in a battle for his life against a group of Anbu assigned to kill him. However, even after awakening his second tomoe and using lightning style for the first time, he still lost and was about to be executed when the same village official who ordered the gang to kill his mother gave him a chance to serve the Mist.
The village official was a remnant of the faction that controlled the village the during the era of the Blood Mist. The official told Kiro about the Uchiha clan as well as some well placed lies. He told Kiro that his father was ordered by the Uchiha clan to leave them because he was an illegitimate child and his mother was from another village. Then the official told Kiro that his father was ostracized from the clan and was eventually killed when he tried to come back for them. Part of it was true since the Uchiha believed it too be a disgrace to have a child in such a fashion, especially with someone from a different village. However, the real truth was that his father was killed after he first left Kiro by the Mist. Basically, Kiro grew to despise the Uchiha because of what they supposedly did to his father and how they just left Kiro even though he was also an Uchiha.
A while later, Kiro and his classmates were forced to participate in a genin exam where they had to kill all their classmates. The one behind this was the same Official. By the time the Mizukage came, it was too late, and Kiro had killed all his classmates. Feeling guilt over allowing such a travesty to happen, the Mizukage took the boy in. Unfortunately, the official was eventually assigned as his sensei by the Mizukage herself when she heard the official’s request to train Kiro. Unbeknownst to the Mizukage, the official taught Kiro the brutal way of the Bloody Mist and even had Kiro kill the other two members of their four man squad. Even now, he has been a well kept secret of the village and has now been allowed to take part in the chunin exams.

Name: Karui Tsubasa (Karu, for short)
Gender: Female
Age: 12
Village: Hasa
Jutsu type: Wind/Lightning
Description: Slightly smaller than average, Karui has a muscular, athletic body type. She has short, straight black hair with spiky, long bangs that fall into her eyes often. Her eyes are a luminous gold and are framed by long, dark lashes, and there are three parallel scars that look like claw marks from her left temple to left cheekbone, the one closest to that eye intersecting slightly. Her lips are full and heart-shaped, keeping in line with the rest of her delicate facial features, but contrasting sharply with her cropped hair and toned muscle. Karu wears a sleeveless black turtleneck and black shorts, though the exposed parts of her legs are covered in a bandage-like material up to her mid-thigh. Her arms are covered by black cloth from her wrists to her elbows, allowing for metal forearm protectors to be strapped on with no discomfort. Her hands are wrapped in the same bandage-like material as her legs. She wears no shoes, but has a belt with many pouches for any supplies that might be needed. Her village crest is worn loosely around her neck.
Bio: The Hasa village is one of only women and no tolerance for weaklings. As such, the children undergo intense survival training (read: being stranded on an island for seven years). Due to this, Karui has developed into a highly efficient person with appreciation for little things and no tolerance for waste. She could make a single bottle of water last for a couple of weeks, or go without food for a month without showing any sign of hunger. She became the type of person to do what is necessary, but doesn’t take life lightly. Karu tends to take things more seriously than the average person, and tends to distance herself from those not in her village, especially males. She has extensive knowledge when it comes to matters of survival, but is hopelessly inadequate when it comes to matters of the heart, often trying to solve all problems with logic whether or not it is a logical situation.
Likes: Sweets, especially dango; music; windy days, especially when overcast; birds
Dislikes: People who bicker needlessly, as it wastes energy for no reason; wasting food, or others doing so; wasting things in general; being woken in the middle of the night because of the need to use the restroom; large bodies of water
Other: A secret hobby of Karu’s is playing a flute that she carved herself out of a bone; it has a hollow but sweet sound, like wind whistling through a rocky valley.

Jutsu type: Lightning Release; Gentle Fist; Sojutsu; Byakugan
Description: Furījia wears a deep blue dress which ends in a flared skirt with edges fringed frills and flair. Intertwining blue and white threads created a ring of thunderbolts woven along the outskirts of the dress's skirt. Wrapped around her waist is a large storm-gray ribbon, tied into a bow with flourished ends.
Bio: The heir apparent of the Hyūga Clan.

Name: Hisato Gato Gender: Male Age: 12 Village: Mist Jutsu type: Wind Description: white hair. Shoulder length on the right side loosely hangs down. Split in the center. Jaw length on the left side. Pale blue eyes, noticeably short eyebrows, average build, fairly muscular. He wears a light brown tunic with a purple overcoat that extends down to his knees. underneath that he wears pants that stop at his shins ,and a rope belt around his pants(similar to orochimaru), bandages around his feet that go up to his knees(doesn't cover his toes), Bandages on his arms that go up to his mid part of his forearm(don't cover his fingers or palm). He wears black fingerless gloves with a big hole in the palm as that's where he draws his sword from ,and black ninja shoes.
Personality: Hisato is a fairly nice boy ,but also a bit awkward. Not shy by any means of the word ,but can be fairly obvious at times his social skills as less than sub par. Despite this he does put effort into being more graceful in social interactions which often times just leads to him further proving him to be awkward. When he isn't being overly awkward, he's super loud, cheerful, and overall hyped. Everything is exciting. well except horribly unethical weird stuff, but that's not important now. Hisato just wants to be your friend, tell jokes, and challenge you to a fight.
Bio: Hisato never learned who his real parents were and why he was alone, but he did know the man raising him wasn't his real dad. The man who raised him was neither a father figure or even a good influence on him. He took Hisato in for free child labor.
His adoptive caretaker had him moving crates and barrels from a very early age. Doing odd tasks like cleaning and delivering letters.
Many of Hisato's work was done on boats out at sea. His adoptive caretaker was a pirate. He robbed and plundered ships and much of the crates and barrels were filled with their loot. His caretaker knew of his kekkei genkai which was part of the reason why he wanted the boy. His caretaker trained the boy in taijutsu so that he could be used to rob better ships. As it currently stood, their pirategroup only robbed small merchant ships. His adoptive father had a gambling addiction and would make Hisato fight people and would bet on Hisato to win.
When Hisato was winning he was the rough and tough Hisato earning his food and shelter. When he was losing though, he was just that ungrateful child losing his caretaker's money. Hisato normally trained 7 hours a day, but when he lost, he'd have to train 14 hours a day. Though his caretaker forbid him from using his kekkei genkai in these fights.
Hisato also did training with his free time. During his free time training, this is when he practiced his shikotsumyaku the most. His free time was mostly spent in a secluded isolated training area that only Hisato knew how to find. For his secret training area was a small underground cave covered up by bushes, shrubs, and vines. Hisato liked his secret location because he'd oftentimes sneak off to get a nap or secret train.
Throughout Hisato's years growing up, one thing that interested him was the idea of becoming a ninja. Then he could fight all sorts of people and unlike pirates, ninjas were liked and well respected. Hisato was also likes the idea of being independent from the pirates he worked with.

Name: Taiyo Akugami
Gender: Male
Age: 13
Village: Konohagakure
Jutsu type: Fire Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Nintaijutsu Hiden
This technique is effectively his signature move. It is a derivative from a Nintaijutsu technique that his grandfather developed which allowed the user to cloak their fists or their legs with fire chakra in order to boost their attacks. Taiyo aspires to take that concept and apply it throughout his body, creating a cloak of flames around him. The result is a cloak of rainbow flames that flashes between five colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue(hence the flashing part of the technique). The cloak gives him a slight buff to the following attributes: Physical Strength, Toughness, Speed, Agility, and Jutsu strength. However, with proper concentration, Taiyo can achieve buffs of much greater magnitude for a short bursts of time(hence the burst part of the technique). When Taiyo activates a burst, his cloak will solidify on a singular color. When the aura is Red, his Physical Strength is getting buffed, Orange correlates to Toughness, Yellow to Speed, Green to Agility and Blue to Jutsu Strength. When the aura solidifies in color, the slight buffs to the other attributes disappear in favor of the substantial buff.
Description: Taiyo is a dark skinned male with olive green eyes and naturally auburn hair. However, most of his hair is dyed aside from the tips to give the illusion that he dyes his tips. His typical attire is a dark scarlet zip up sweatshirt which is usually left unzipped to reveal a black t-shirt underneath, which is complimented by his black jogging pants and dark scarlet sneakers. In warmer climates(and when he uses FBS) he discards the zip up sweatshirt to show the t-shirt in full. If possible, he trades his jogging pants for shorts. In colder climates, he'll zip up the sweatshirt.
Bio: Taiyo Akugami lived a relatively simple life with his parents, Kurina and Kasei Akugami. Although they were poor, the Akugami family was a happy one. Unfortunately, that would change when Taiyo's father left for a mission as Kurina was pregnant with her second child. The mother and son were approached by Satō Morishita, a family friend informing that Kasei had met his end at the hands of a group of rogue shinobi. Both fell into despair, but Taiyo's time to mourn was cut short by the fact that the shinobi had managed to locate the Akugami residence and kidnapped his pregnant mother. There was a note left by the shinobi detailing their location, hoping to lure the child there to easily kill him. A combination of rage and naivete led to the boy playing right into their hands. He gave an attempt at fighting them, but he was quickly beaten by the three adult men. Powerless to rescue his distressed mother, Taiyo closed his eyes and succumbed to his impending demise. Fortunately, he was saved by that Satō that reported the news of his death, as he took a secluded vigil and watched as the rogue shinobi kidnapped Kurina. After securing Taiyo's safety, the Jounin dispatched the rogues and brought the pregnant mother to safety. Kurina wanted to repay the Jounin in any way she could, but Satō refused, unwilling to take their limited wealth or Kasei's spot in the family. Taiyo was inspired by this experience and tries to model himself after Satō. Eventually, life settled down for the Akugami family: Kurina's youngest daughter, Susei Akugami, was born and her eldest son began going to Shinobi Academy. He was something of a slacker, as he put on a show of nonchalant bravado, but he managed to get his work done and graduate as a proper genin. He then began taking private lessons with Satō to refine his Taijutsu skills as well as learning more advanced fire style techniques, including his ancestral Hiden.

Name: Tsuki Yuki

Jutsu type: Specializes in Water Style Ninjutsu and dabbles in Ice Style Ninjutsu, though her capabilities are vastly limited, as explained in the Bio section
Description: Tsuki Yuki is a pale female with grey eyes and raven black hair. Generally seen in a light blue rag yukata with a white floral pattern, which is tied together by a lavender ribbon, which is complimented by her lavender shoes.
Bio: Tsuki Yuki was the sole survivor of Kirigakure elimination of the Yuki clan. To her dismay, she was an infant during the event, allowing her no memories of her familial clan but her attachment to them lingered. When she learned of the event, she grew resentful of the rest of the Mist for exterminating her family yet leaving her as a survivor. However, she was inspired by Mei's ascension to the office of the Mizukage, since her position was what kept her alive and safe from future attempts of murder from Mist Shinobi. She spent her earliest years in the Kiri orphanage, reading every history book she could find detailing the event. She was often shunned by her peers because they were made orphans due to the Yuki's efforts to fight back. She was eventually scouted for shinobi training due to her possession of the Ice Release Kekkei Genkai., although the lack of Yuki being around meant that her usage was limited if not nonexistent The training was brutal, but she endured in hopes of acquiring the power necessary to avenge her fallen clan. In order to ensure her success, she became an expert at analysis. She was able to skillfully dissect various techniques that she was shown, copying the desirable ones whilst figuring out how to counteract jutsu she had no need for. This got to the point where she began keeping notes in a small notebook that she managed to acquire at the orphanage. Her skills at surveying weren't limited to techniques, she began growing proficient in studying people's habits and learning ways to best exploit them. These traits combined meant that she was easily able to pass the academy's exam by killing her opponent due to her intimate awareness of their techniques and personal shortcomings, as a demonstration of her capabilities. Now, she intends to take the skills she has cultivated in the Academy and use them to become a Chunin.

I don't think combat sense is completely inherent, it's a mixture between talent and experience. Like some people will just use the same jutsu more effectively than others.

well i didn't mean that it's naturally inherent, though i do think it comes more naturally to some; i just mean an Uchiha has the genetic means to cheat the system but they still have to learn and train how

Rock Lee did physical training for years to attain his speed and Sasuke attained it within two weeks. His natural talent and efficient training is what allowed him to get something faster than the average shinobi. Granted, Sasuke just didn’t have the amount of stamina to keep up. I assume most of our OCs are also naturally talented, so it just comes down to who can use their techniques the most skillfully rather than what they can use. My character only has a handful of techniques, since obv having two chakra natures limit how much can be done, but he is definitely proficient enough in both natures to make up for the lack of quantity.

Bio: Shiho had always been an odd child, she always had a cheery attitude even when she got into trouble. She basically has no concept of personal space, always trying to get close to people and other things that piques her interest. The girl also had a weird obsession, one involving breasts. Shiho has a very unnatural obsession with boobs, she becomes fixated on them whenever she sees a good pair. This behavior is most likely the side effect of her never having a mother figure growing up.

I think number 1 is the likeliest, though I won't write out the possibility that young Sasuke - using Fireball as his basis - might have started branching out on his own with different Fire Styles. But 1 year of training with Kakashi, having his Sharingan, helped exponentially. And then, at the start of their training, Kakashi was p. amazed that Sasuke could do Fireball at all.
And forgive if I'm mistaken, but Sasuke was training in shurikenjutsu before he trained Fireball, no? I know Itachi and Sasuke were shown using kunai, but I thought they called it shurikenjutsu. So, again, forgive me if I'm mistaken.
Idk, 6 sounds about right, 10-12 as the tippy top should be fine, though I do think it depends on the level of those jutsu -- you could prob learn 12 low-to-mid-tier jutsu where someone learns, like 6 better jutsu or something.
EDIT: I'd like to add that Kakashi's chakra control training goes a long way, too, in terms of the way Sasuke can form chakra and change its nature, etc. So not only can he do more with his chakra, he uses it in different ways, more efficiently.

Name: Asahi Kudo Gender: Female Age: 13 Village: Hasa Jutsu type: Low level Byakugan, Killer Star Black Whirlwind (she can't feel pain), two tailed beast. Description: Asahi is a very positive and joyful person most of the time, specially when she is with her sisters. Despite the heavy training they go through for seven years, she managed to keep her cheerful attitude. However, when she is around strangers or in a place she feels uncomfortable, she tends to be more quiet and serious until she feels completely safe. She has the mark of the seal in between her shoulder blades and a few scars on her hands and fingers due to her training with her chakrams. Bio: Asahi is the daughter of Yui Kudo, a former prostitute from Konoha who got pregnant from a member of the Hyuga clan. Asahi was born in Hasa, but during a conflict with Ishigakure, the young baby had the two tails biju sealed inside her. She grew up among the citizens of Asahi feeling like a normal child. She was questioned about her eyes time to time, but she didn't know the truth about them until she was 12, after receiving her Star title. She was not interested in knowing who her father was though and was glad he wasn't involved in her life, since that meant she got to grow up with her sisters in Hasa thanks to her absent father. With Matatabi sealed insider her and Hyuga blood in her veins, Asahi was taught by her mother to never let others know who she really is. Which is why she wears goggles and colored contacts to hide her eyes. Weapon: Chakrams. Likes: Fried food, adventuring, loud music. Dislikes: Quiet places, being made fun of, vegetables.

Wears a pair of black pants with a pair of short silver cargo shorts over it along with a pair of black sandals with only her toes exposed which reveal violet nail polish.
Bio: Grew up in the reconstruction period following the war between the Great Nations that devastated her home; she still harbors a resentment towards said nations for what she saw as cruel actions of an innocent people caught in the middle. As such, she has a dream of one day becoming the leader of her nation and a powerful ninja in order to give her nation more respect and someday on equal footing with the five great nations. Has a strong sense of national pride, and utter devotion especially to the "God" who saved her nation from ruin.

Bio: A rather casual and carefree individual who shows some serious potential but can be a bit lazy often favoring a good nap or good read over anything strenuous. Always feeling like an outsider, Kenji was adopted in after he was found at the doorsteps of the Satorus with only a pair of pups and a scroll by his side. Naturally he uses these feelings to craft the rep of a joker who never passes a chance for a sarcastic quip to lighten the mood even if it gets him in trouble. Still when he can find the motivation he proves to be effective, and even in spite of his parent's disapproval he sought the path of the Shinobi all the same.

Wears a brown of long brown cargo pants and walks around barefoot with unpolished nails. Wears her Iwagakure headband, or rather has it strapped around a belt on her waist.
Bio: Grew up in the poor districts with Iwagakure, the daughter of a humble baker, and as such did what she did to help her family get by. Gambling, minor theft whatever was needed. As such developed a rather mischievous and rebellious personality, but so long as she can help support her parents however she could she never cared much what people think. Decided to become a ninja both becuase she desires to rise to the top of her nation as Iwagakure and to provide for her family. Her ultimate goal a childhood dream of becoming Tsuchikage.

The Kaguya Clan was exterminated because they launched an attack on the village, so if he wasn't a part of that attack (and he shouldn't be because he should've still been in diapers at that point) then he wouldn't have immediately been on the list of people they exterminated. Then it's just a matter of whether he got picked up by a foster family or managed to survive as a street urchin or whatever. Lots of people who were children or whose parents just moved out of the nation happened to survive.
