New character bio has been made. I may switch up the status infos of the Pokémon characters from time to time. I see that Pichu has taken a nice page of traits and such haha.
Name: His name is Oliver Cohen.
Species: Human (Past); Oshawott | Sea Otter Pokémon (Present)
Gender: Male
Age: He is roughly 22 Years old, though his physical, Pokémon body seems to sometimes be contary to that.
Height: 1'8" | 50.80 cm
Weight: 12.7 lbs | 5.76 kg
Appearance: Oliver is your normal, everyday Oshawott, with the exception of the somewhat paler blue fur he has on his body. He has an average build and fair skin tone. He wears a velvety, midnight black scarf around his neck. Upon closer inspection from any curious eyes, the scarf bears an insignia of a large, bold red letter that is the eighteenth letter of the alphabet.
Personality: Oliver tends to be rash when approached with conversations and other everyday situations. He can sometimes get carried away with his orders when things start to become rush hour or turn south in the worst direction possible. He tends to have a difficult time with keeping to himself at times, since he usually relies on having other people working with him towards the top instead of going all solo for the bucks.
Past: Oliver used to work as the head chef at Restaurant Le Yeah in Lumiose City. He always gave out several checks on the courses that came out to the trainers before the employees would battle them. Although Oliver received positive ratings for unique, delectable tastes on the main course, some trainers started to question the lack of a companion he had for his entire life. Oliver had never taken into owning a Pokémon after being attacked by a Rhyhorn when he was a child. Several months later, Oliver decided to quit his job after receiving numerous complaints and negative criticism towards having no Pokémon in his team. A member of Team Rocket had decided to take advantage of the man's crisis, as the mysterious grunt offered him a task on assisting the grunt with the tasks of: Finding vulnerable trainers, injecting them with a mysterious serum and bringing in the mutated trainers to record data and other observations. Unfortunately, Oliver was caught red handed by a seasoned trainer when he attempted to perform the tasks as a very fresh recruit. The grunt had bailed out already, leaving Oliver with the raging trainer! Oliver quickly fled from the trainer and hid in the bushes, though he already knew it was too late when he heard the trainer's threat. Without a second thought, Oliver jabbed his left leg with several syringes of the mysterious serum! The man scurried in the relative direction towards Ambrette Town soon after there were no signs of the other trainer. Several hours went by, and the man soon found himself as a new, peculiar life form after having to endure harsh pain and burning agony coursing through his body. Panic and dismay soon formed within the little Pokémon, as his life was completely changed from then on. He could no longer fit into his jacket or jeans. He had a difficult time with managing all his belongings with ease. A brief moment later, he was forced to run into the woods after a trainer attempted to catch the sea otter! He left everything but his prized scarf after fearfully scurrying away from the trainer.
Love Relations: He does not have any love relations, though this always subject to change in the RP.
Other: He is often seen wearing a small, light tan satchel around his left shoulder, which comfortably houses several items inside.

Love Relations: He does not have any love relations, though this always subject to change in the RP.
Other: He is often seen wearing a small, light tan satchel around his left shoulder, which comfortably houses several items inside.
- [+] Tempered Shell (The Pokémon's scalchop is hardened, slightly reducing the chances of durability wear down from usage in combat.)
- [+] Former Cook (The Pokémon has increased knowledge with cooking foods and other consumable items. The Pokémon can prepare more complex food-based recipes and identify spoiled food items more easily.)
- [+] Speed Demon (The Pokémon has somewhat increased speed stats and can interact with objects slightly quicker than usual.)
- [+] Adrenaline Junkie (The Pokémon moves and transfers items quicker, along with gaining a slightly bigger boost of energy when highly panicked.)
- [+] Easy Eater (The Pokémon does not have to consume as much food regularly to survive.)
- [+|−] Sensitive Ears (The Pokémon has somewhat larger sound perception radius, but loud noises like construction equipment, gunfire or explosions can cause the Pokémon to panic and/or gradually lose health while near the source of the loud noise.)
- [−] Hypochondriac (The Pokémon may develop symptoms of negative status conditions without actually having the status condition. The Pokémon is more likely to estimate their health and well-being inaccurately without assistance from other trainers and Pokémon when injured.)
- [−] Short Fuse (The Pokémon is quick to sudden, bad moods and declines of friendship.)
- [−] Poképhobic (The Pokémon is likely to panic when it encounters other Pokémon and is less effective with moves.)
- [−] Thin Fur (The Pokémon is more prone to getting cold from weather conditions, or being damaged by ice-based moves. Additionally, the Pokémon is more susceptible to becoming frozen from ice-based moves.)
- [−] Isolophobic (The Pokémon becomes more prone to becoming bored and stressed when isolated from others. Additionally, the Pokémon also has noticeably decreased stats when battling alone.)
- [−] Hapless (The Pokémon would more likely find that; what could go wrong for them, often does.)
- [−] Heedless (The Pokémon runs a slight risk of injuring themselves when using melee-based weapons. Blunt-based weapons may cause fractures and/or bruises, while blade-based weapons may cause scratches, deep wounds or other types of injuries.)
