The Rollout phased right through Shadow Leafeon and Sanshrew hit the wall. Sam chuckled. "Did you forget that Shadow Leafeon is the very culmination of my imagination? You cannot attack my Leafeon." Sam hesitated. "Hmm...I know...how about I take you with me..." Sam launched his hands forwards and a Dark Void sucked in Sandshrew and Lime, and made them fall asleep. "Until next time, witness...but now you've got my attention...I'll be back..." Sam brought them back to a place of pure darkness...

Sam put Lime in an indestructible cage, Sandshrew was put in a seperate one. Sam walked around and waited for Lime to wake up.

"Well, it's quite simple. All who witness the Chaos Gengar can tell the world about who he is and I will be noticed...not in the good way. Therefore, all who witness this being of determination (OOC: Please don't sue me Undertale) must perish...! Or in your lucky case, captured. Oh, yes, I don't think this vessel suits me...now that I am free, I can possess whoever I want...therefore, he's all yours..." Chaos Gengar moved out of Sam, and out of the room. Sam had his eyes closed at fell to the ground face first. That woke him up. "wha--where am I? Why are you in that cage? Where's Leafeon? The last thing I remember was that this dark aura surrounded me and then I had no idea what I was doing!" Sam looked at his body, making sure he was alive. He ran over to one cage and unlocked it and ran to the other one and unlocked it. "What do you know? What did you see?" He asked.

Lucy stared at the Chaos Gengar leave with wide, scared eyes. She looked af the Ruby of Chaos. Eevee was sniffing at it. Lucy pulled Eevee away from it. She petted Eevee's head.

Sam came running towards the Chaos Gengar when he noticed Lucy. "Shoot! What is she doing here?" Asked Sam. "Lucy! Over here! I would tell you to run, but then that would cause you to fight back, making it a chain reaction that's called "girl fights back" cliche, so no! I'm going to tell you to defend yourself!" Yelled Sam. He grabbed his Quick Ball. "Pyroar, use Fire Fang!" Yelled Sam, as he threw it. When the blue energy around Pyroar disappeared, then Pyroar's teeth would be engulfed in flames, then approaching the Chaos Gengar at high speeds. Pyroar phased right through and hit the ground. "Pyroar!" Yelled Sam. Sam made that anime sweat face. "Hahahaha!" Said Chaos Gengar. "Don't you know? I am non-existing! The only Pokémon you can use to defeat me is me!" Chaos Gengar chuckled. "Shoot, he's right." Sam didn't know what to do, so he just returned Pyroar to his Quick Ball and dodged Chaos Gengar's attacks.

Lucy made a confused face. Then she thought for a moment. Non-existing? How does that even work?! Eevee jumped out of her arms and leaped at Chaos Gengar.

Chaos Gengar moved out of the way, making Eevee hit the ground. "Don't listen to him, Ana--I mean Lucy! He is existing! He's just a part of the Chaos Ruby! Use your Pokémon to destroy the Chaos Ruby! Leave the rest to me!" Yelled Sam, still dodging the attacks. Sam got tired of dodging Shadow Balls. "*huff* Wow, you like to put up a fight, eh? *huff* Well, if you think Lucy and I, and that other kid who just witnessed you... *huff* are gonna just let you have your way...well, you're wrong...*huff*" Said Sam, getting tired. "Getting, tired, huh?" Asked Chaos Gengar. "I'll...I'll get you...someday... *huff*" Said Sam. "...Just not now..." said Sam. "Time to meet your maker, vessel..." Chaos Gengar started charging up a huge Shadow Ball. Sam collapsed. Leafeon, who was hiding behind Lucy, looked at Sam. Leafeon has tears in its eyes.

Lucy nodded. She picked up Eevee and ran over to the Ruby of Chaos. She thought for a moment. Then she called out Emolga. "Emolga, Thundershock!"
Emolga nodded and Thundershocked the Ruby of Chaos. Lucy crossed her fingers and hoped it worked.

Chaos Gengar released the Shadow Ball, but something prevented it from doing so. Sam looked up. "Leafeon's ability...Leaf Guard!" Said Sam. "What?! You imbecile! I shall destroy you!" Said Chaos Gengar. "Alright, Leafeon, let's fight this thing together!" Said Sam. "Leafy!" Leafeon nodded. "Leafeon, Grass Whistle!" Yelled Sam. "Ah! What is that ear bleeding noise?!" Said Chaos Gengar, frustrated. "Alright guys, it's time for the finishing blow!" Said Sam. He constantly threw his Pokéballs. "Pyroar, Flamethrower! Leafeon, Solar Beam! Gengar, Dark Pulse! Kricketune, Slash! Samurott, Hydro Pump!" Sam yelled. All of the moves were able to catch Gengar off-guard, especially with the ruby destroyed, but it wasn't enough. "Guys! Harder if we want to destroy this thing!" Screamed Sam.

Lucy called out her Spearow. "Spearow, Drill Peck! Eevee, Tackle! Emolga, Thundershock!" She shouted. Her Pokémon attacked Chaos Gengar. Lucy hoped her Pokémon plus Sam's would be able to beat it.

"Come on, guys, stronger!" Yelled Sam. His Pokémon tried even harder. Sam was having flashbacks.
Sam was just receiving an important Pokeball from his parents before leaving forever. "Mom...are you sure you want me to keep this?" "This is the Dark Ball. It's used to keep any kind of dangerous Pokémon in an enclosed space. There is no kind of danger where we're going...you use that thing wisely, okay?" "Okay...bye mom...bye dad..."
It all came back to him now. The last thing from his parents is what he needs to take down Chaos Gengar. Sam took the ball out of his bag. "It's time." Said Sam. He threw the ball. Chaos Gengar got trapped inside. *shake* *shake* *shake* *ding*
"Yes! We stopped it!" Yelled Sam. "We did it, guys! We really won!" Yelled Sam. "Woo-hoo!" Sam walked over to the Dark Ball and picked it up. It was vibrating like crazy. "Well...now what?" Asked Sam.

When Sam caught the Chaos Gengar in the Dark Ball, Lucy cheered and Eevee jumped up and down in excitement. "I guess now, we... get more tacos?" Lucy suggested. She smirked.

"Well, since that's the only thing we CAN do, I don't see why not!" Said Sam, as he started walking towards the nearest Gumshoos Taco Stand, and ordered four big tacos, topped with everything. Sam brought them to a table. One for Leafeon, one for him, one for Eevee, one for Lucy. "Dig in, everyone!" Said Sam, who already started eating his. He pulled out his phone and took a sip of his water. He scrolled through the news.
"Two 12-year-olds save the region from a frightening form of Gengar"
"PFFFFF!" Sam spit out his water, all over his phone. "WOAH, first of all, aww man, my phone's all wet, and second of all, OH MY GOD WE'RE ON THE NEWS!" Exclaimed Sam. Leafeon looked confused and looked at his phone. He was right, there they were, in the headline. Leafeon fell out of its seat.

Lucy dropped her taco when she heard the news, and all the fillings spilled out. "WHAT?!" She grabbed Sam's phone out of his hand so she could see for herself. "This is great!"
Eevee wagged his tail wildly.

"How did these people get this info? Oh, whatever. The news is the news." Leafeon's tail wagged so fast, it couldn't even be seen going back and forth. "I think the news is bored, because THIS? THIS is news!" Exclaimed Sam.

Lucy laughed. She looked down at her decomposed taco. She picked up a fork and started eating it slowly.
Eevee shrugged and kept eating his taco.

"I sure hope poparazzi don't start coming in," said Sam, starting to eat his taco. Leafeon's tail slowly stopped wagging, but then had an idea. "Leafeon, Leafeon! (Hey Eevee! You think you're so good at wagging, huh? Well, how about we just have a little wagging contest then?)"

Eevee wagged his tail harder and harder. He broke a sweat. He still wasn't as fast as Leafeon, though. Lucy finished eating her taco and sat back to watch the Pokémon's contest.

Leafeon taunted Eevee. With a smirk, then he stuck his tongue out. "Leafeon? (Sam, can I face a better opponent?) Sam knew Leafeon was going to win this. Leafeon's tail was the speed of sound, the sonic boom, the windbreaker.

But Eevee comepletely missed, because Leafeon's tail was wagging so fast, it was flying. "Oh, no..." Sam said after seeing Eevee being taunted Andrew being taunted AGAIN by Leafeon's flying. "Shoot's about to go down!" Said Sam.

"Is... that supposed to happen?" Lucy asked and pointed to Leafeon. Eevee growled and jumped onto the table, then at Leafeon, grabbing Leafeon's paw.

"There was this one time when Leafeon and I won a taco race, we had a year supply of free tacos. This is not even close to what his reaction was." Leafeon felt a pull. He struggled for a bit, but he was able to wag his tail fast enough so that he could carry Eevee. Leafeon gained back the smirk, and simply tossed Eevee to one side of the bench.

Leafeon used Protect, now realizing Eevee was trying to hurt him. "L-Leafeon? (A-are you trying to hurt me?)" asked Leafeon. Without hesitation, Leafeon got on his feet and started to use Quick Attack.

"Leafeon! (Yeah well, YOU started it!)" Leafeon circled around Eevee once and then rammed into its shield. Leafeon didn't realize it was Protect, so then it bumped it up to Tackle. That didn't work, so then Leafeon summoned leaves up from the ground to attack Eevee.Even that didn't work, so Leafeon's tail turned silver. Leafeon used its tail to attack Eevee. Even THAT didn't work, so Leafeon stepped back, and stood there, waiting for it to happen. Then, all of a sudden, a bunch of huge roots came out of the ground, and picked up Eevee. Leafeon was controlling it with his paws, so he mushed them together as hard as he could. Harder, harder, harder, until it got so hard the Protect barrier broke. Sam's eyes widened. Oh man, what do I do? I want to see the turnout of this battle, but I also don't want Eevee to get hurt...uh...uh... Sam bit his fingernails for a bit, then decided. Sam stood up on his seat, then stood up to the top of the bench, then backed up. He got a running start and jumped to catch Eevee right before Leafeon squished it. Leafeon realized he was doing wrong, and pulled the roots back underground in guilt.

Sam got up and ran over to Leafeon. "Okay, no. If there's one thing I need to tell you, and that's never try to kill a Pokemon!" Leafeon looked down in guilt. "...but another thing is...man! You gotta use some of these moves in battle! I mean, Frenzy Plant?! You're kidding, right?!" Sam said, trying to cheer up Leafeon. "Leafeon!" Leafeon smiled. He was glad his trainer had forgiven him. Sam got up and looked straight at Lucy and Eevee. "Man. Straight out of a pet movie." Sam chuckled.

Leafeon hopped into the table and started licking his plate, finishing the taco. Once he was done, he went into a nearby open field Andrea tried to use Frenzy Plant again. It worked, and Leafeon was able to control it. Sam was amazed. He had only seen a Venusaur able to control a Frenzy Plant.

Eevee narrowed his eyes. He was kinda sceptical, but he inched toward the jungle gym and nervously jumped up on it. When he realized Leafeon wasn't trying to hurt him, he jumped and climbed on it happily until he was all the way at the top.

Every time Eevee took out a punching bag, Leafeon respawned another that was stronger. Eevee eventually got to the point where even Leafeon was struggling with keeping the punching bag tough, so while he calmed down, Leafeon made a formation of roots that looked like a map similar to Pokémon Amie. Sam even threw over the Poké Puffs for the extra touch.
