The Heart of Frostfire.

Previously The failure
Adolphian, with the power to carry around 25 kilograms on his back for an extended period of time, as well as the already heavy weight of his bag, which isn't much lighter. We all lift together, but only lifting.

Edit: I just came up with the mental image of Adolphian suplexing a fucking steelix, and... Now I can't unsee it. I'm going to try my hardest to avoid any Sabin references. (If you're confused, look up 'Sabin suplexes a ghost train'. Best moment in any video game.)

Oh, don't worry, he's not going to use it on anything that isn't a threat. It's mainly a stun weapon, meant to knock threats unconscious long enough for him to escape. He doesn't like fighting, but he will if he has to. Though given his Pokemon, any threats would be engaged by them before he has a chance to pull out his stun laser.

Edit: A gun is like a dick. Presenting it and waving it around excessively does not make you cool.

And then we have Evilane, specialist in neurology and specifically turning men into a melted mess. You guys are going to have a handful when I bring her in. Of course, she never does anything lewd, but she's really good at avoiding conflict with her absurd amount of charm. (One could say if she was a Pokemon, she'd be a Sylveon with Cute Charm and who really knows how to use attract well.)
She also enjoys messing with Adolphian, and since she knows him well... Yeah. They were in a relationship at one point but she just ended up taunting and teasing him to the point where he ended up going into hiding for a month.

Looking forward to it~

Pretty sure some character have the ability Unware, so you might run into a bit of trouble~

Name: Nakano Saito
Nickname: Naka, Sai
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Trainer Class: Trainer/Intern Researcher
Physical Appearance: Sun-kissed skin, she has shaved the sides of her head for an undercut to form a deathhawk (which is where the hair is longer from front to back), which she'll put up in a ponytail. Her hair is blonde, can be flipped either side as it's long enough, her eyes are light grey, and she is 5'03" (160 cm) and weighs 125 lbs (56.7 kg). She has a scar running from the middle of her cheek down her neck from a Pokemon's Slash attack. She has scars on her body from training her Pokemon and using her body to block hits. Mixed lean muscle from casually working out on her journeys and training from her father.
Clothing: She usually wears a tank top in various colors, jean shorts, and black combat boots in hotter weather; a t-shirt of varying colors, a black jacket (for when it gets chilly or windy), jeans, and black combat boots in temperate weather; and a long-sleeved shirt of varying colors, heavy-duty jeans, and black winter boots in winter weather. She always has a brown backpack that's covered in floral pink and green flowers that holds all of her items. She also has a white and black checkered belt that houses her PokeBalls and a camouflage jacket when she’s out on field research.
Overall Personality: Nakano is well known to be serious about Pokemon in general, yet friendly to most people when they approach her. She is pretty generous, giving her things away to those who she deems need them more. However, time is a bit more sacred to her and she tends to study and work too much. A spunky, compassionate sweetheart, whose patience may not be up to snuff and can get into arguments easily. She is curious about literally everything and won’t shy away from asking plenty of questions in pursuit of knowledge, coming off as nosey at times. She can range between being an optimist to what she thinks is being a realist when it’s actually pessimistic when on a bad day. She doesn't much care about herself and is reckless, as she enjoys the pain inflicted upon her, but she understands that Pokemon attacks shouldn't be trifled with and does what she can to make sure everyone is alive at the end of it. She understands the complexities of the world around her and finds it difficult to stop analyzing what she has in front of her and just go with what feels right.
Virtues: Nakano is, as mentioned before, friendly. She wants to be friends with everyone and has a good amount of a patience, dealing with those with a smile on her face who she'd rather not deal with. She also tends to "match" her personality to fit in with those who are different from her, so that they don't hate her, but she always tends to act more mature. She is also rather intelligent, however she may not be as wise.
Vices: Nakano doesn't mind getting hurt, and she will gladly put herself in harm's way to help someone or calm down a Pokemon. While she can be patient, hormones make her rather impatient and while she does her best to be a good role model, sometimes she may snap. Her rage, while not common, still is a little terrifying because she can go from a general sweetheart to someone who won't flinch making someone cry, especially towards those she actually dislikes, making those who she "matches" her personality to confused and hurt. She also is way too analytical and has forgotten how to follow her gut instincts. Whoever thought working too much was a bad thing, but apparently it can lead to burn out and symptoms of depression, something that Nakano suffers from sometimes.
Fears: While most people have a general aversion to public speaking or performance, Nakano has an upright irrational phobia of doing so. Amongst a group of people, it's fine, especially when she's showing off her knowledge and facts or teaching others what she knows. But to speak out publicly and get the attention of multiple people? Or worse yet, perform in front of a large audience, especially a live one. She could do gym battles in every region minus Galar, but she couldn't do stadium tournaments or contests or performances. They scare her to death and she starts to constantly fuss over her perfection when she does so. Or she just freezes up and locks in place. Another thing she fears is losing her work. Her work is her life. She loses it and she might not want to travel or work on her projects anymore. Another fear she has is when she makes a friend and they need her. It's terrifying not being there for your friends, but Nakano has it pretty bad, unable to set aside her worries if she knows her friends are in danger and she can't do anything to stop it. She isn't very emotional, but when she does crack, it breaks into a waterfall.
Backstory: Born to Bansyou, a Hoenn-born Sumo Wrestling Champion with his famous Hariyama, and Aria, a Unova-born Pokemon and human nurse, as a firstborn, she was brought up in a loving family. She was taught that perseverance, determination, patience, and hard work was what drove a person to do amazing things and she was rewarded as she learned these principles in life. She was a quick academic student, taking classes that would put her on field trips to different regions to learn about the Pokemon, their habitats, and more. Not only that, but she is a wonderful socialite despite her tendency to take things literally and overanalyzing everything, making her a favorite among many people. However, she grew to dislike her small-scale fame (while also fearing the public eye in mass amount), choosing to marry herself to her work once she became a researcher at the age of sixteen for Professor Rowan - or at least get there, starting as an intern. Her constant workaholic nature has caused her depression and anxiety to form (along with her perfectionistic nature) in her teenage years, but it has not become unmanageable due to there not being a harsh enough stimulus to affect her performance poorly. The most she feels would be similar to the effects of burnout.

At the age of ten, she was given the Pokemon Pichu by her father. Throughout her academia life and that of her field trips, she’s caught other Pokemon. These include a lonely Eevee, an Arrokuda and Hatenna during her short tenure in Galar, and a Diglett. As she was doing a fossil excavation, she found an Old Amber, and promptly revivified it, bringing the Aerodactyl to life. She has caught other Pokemon in her trips, those who mainly help with travel, her future research, or battling.

Nearing her birthday, she was sent abroad to work for Professor Oak in Kanto, and maybe do some more hands-on teaching for the young trainers setting off for their journies. To not scare the children, she brought with her the Pichu and Eevee.
Starters:
Species/Type: Pichu - Electric (This type allows Chu to prevent paralysis from ability or move)

Nickname: Chu

Gender: Female

Ability: Lightning Rod - Chu’s biology forces lightning from nearby to become drawn to her body, her body hardening to take the power of lightning without a sweat. Her pouches are far larger and more absorbent than the rest of her species without this ability, allowing her to draw in a 15 foot radius, absorb, and utilize the lightning within the Electric-Type attacks to boost the potency of her Special Attack. This ability gives better phone reception, even when there shouldn’t be any reception. It also causes Electric-Types to become drawn to this Pokemon with this ability if she is out of her PokeBall.

Appearance: Being a runt, Chu’s height and weight is less than that of her species (1’00” | 30.5 cm, 4.4 lbs | 2.0 kg). Instead, she is 8 inches (20.3 cm) and weighs 3 lbs (1.4 kg). Her cheeks also look a little thicker around her electrical pouches.

Nature/Personality: Timid | Chu is naturally shy, naive and quick to run off after assessing the sound as dangerous (even if it isn't). After getting to know someone, she’ll become bubbly and mischievous, playing practical pranks on those she deems as friends and just being a happy, silly ball of fluff. She is quite emotional though, unable to control herself when feeling a strong emotion, whether negative or positive. That’s due to her more psychological baseline as a Baby Pokemon. She will be more in control of herself and be less naive if, and when, she evolves.

History: Chu was born from league-fighting Pokemon from Nakano’s father, who raised Chu from infancy. Nakano aided in taking care of not only Chu, but other Baby Pokemon he had, but found herself more attached to Chu as they grew. Nakano received Chu as a gift from her father as soon as she reached the age of ten. The two of them rarely ever separated, going through thick and thin with each other and seeing each other at their worst. They’ve had fights, they made up, they supported each other, and they have both nearly died protecting each other as they journeyed alongside each other for years. Chu had helped find the rest of Naka’s team and was a welcoming hostess to Naka’s party. Three times Chu almost evolved, and each time she refused, preferring to stay as a Pichu. Nakano always thought this strange, but thought it was a comfort thing for Chu. In fact, there were plenty of times Chu should have evolved and it would have been easier for them if she had, but Chu stayed as a Pichu not because it was comfortable and she was used to it, but because she thought their relationship as best friends would change and Nakano would regard her differently if she had evolved. She thinks they’ll be together forever, her naïve mind not realizing that time exists beyond the passage of day and night and that there won’t be a forever, but a human’s lifetime and that something can just easily whisk her away from right under her nose.

Moves: Due to Nakano being a bit creative, I will only be sharing the effects the moves do and where she learned it from.

1. Thunderbolt - Electric - Special - Learned from father's female Alolan Raichu; has a 1/10 chance of paralyzing the opponent.
2. Electric Terrain - Electric - Status - Born knowing the move from mother's male Manectric; electrifies the field, lasting for 5 of my posts and affects all Pokemon that are grounded. Boosts the power of Electric-Type moves for those affected by 30%, prevents Pokemon from sleeping (Rest will fail, and so will being drowsy from Yawn), Rising Voltage does double damage, Terrain Pulse becomes Electric-Type, Nature Power becomes Thunderbolt, Secret Power may cause paralysis, Mimicry changes user of ability to Electric-Type, and Camouflage changes user to Electric-Type.
3. Charge - Electric - Status - Born knowing the move from mother's male Manectric; charges up so the next Electric-Type move directly after will deal double damage. It also raises the user's Special Defense.
4. Thunder Wave - Electric - Status - Naturally learned; sends a weak jolt of electricity to paralyze the opponent.
5. Flash - Normal - Status - Learned via brother's Jolteon tutoring her; makes herself shine in a bright light to lower the target's accuracy, temporarily blinding them. It can also be used to illuminate the darkness.
6. Helping Hand - Normal - Status - Learned via brother's Jolteon tutoring her; with increased priority, she shares energy with a nearby ally to double the damage their attack deals.
7. Disarming Voice - Fairy - Special - Born knowing the move from father's female Alolan Raichu; hard to dodge and affects all adjacent foes, but can be dodged. Doesn't affect those with Soundproof. Can't be used if affected by Throat Chop's effect.
8. Nasty Plot - Dark - Status - Naturally learned; thinks nasty thoughts and dirty schemes, raising her Special Attack considerably.

Species/Type: Eevee - Normal

Nickname: Fluffy

Gender: Male

Ability: Adaptability - When using Normal-Type moves, they increase in power output due to the Pokemon's ability to modify his own moves to adjust to new conditions.

Appearance: Being an average height (1'00" | 30.48 cm) but weighing at 23.2 lbs | 10.5 kg (which is 8.9 lbs | 2.2 kg more than average), this Eevee is not only fluffy but rather buff for his species. He also has a lot more fur around his collar, and his tail is a little longer. Being a more battle-hardened Pokemon, he has scars on his body, concealed by his fur. He bruises and cuts more easily than those of his species, physical attacks against him wearing him out more than usual.

Nature/Personality: Lonely | Fluffy is naturally a brooding kind of Pokemon, a little depressed and usually sulks alone. However, while he like being away from annoying people and Pokemon, he can’t stay away for long and will usually find himself being cuddled by one of Nakano’s Pokemon or Nakano herself. Which isn’t all that bad. Other than that, he likes to run, usually running away from people or Pokemon he’d rather not deal with. When he’s not trying to run from anyone though, he commonly gets into fights, thrashing about and loving the thrill of battle. Despite the emotions he struggles feeling and having a love/hate relationship with friendship and affection, starting or participating in fights is the one thing he loves most, and he occasionally uses violent methods first before anything else. However, due to this, he can resort to violence or hitting something when he feels upset or struggling to handle his emotions.

History: Fluffy is built stronger, yet frailer than most Eevee. He is emotionally immature than most of the other Eevee and he doesn't know how to properly conduct himself. When Nakano's class had arrived for some Pokemon collecting and having lessons outside, Nakano had found the Eevee. Thinking him fluffy, she tried to approach and hug him, only for Fluffy to attack and flee. Hurt, Nakano chased after the Pokemon, only to fall and sprain her ankle. Her crying and being isolated from her class had the Eevee think differently. Being a major tsundere, the Eevee decided to give Nakano a berry as a sort of truce but not really wanting to. As soon as he was close enough, Nakano got him in a hug. He struggled and fought, only to feel warm and fuzzy from the hug. Pouting, the Eevee decided to come along with the limping Nakano, only to be caught shortly after. For a while, Eevee was difficult with Naka, not following orders and running away every chance he got. However, as they traveled with each other and learned more about each other, Eevee realized he was being rather unfair with Nakano. Wanting to make amends, he wanted to be her steadfast protector instead. If he were to choose to evolve, he'd choose Flareon, as fire always reminded him of power and that's what he needs to protect Naka.

Moves: Due to Nakano being a bit creative, I will only be sharing the effects the moves do and where they learned them from.

1. Helping Hand - Normal - Physical - Learned naturally; with increased priority, he shares energy with a nearby ally to double the damage their attack deals.
2. Quick Attack - Normal - Physical - Learned naturally; is a quick attack with increased priority (not as much as Helping Hand though).
3. Return - Normal - Physical - Learned via tutor from brother's Lopunny; using the power of friendship with his trainer, Fluffy attacks. If he holds resentment for his trainer or he's in a bad mood towards his trainer, this deals less damage.
4. Retaliate - Normal - Physical - Learned via tutor from brother's Glameow; if an ally was knocked out in a previous post, this attack deals double damage.
5. Protect - Normal - Status - Learned via tutor from brother's Lopunny; generates a protective dome around himself. It's technically slightly big enough to cover a crouched human or a medium-sized Pokemon. Each successive consecutive use makes this move less likely to work.
6. Bite - Dark - Physical - Learned naturally; fluffy bites with darkness covered teeth and it has ~1/3 chance to flinch.
7. Iron Tail - Steel - Physical - Learned via tutor from brother's Glameow; Fluffy's tail is coated with metallic energy and it has ~1/3 chance to lower the target's Defense.

Overall Personality: Nakano is well known to be serious about Pokemon in general, yet friendly to most people when they approach her. She is pretty generous, giving her things away to those who she deems need them more. However, time is a bit more sacred to her and she tends to work too much. She realized she sucked at practical knowledge in Pokemon battles, so she found a friend in someone who journeyed with her. With their help, she managed to get all eight gym badges in Sinnoh, and then the next eight in Hoenn. However, she didn't join either of the leagues. The spotlight terrified her and she'd much prefer working in the background. At the age of twenty, she settled to working in Sinnoh with her coworkers, making a living for herself as she became an adult.

Species/Type: Flareon - Fire (This type prevents this Pokemon from being burned and is immune to the sea of fire caused by combining Fire Pledge and Grass Pledge. It enables the use of Burn Up, but loses the type)

Nickname: Fluffy

Gender: Male

Ability: Guts - Due to this Pokemon’s sheer determination and grit, this Pokemon’s Attack doubles once this Pokemon has been affected with either Paralysis, Burns (if and after his Fire-Typing changes), Poison, or Badly Poison. While constant burns makes it harder to use the body in physical attacks, Guts prevents the loss of physical power.

Appearance: Being an average height (2'11" | 88.9 cm) but weighing at 60 lbs | 27.2 kg (which is 8.9 lbs | 2.2 kg more than average), this Flareon is not only fluffy but rather buff for his species. However, while they like being away from annoying people and Pokemon, he can’t stay away for long and will usually find himself being cuddled by one of Nakano’s Pokemon or Nakano herself.

History: As an Eevee, Fluffy was built stronger, yet frailer than most Eevee. He was emotionally immature than most of the other Eevee and he didn't know how to properly conduct himself. When given the choice to evolve with special stones, Eevee chose the Fire Stone, as it always reminded him of power and that's what he needed to protect Naka. With that, he became her Flareon, and he has been by her side ever since, protecting her from wild Pokemon and showing that despite his frail body and fragile emotional state, he was as determined as his trainer, which is a trait he's always admired from her.

Moves: Due to Nakano being a bit creative, I will only be sharing the effects the moves do and where they learned them from. All damaging Fire-Type moves cause the target to thaw, and moves like Flame Charge thaws the user.

1. Sunny Day - Fire - Status - Learned from a tutor; Makes the sunlight harsher, clearing the sky to do so. Will last for 5 of my posts. Doubles the power of Fire-Type moves, halves the power of Water-Type moves, recovers more health from Synthesis, Morning Sun, and Moonlight; Solar Beam and Solar Blade don't need to charge and double in power, Thunder and Hurricane's accuracy is lowered; Harvest constantly restores berries, and activates Chlorophyll, Dry Skin, Flower Gift, Solar Power, Leaf Guard, and Forecast.
2. Flame Charge - Fire - Physical - Learned from a Fire-Type tutor; Increases the user's speed while cloaking himself in flames to attack.
3. Quick Attack - Normal - Physical - Learned naturally; is a quick attack with increased priority (not as much as Helping Hand though).
4. Facade - Normal - Physical - Learned via Pokemon tutor; When affected by poison, paralysis, or a burn, this attack's power is doubled.
5. Protect - Normal - Status - Learned via tutor from brother's Lopunny; generates a protective dome around himself. It's technically slightly big enough to cover a crouched human or a medium-sized Pokemon. Each successive consecutive use makes this move less likely to work.
6. Superpower - Fighting - Physical - Learned from a Fighting-Type; Summoning great power, Fluffy attacks. This makes him weaker, lowering his Attack and Defense.
7. Bite - Dark - Physical - Learned naturally; Fluffy bites with darkness covered teeth and it has ~1/3 chance to flinch.
8. Iron Tail - Steel - Physical - Learned via tutor from brother's Glameow; Fluffy's tail is coated with metallic energy and it has ~1/3 chance to lower the target's Defense.

Species/Type: Aerodactyl - Rock/Flying (Due to the Rock-Typing, Aero is immune to sandstorm damage and his Special Defense is doubled. Due to the Flying-Type, Aero is immune to the effects of terrain, Arena Trap, entry hazards (except Stealth Rock), and Ground-Type moves. Forcing to land from being hit, pulled down via item ability or otherwise, or losing the types will make these null)

Nickname: Aero

Gender: Male

Ability: Pressure - Forces the Pokemon to expend more energy when they use their moves.

Appearance: Aero has a few scars on his body, but not as extensively as Fluffy. He's also a lot larger and a tad heavier due to muscle than others of his species, which makes him capable of carrying two people and their luggage. He is 6'05" (195.58 cm) and weighs 150 lbs (68.03 kg). He also usually has a saddle on his back that allows for more comfortable and secure riding.

Nature/Personality: Jolly | Aero is incredibly happy. Almost all the time. It's hard to get Aero's spirits down, but as soon as they are he finds a way to be optimistic and tries to take every day one day at a time. He lives in the present, loves his power (maybe a bit vain), and is surprisingly vigilant to what's going on around him despite seemingly being oblivious. He cares a lot and, despite his scary appearance, will do his best to help someone in need or even give them a ride. He loves to fly and make amazing aerial maneuvers in the sky. If Nakano wasn't so afraid of performing in contests, he'd love to participate.

History: Aero's DNA was in an Old Amber. He doesn't remember anything of his past. In this new world, there are these strange rectangular fixtures in the ground these humanoids run in and out of like a cave or a large tree. And there's a lot more of these strange electrical lines and incredibly giant metal birds with fixed wings that he swore was a Pokemon at first. When he was revived by this young teenage girl, he was both confused and elated he could breathe life once again. He doesn't know he died, but it feels like living 'again'. Aerodactyl was actually, surprisingly, much easier to get along with than the other Pokemon Nakano had at her disposal. He quickly became a favorite of hers to use during combat, is the strongest Pokemon on her team, and knows the most moves. He has also been used as a ride as he got bigger, giving Nakano and her friends a peaceful flight through the skies.

Moves: Due to Nakano being a bit creative, I will only be sharing the effects the moves do.

1. Stone Edge - Rock - Physical - Making an incredibly sharp rock, the attack has an increased critical hit ratio.
2. Sandstorm - Rock - Status - Causes a sandstorm for 5 of my posts. Damages all but Ground-, Rock-, and Steel-Types, and those with Sand Veil, Sand Rush, Sand Force, Overcoat, Magic Guard, and those with Safety Goggles. Activates Sand Veil, Sand Rush, and Sand Force. Synthesis, Morning Sun, and Moonlight recovers less health while Shore Up recovers more health, and Solar Blade and Solar Beam do half damage. Weather Ball becomes Rock-Type. Rock-Type's Special Defense double.
3. Fly - Flying - Physical - Gives the user more strength to carry people, their luggage, and some Pokemon across the region at a faster pace with relative ease. As an attack, it flies high up in the air, and then dives down to attack in the next post. Can be hit by Gust, Thunder, Twister, Whirlwind, Hurricane, Smack Down and Sky Uppercut, with Gust and Twister doing double damage and Smack Down disrupting the attack, with paralysis, infatuation, and confusion also disrupting the attack. This can reach non-adjacent foes.
4. Sky Drop - Flying - Physical - Aero grabs the opponent and flies up high. During this time, the target can attack the Aerodactyl to try and get free. On the next post, Aero will throw the opponent towards the ground in a free fall. If they can cushion their fall, use their moves to make them float, have Levitate, or are Flying-Type, they can prevent the damage this attack does. Both the target and the user can get hit by Gust, Thunder, Twister, Sky Uppercut, Hurricane, and Smack Down, but Smack Down won't stop the attack and Gust and Twister will do double damage. Sky Drop will fail from Gravity and targets weighing more than 440.9 lbs (200 kg). Can reach non-adjacent foes.
5. Defog - Flying - Status - Aero gets rid of fog or things that obstruct his view of the opponent, lowering their evasion. It also gets rid of Light Screen, Reflect, Safeguard, Aurora Veil, and Mist on the opponent's side, and Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, and Sticky Web on all sides of the field. It also gets rid of terrain.
6. Strength - Normal - Physical - Summoning super strength, Aero can move boulders three times his size and eight times his weight.
7. Thunder Fang - Electric - Physical - Has a 1/10 chance to paralyze and a 1/10 chance to flinch the target.
8. Psychic Fangs - Psychic - Physical - Psychic energy coats Aero's teeth and he bites the opponent. The psychic energy breaks through Light Screen, Reflect, and Aurora Veil, erasing them from the opponent's side. It won't remove them if they miss or if the target is immune or protected from the attack.

Species/Type: Barraskewda - Water

Nickname: Brute Tooth

Gender: Male

Ability: Swift Swim - During rain, Speed is doubled due to becoming slicker from the rain.

Appearance: Brute Tooth is the average height (4'03" | 129.54 cm) and weight (66.1 lbs | 29.98 kg) of a Barraskewda and there's nothing really special with him. He's rather average looking. He can have reins on him though, which hook to a little raft Nakano may have with her (or rented from places) to ride on the waves with her Barraskewda.

Nature/Personality: Hasty | Not only is Brute Tooth incredibly impatient, but also has an explosive temper. It's not hard to get him upset, but it's easy to get him to calm down. His attention span is left to be desired, but that doesn't mean he doesn't work less hard than everyone else. However, while he does like to speed around and get in fights, he doesn't actually like fighting. He prefers to peacefully swim around the lake, get into speed contests, and lug his trainer around.

History: Brute Tooth was an Arrokuda during his time in Galar. It was when a young girl had arrived on a class trip and marveled at him in the water. A little peeved that he was being stared at, he leapt out and attacked her. However, her hands were faster and she caught him with some gardening gloves she found. The two stared at each other for a few seconds before the girl smiled, kissed him, and threw him back in the water. Stunned, Brute Tooth wanted to know why she did that and followed her. Only for her to sneakily capture him. Of course, he was rather hard to deal with because of that and he'd constantly butt heads with Fluffy due to their quick tempers. However, he helped in gym fights somewhat and evolved into Barraskewda against her fight with the third Sinnoh gym leader. Since then, he's retired some from official battles and has preferred to be her chauffer across water.

Moves: Due to Nakano being a bit creative, I will only be sharing the effects the moves do.

1. Aqua Jet - Water - Physical - Cloaking himself in water and becoming a blur, Brute Tooth smashes into the target.
2. Dive - Water - Physical - Outside of battle, Brute Tooth has the strength to pull along a person and their luggage through the water for long distances and taking them down quite deep. In a battle, Brute Tooth can dive into water, then come out the next post to attack. Surf and Whirlpool will hit and will do twice the damage. Paralysis, infatuation, and confusion will disrupt Dig.
3. Waterfall - Water - Physical - Brute Tooth scales up waterfalls quickly and with enough power to pull along a human and their luggage. In battle, they charge the opponent with the power to scale a waterfall, and has a 1/5 chance to cause flinching.
4. Surf - Water - Special - Brute Tooth can pull along a human and their luggage across water for long distances, and even battling harsh rapids to swim somewhat decent. In battle, Brute Tooth summons a wave of water (whether from the ground or in the water he's in) to attack everyone adjacent to him. Surf will do double damage to those who are using Dive.
5. Whirlpool - Water - Special - Brute Tooth can create a whirlpool and trap the opponent within, which damages them and makes it impossible to flee unless they destroy the whirlpool with a counter spin, have Run Away, uses Rapid Spin, forces a switch/flee, or are Ghost-Types. Can hit Pokemon during Dive and will deal double damage. Naturally occurring whirlpools can be negated with a use of a Whirlpool, allowing passage through those waters.
6. Rain Dance - Water - Status - Brute Tooth creates rain clouds and makes it rain for 5 of my posts. This doubles the power of Water-Type moves, halves the power of Fire-Type moves, halves the power of Solar Beam and Solar Blade, lessens healing done by Moonlight, Synthesis, and Morning Sun, Weather Ball becomes Water-Type, Thunder and Hurricane become more difficult to miss (as much as a Swift or Aerial Ace), and activates Rain Dish, Swift Swim, Dry Skin, Hydration, and Forecast.
7. Poison Jab - Poison - Physical - Jabbing the target with poison, this has ~1/3 chance to poison the target, unless they are a Poison-Type, Steel-Type, or have the ability Immunity.
8. Drill Run - Ground - Physical - Drilling through the ground, Brute Tooth drives towards the target and has an increased critical hit ratio.

Species/Type: Dugtrio - Ground (Due to this type, Douggie is immune to Thunder Wave and damage from Sandstorm)

Nickname: Douggie

Gender: Female

Ability: Arena Trap - Due to constantly creating pits of earth that shift towards a center point in a large circle, it prevents nearby grounded Pokemon from fleeing excluding allies and the trainers (usually), guarding the way out unless this Pokemon relaxes their guard or the Pokemon escapes faster than this Pokemon can keep them from doing so. Flying-Types, Pokemon with Levitate, and Ghost-Type Pokemon can fly out. Users who use a move that forces themselves to switch out, those with Run Away or Smoke Ball to flee, or Teleport can escape. This makes trapping Pokemon easier and you may be pulled into a battle more often.

Appearance: Douggie is surprisingly normal looking save for pink bows around each of her heads. Douggie is 2'04" (71.1 cm) and weighs 73.4 lbs (33.3 kg).

Nature/Personality: Naive | Douggie is incredibly gullible and takes things at face value without question. However, she is still incredibly sweet and has this child-like innocence that's hard to hate. She's just an adorable sweetheart who loves giving hugs and helping her trainer with her research, trapping Pokemon and testing them (sometimes gently) before letting them go. She is rather adorably weird, liking to play with other Pokemon and being slightly rough with them on accident. However, she doesn't like fighting as much as she likes showing off.

History: Douggie was a Diglett when Nakano found her. In fact, Douggie had found a broken hole in Nakano's backpack and followed her as she ate all the snacks that fell out of her pack. When Nakano settled down near her class's camp, she realized most of her food was gone and Douggie was there, staring at her, expecting more food. Excited that a Pokemon was so brazen to approach, Nakano threw a PokeBall at her and caught her. It was surprisingly fast, considering Douggie wanted to stay for food. She was the second easiest to get alone with, as she generally took people at their word. She disliked battling though, and Nakano only got her to evolve when she had gotten into trouble. Other than that, while she stays with Nakano and is decent at a battle, she prefers making herself look cute.

Moves: Due to Nakano being a bit creative, I will only be sharing the effects the moves do.

1. Dig - Ground - Physical - Will dig underground, and then will attack the next turn. Can create subterranean tunnels or holes across the battlefield to confuse the opponent if they don't want to attack. Can also be used to travel across the region. Can still be hit by Earthquake, Magnitude, and Fissure, and will be dealt double damage from Earthquake and Magnitude. Paralysis, infatuation, and confusion will disrupt Dig.
2. Earthquake - Ground - Physical - Causing an earthquake, it damages everyone adjacent to the user. Deals double damage to those using Dig. Will only do half damage when Grassy Terrain is in effect.
3. Sand Tomb - Ground - Physical - Douggie can create a swirling sand tornado and traps the opponent within, which damages them and makes it impossible to flee unless they destroy the sand tornado with a counter spin, have Run Away, uses Rapid Spin, forces a switch/flee, or are Ghost-Types.
4. False Swipe - Normal - Physical - Holds back when it scratches, so the target doesn't get knocked out.
5. Cut - Normal - Physical - Making themselves sharp, they cut through even thick logs or messy bramble with ease.
6. Shadow Claw - Ghost - Physical - Claws cloaked in ghostly energy, they swipe. It has an increased critical hit ratio.
7. Aerial Ace - Flying - Physical - Hard to dodge and can affect non-adjacent foes, but can be dodged.
8. Rock Smash - Fighting - Physical - Douggie summons the power to smash rock, being able to smash boulders six times her size. Has a 1/2 chance to lower the target's Defense.

Species/Type: Hatterene - Psychic/Fairy

Nickname: Hattie

Gender: Female

Ability: Magic Bounce - Due to a magical reflective barrier, it reflects all moves that lower the target’s battle capabilities (excluding Memento), status condition-inducing status moves, entry hazard moves, and those like Encore, Roar, Whirlwind, Taunt, Torment, Disable, Embargo, and Heal Block. It can reflect status Z-Moves (but not their Z-Power effects, including Z-Parting Shot’s effect of restoring the HP of the Pokemon switching in), and moves used via Dancer or Instruct.

Appearance: Hattie is just like every other Hatterene. 6'11" (210.8 cm) and weighing in at 11.2 lbs (5.08 kg).

Nature/Personality: Calm | Hattie is incredibly calm and serene. Nothing can break her concentration nor her patience. Despite being a Hatterene, she's used to all the loud noises, making her a lot more decently behaved during even loud urban settings. However, it still stresses her out and usually likes to hang out in her PokeBall unless needed. She is still rather curious and can be somewhat vain, preferring to keep her look at least better than the rest of those in the party. She also loves to nap.

History: As a Hatenna, she was way more curious. In fact, she had found a rather warm bag with lots of goodies to eat and play with. Sneaking inside, she was surprised when the bag was jostled and began to move on its own. Still, she ate and plated with the things inside, choosing to stay silent until a girl peeked her head into the bag to see a pastel pink and blue thing playing with her pencil. Giggling, the girl pulled her out and introduced herself and her Pichu. Seeing that the girl meant no harm, Hatenna challenged her to a fight to check her worthiness. While this practice is something Hattie doesn't do anymore, she still judges others based on battle capability. She fought Nakano and her Pichu, with Pichu having won the fight and ending in Nakano's capture of her. Since then, she's helped Nakano with her gym challenges, evolving twice for her and being the second strongest member of her team. However, she is relegated to that of healing and support since then. She still packs a wallop, however.

Moves: Due to Nakano being a bit creative, I will only be sharing the effects the moves do.

1. Psychic - Psychic - Special - Has a 1/10 chance of lowering the target's Special Defense. Attacks the opponent with a wave of psychic energy. Can move objects and other beings (with consent) with this, too.
2. Psyshock - Psychic - Special - Creating shards of psychic energy, she inflicts damage with them, using Hattie's Special Attack against the target's Defense. Still activates Mirror Coat and not Counter, and its damage is reduced by Light Screen and not Reflect.
3. Heal Pulse - Psychic - Status - Hattie creates a healing wave and can reach non-adjacent targets and allies. It restores a good chunk of their health and restores their energy.
4. Light Screen - Psychic - Status - Hattie creates a light wall that becomes near transparent and hugs her allies, halving the damage from Special attacks for 5 of my posts. It can be removed via Brick Break, Defog, Psychic Fangs, or if the Pokemon has Screen Cleaner. Pokemon with Infiltrator can ignore Light Screen.
5. Dazzling Gleam - Fairy - Special - Shines a bright, magical light and can damage multiple targets.
6. Aromatic Mist - Fairy - Status - Creates a nice-smelling mist over a nearby ally that raises their Special Defense.
7. Life Dew - Water - Status - Summoning magical water, the water is then scattered on their side of the field and heals Hattie and all of her allies. If any ally has Water Absorb, Storm Drain, or Dry Skin, they will activate and they negate the move's effect on them.
8. Aromatherapy - Grass - Status - With sweet smells, the aroma cures the user and all of their allies, whether they are out in the field or in PokeBalls.
I have included the rest of older Naka's team :3

What group are you planning on interacting with?
Honestly, whatever group agrees to deal with her. Were this some sort of Anime, she'd be causing lots of nose bleeds.

Edit: Also, I need something to do while I wait to be able to make a reply with Adolphian. I... rarely get a chance to do any decent roleplay anymore. It's likely because I decided to go to Discord, where the people who used to actually be willing to roleplay with anything more than a sentance are rarely active. I don't blame them, honestly. They have better things to do with their lives, while my own... I'm still the same person I was two years ago.

The Heart of Frostfire.

Previously The failure
Yeah, I know, it was a mistake on my part. We're going to have to wait until tommorow to have her OC sheet. Meanwhile, a bit of an odd question, but what is the favorite food and drink of your given OCs? For my Adolphian, nothing can beat a good Roseli tea(or maybe Oran Berry Vodka) and Swedish meatballs. And for Evilane... Well, she's rather partial to some good Kalosian wine and a roast miltank.

Pokedex Entry

While appearing to be sweet and innocent, Tervolan Fennekin enjoys playing pranks on unsuspecting humans and Pokemon alike. It is theorized this is how they first learn to practice their magical powers.

Description of Appearance

Tervolan Fennekin doesn’t change much, appearance-wise. However, the main yellow coat is now a light silver color with a pink tinge. The ear tufts and tail tip are a light toned-down electric blue, and the eyes are now a bright pink. While the first thought of a fairy type is more rounded features, Tervolan Fennekin takes the opposite approach. The ear tufts seem wilder than a normal Fennekin as are the tail and hind-leg fur tufts. In fact, Tervolan Fennekin is not neatly groomed, like the normal variation is, but has a more wild fur type. Tervolan Fennekin always seems to smile as well. The shiny has Fennekin’s original colors.

Why the change?

The Fennekin of Tervol live in a bizarre location, known for its high fairy type and electric type population. It is not fully known why the population of these two types is so large, but it is assumed to be because of the forest’s mysterious nature. The plants are almost otherworldly in nature and they almost seem to have an electric current running through the forest. (In simple terms, a magical forest with electricity, basically.)

(A thick forest lit by dappled sunlight and luminescent fungi. Research has shown an odd phenomena in many of the fungi and some of the plants native to the forest; they are oddly charged by electricity, causing some plants to give off a neon glow, and some to shock and eat bug types drawn in by the scent of their flowers. This attracts several species to the forest, notably electrivores like Joltik. A census of species in the forest showed that the population was predominantly Fairy and Electric type pokemon, with the next highest typings being Grass, Dark, and Bug. It is theorized that the Fennekin population adapted itself to be better suited to the fey surroundings of the forest, and eventually took on an electric typing through eating the charged plant species rather than their usual twig-like snacks.)

Pokedex Entry

After evolving, Tervolan Braixen goes on a quest to get one of their signature copper wands that help them control the flow of electricity better. When they return home, they tend to be less willing to play pranks on people, gaining wisdom from their adventure.

Description of Appearance

After evolution, Braixen takes on a cleaner appearance, not having as messy fur. However, their ears still have that more jagged look, as if they were zapped by a stray bolt of lightning. Their dress-fur, however, is shaped more like pixie wings, still having a jagged look.Like their Kalosian counterparts, Tervolan Braixen usually store their wands in the fluff of their tails. It seems plausible that the wand gains an additional charge of electricity from being stored in this way.. The coloration of Tervolan Fennekin is the same for Braixen. The shiny version is Braixen’s normal coloration

Why the change

Like the Fennekin of Tervol, the Braixen also live in a bizarre location, known for its high fairy type and electric type population. It is not fully known why the population of these two types is so large, but it is assumed to be because of the forest’s mysterious nature. The plants are almost otherworldly in nature and they almost seem to have an electric current running through the forest. (In simple terms, a magical forest with electricity, basically.)

Pokedex Entry

Tervolan Delphox have mastered the art of manipulating the electrical currents in their home with their wand, becoming beings of great power with fairy and eclectic magics.

Description of Appearance

Tervolan Delphox has darker electric blue fur that almost looks like a long-sleeved coat that goes down to the hind legs. However, the front ends around the hips of the Delphox. The end of the coat has the same “fairy wing” shape that Braixen’s “skirt” has. In between the “coat” is some white fur, almost as if it parts in the middle. Again, the fur in the ears is more jagged and has the same shade of blue Fennekin and Braixen has, as the silver-y pink. Their hind legs are silver that morph into black “socks.” They still have their copper wand and it is commonly kept in their tail. The shiny version is Delphox’s normal coloration

Pokedex Entry

Tervolan Sentret is calmer than its wilder counterpart, no longer using its tail to look for danger. They flee towards humans for protection when scared.

Description of Appearance

Tervolan Sentret look a lot like their Johtoan forms, though a whole lot fluffier. Their ears are more floppy due to the amount of fur and they are either pink, silver, black, or white. Tervolan Sentret refuse to stand on their tails, their fluffy tails often curling around them as a result. They also have different coat patterns like their evolution, but it’s not as pronounced and it’s mainly on their tails. The coat patterns are striped, solid, speckled, and sable. See Tervolan Furret’s description for more details. Shiny Tervolan Sentret are the same color as their Johtoan counterparts.

Why the change

These Sentret were bred for the fur trade that is popular within Tervol, and were commonly bred with fairy types to help draw out the pink color. Sentret are raised into the more profitable Furret. There are no wild Tervolan Sentret or Furret, they are only kept by breeders, trainers, pet owners, and fur farmers.

Pokedex Entry

Tervolan Furret is known for its soft, luxurious fur. It is a commonly sought-after commodity within the region, either as a pet or as a scarf.

Description of Appearance

Tervolan Furret has much of the same body structure as normal Furret, though it should be noted that this species is slightly smaller, despite having more fur. These Furrets are extremely fluffy and are always soft. Tervolan Furret has multiple color variations, all of which are due to consumers wanting these colors: pink, silver, white, and black. There are also four coat patterns, those being striped, solid, speckled, and sable. Striped is the most common and is basically what Johtoan Furret has. Solid is a single color. Speckled is solid with some small spots, the amount ranging from Furret to Furret. Sable is the rarest of coats, and involves a darker fur coloration at the top before going into the lighter color, then white. Shinies are the tan of normal Furret.

T-Furrets can also have some other minor colorations, but it’s not represented within the majority.

Why the change

This form of Furret came about due to the massive amount of breeding to produce such fine coats that the Tervolan variant excels in. While there are normal versions of Furret in the wild in Tervol, they call this the Tervolan Furret due to the fact this species originated in Tervol.

Chapter 2: Aquamarine City

A popular first stop for new arrivals to the Geminos Region, Aquamarine is often the location where challengers of the Geminos League obtain their first badge. Surrounded by a number of rivers, and small tributaries from the nearby lake, the city makes use of their rapid currents to power its hydroelectric grids by running canals and waterways through the city. Travel through Aquamarine is characterized by the boats and rafts which can be rented from the City's Hall.

Whether you choose to pick up oars and row, row, row your boat, gently down the city's many off-shoot streams or hitch a ride on the city's highway currents, remember to beware the mischievous wild water pokemon that live within.

The beautiful blend of city and freshwater makes Aquamarine a hot spot for trainers looking to capture water types, and for those looking for a bit more of a challenge, the weekly Aquamarine Fishing Competitions will more than satisfy. Hosted jointly by the Region's Lure Master & Fishing Guru, the challenges of the competition provide aspiring trainers a good chance to acquire the coveted Good & Super rods, along with the special lures unique to the Geminos' region.

Lucky participants may even get the chance to compete with the City's own Water-type Gym Leader, and the competition's frequent champion...

The Fishing Guru lives in the eastern-most district at the end of Aquamarine City, in a small stone cottage right on the banks of Lake Dapsilis which feeds the city's many waterways. In his youth, the Guru was reputed to have caught every single species of Pokemon that inhabited Lake Dapsi, and is, without doubt, the best angler in all of Geminos.
Now an elderly man the Guru lives to pass on his fishing technique and traditions to those he deems worthy. To those who can complete his challenges, the fishing Guru will gift the coveted『Supreme Rod 』. However, trainers beware! The Fishing Guru's challenge is legendarily difficult!

The Sunken Ruins

A Relic of Geminos' past, a castle now sunken beneath the mud. Though the structure is now largely submerged beneath murky water and general ick, the only traces of mud within its halls are those carried on the boots of eager explorers. The workings of the ruins, including its many traps, (which are still functional to this day) speak volumes about the skill and craftsmanship of the architect and continue to thwart attempts to fully explore the ruins.
The ruins form an ever-changing labyrinth of hallways, re-configuring themselves daily. Traps, once triggered, appear to reset on a 24-hour cycle. This phenomenon is believed to be due to the many steel-type pokémon, such as Magnetite and Klink, who inhabit the ruins and power its many mechanical mechanisms. Their intimate knowledge of the Ruin's inner workings allows them to evade capture or extrication.
Attempts have been made to conquer the Ruins; however, any large-scale expeditions must prepare food and supplies for weeks and up to months. Just like a certain traveling Doctor's contraptions, the ruins are much bigger on the inside! This can be attributed to the mysterious, reality-twisting powers of the Unown who inhabit the ruins. Trainers again, beware! The most dangerous of the ruin's traps make use of the Unown's reality-altering powers which are as fickle as they are varied. One particularly famous case involved the Unown responding to an expeditioner's careless wish for 'it to be night already'; as a result, the expedition party spent the next two weeks traversing a labyrinth shrouded in never-ending night.
The strange nature of the ruins makes them one of the most dangerous places in Geminos; fortunately, the architect saw fit to create many rest-stops, fitted with archaic warp panels, which allow travelers to return to the beginning of the labyrinth. Without these safe zones, who knows how many people would be forever lost to the labyrinth?
Nevertheless, trainers continue to brave the depths of the ruins, since they oft turn up odds and ends: from historical relics and ancient pieces of wealth to TRs, TMs, and on rare occasions, Pokémon eggs.
Due to the possible danger involved in exploring the ruins, those without at least 4 Gym badges are barred from entry.

Alrighty, sorry for the several tags. Here's my own custom region—Geminos! Now, I'm not gonna say I expect this from everyone who wants to introduce a custom region, but it gives anyone who wants to introduce one an idea of how to do so. My region's introduction is done in the style of a travel guide if you didn't pick up on that.

As can also be seen, I've got a lot of fleshing out to do still! So if anyone's interested in Geminos please hold off for a while more lol
