No worries! I've been rather busy myself so take all of the breaks you need.
We do have Cirkit and Jagwire. However, I was considering dropping them since one of our starters is a water-type cat. And Jagwire was designed to be an Electric-Water type. I was considering adding a midway evolution and have it be Cirkit-->Catabolt-->Jagwire at one point, but I'm not 100% sure I like that so much anymore.
Here's a brief look into the one's I'm debating. I dropped the herald's wand in favor of a different Pokémon.
(a) Crabake-->Crustacea (Fairy-type) "The Cake Crab Pokémon"
Crabake: A pink and white crab-like Pokémon resembling a small desert. Has torched frosting on its back. This Pokémon looks good enough to eat.
Crustacea: A Baked Alaska King Crab, resembling the towering dessert resting atop crab-like features. The claws and legs are red with white stripes to resemble an Alaskan King Crab. This Pokémon’s back is topped with Baked Alaska. Evolves from Crabake when traded while holding Merry Meringue.
(b) Cirkit-->Catabolt-->Jagwire (Electric-Water type) "The Jungle Cat Pokémon"
Cirkit: A black spotted orange kitten resembling a jaguar cub. It has long whiskers for channeling electricity. The shiny version is all black.
Catabolt (possible midstage evolution): basically halfway between a house cat and a jaguar.
Jagwire: An orange stocky jaguar Pokémon with two tails: one positive and one negative. The black rosettes all over its body resemble electrical outlets. It has a white underbelly. The shiny version is all black.
(c) Equilibra (Ghost-Steel Type) "The Steelyard Pokémon"
A ghostly balancing scale with rusted chains. And chipped balancing dishes. This Pokémon weighs the fate of its foes before attacking. Its decisions are absolute.
(d) Spearful-->Quivering-->Archiron (Ghost-Fighting Type) "The Archery Pokémon"
Spearful: A lonely haunted arrow capable of inducing many side effects
Quivering: A arrow and a quiver. Evolves from Spearful at Level 35.
Archiron: A haunted arrow and quiver full of arrows. Evolves from Quivering when given a Dusk Stone.
I have added regional variants to the Mithos Dex. Presently, I have a regional Meowth and new Meowth evolution inspired by a past suggestion as well as a regional Ponyta and Rapidash. Regarding Minotauros, I believe I know the rumor you are talking about. While I love the concept [see image attachment below], Tauros has received three regional variations as of Scarlet/Violet, all being part fighting type. Since the Minotaur is known for being violent, I thought its Pokémon equivalent should be part Fighting-type too. Dark/Fighting seems like and enticing combination. I considered using Bouffalant, but Minotaur doesn't strike me as a creature that would have a head that fuzzy. Of course, this is all my opinion. Still, I thought having it be a Fakémon would make it more original, and give me the option to use more colors rather than solid black.
