Okay so they are different in some ways.
I mean for Skull Kid, after he gained the Mask, thanks in large part to the mask's evil influence possessing him, he became a warped shell of his former self being very vindictive and sadistic. He even attempted to destroy Termina by having the moon crash down on Clock Town.
So he could actually play a part in this kind of thing with Sebastian, maybe? Think about it.

That's how spirit mediums work in the AA universe. She can go into the spirit world, but only when she's looking for someone to channel.

Kirby can fight Jigglypuff. And I think Dedede would work better as an opponent for Bowser personally.
