OKAY, here's my idea: Somehow, the Hybrid ball was updated with a feature to mimic the move Hypnosis and Malamar's psychic lights. disclaimer: Not reliable information

Also my new character:
IGNORE EVERYTHING IN THIS SPOILER

EDIT: Beep beep, this edit is being demolished now.

The Hybrid Ball was introduced a lot earlier than intended (one day had hardly passed debuted instead of the three days that were meant to have passed before it was introduced, unless i'm misinterpreting it as IC time when it was actually OOC time we were talking about) so that could just be an improvement to it.

Honestly, I'd just prefer just reverting the scene entirely. It's been really complicated and just feels unnecessary and messy. It could pretty easily transition into the Talia thing had the Echo fight not happened, anyways.

I just - okay. I'm sorry I was busy and missed a lot, but now I don't know where to go... this is what I was afraid of happening, and now I just don't know what to do because I thought I could come back into the story. I'll try and work on this, and I'll delete my unnecessary second character. Just - I know a lot less than what you all expect me to. The post about my character sleeping was filler so that I could try and come back into the story. Needless to say, it failed harder than when I tried to use Hex on Eevee.

Just... help. I'm trying my best, and I don't want to let you all down.

It's fine. It was all a huge misunderstanding of multiple things and it's pretty understandable where you messed up, especially when considering you basically got trampled when the roleplay went too fast and a lot of the major stuff was quickly glanced over (either in a post or a quick discussion question) and then everyone was assumed to have gotten the memo.

As for what to do with your character next, it doesn't have to be anything big. Just waking up, reacting to everything going on, and adding a bit of 'fuel' (just talking, certain actions, suggestions) for others is really all that's necessary. There's no need to act a crazy battle or insane plot twist unless you think it helps with character development.

Actually wait, I have an idea:

The Maractus never comes out, yet the Roselia does and still uses Aromatherapy, yet it's much more brief and is just as a way of lightening the mood. The Roselia now becomes the one talking to Talia, not the Maractus. The Roselia remains out a little while longer, due to not being as exhausted from the fight

I'll probably work on one last separate character idea for the RP if this is approved, since I don't want to have too many characters at a time in any RP usually.

This Pokémon was with the grunt, that was with Oliver earlier when they were attempting to capture the seasoned trainer for experimental purposes. When the duo was caught by the trainer, the grunt had bailed out on Oliver by the time the trainer made eye contact with them. The grunt had attempted to flee for his life, though he was soon caught by the other grunts when they had noticed the team's failure. The grunts had decided to take matters into their own hands. Suddenly, a Poké Ball dropped and broke, releasing the Mine Jr. from the ball! Unknowingly to the Mine Pokémon, it also released their ownership and slight bond between him and the grunt.

The little Pokémon had no choice but to fight against the other grunts after recalling some of the moves he honed upon during strict times of training. He was able to successfully defeat one of the other grunt's Pokémon, though he ended up fleeing towards the direction of Lumiose City when he was out of power to utilize a new take on one of his favorite moves, Psybeam. It is currently a mystery to the fate his prior trainer had.
