Kat jotted down as many notes as she could while Wataria kept blowing bubbles in her face and distracting her. If Kat told her to stop she would only obey for a few seconds before continuing. Finally she blew one that bursted with a loud pop. Kat cringed at the sound and hoped no on heard.
Zander looked over at the water type pokemon he didnt recognize as it played around. He leaned over next to Leo. "Hey, go introduce yourself, we've never seen that pokemon before" Leo nodded and went over to Wataria, he waved as he did so. "War!"
Zander raised his hand. "A pokemon evolves to strengthen itself and learn new moves, it can be done after a certain amount of training or take place in times of need"
Wataria waved to the water type, glad to have something to do besides annoy her trainer, with Kat glad for the same reason.
Leo shot a bubble at Wataria playfully. "Its probably one of the most interesting topics in the world since theres still so much unknown about it" Zander added to what Casys said.
Wataria blew a bubble back at Leo, while Kat took notes on what everyone said. She then raised her hand. "Isn't there another form of evolution called Mega Evolution?"
Zander shot up. "Yeah! Its a cool extra evolution! Almost nothing is known about it! his eyes sparked as he talked about it.
Flame added to what they said, "I heard that certain stones are required to achieve mega evolution, and only certain Pokemon can do it."
Kat wrote down what everyone said, eager to learn. Who knows, maybe she could use thia information while breeding Pokemon, like being able to tell someone if their Pokemon can Mega Evolve or not.
"Aha, Mega evolution, that is something we will discuss another day. But as for regular evolution, it is a form of change for pokemon. Some do not wish to evolve while others do." Professor Cedar said. "Your homework is to give me one of the Evolutions of one of your pokemon, and tomooorw will will have a guest lecture." He added as the bell rang. The school day wads over and now it was a free time for the rest of ther day.
Kat stood up, trying to remember what Wataria evolved into. Brioosh or something. She shrugged, walking towards the look slowly.
Flame heard the homework assignment and instantly knew which evolutions he's going to choose, which is Pikachu's. After the bell rang, rushed out of the class and outside to see his old Pokemon again. He found a good spot and instantly threw the Pokeball in the air. "All right, come on out!" Flame said. The Pokeball opened up and a Chikorita came out of it. "Chiko!" Chikorita cried out happily and jumped at Flame. "It's great to see you too Chikorita!" Flame said to it happily. Pikachu was thrilled to Chikorita also, "Pika Pikachu!" "Chikorita!"
Casys raced back to his dorm after class, only stopping to avoid hitting other students. Making it back to his room, Casys was about to unlock the door when his heart skipped a beat. On the other side of his door he could hear the cries of a small Pokemon. No way, he mentally whispered as he turned his key into the doorknob, hands shaking. As he pushed the door into the room, the cries stopped. He peeked his head into the room and saw it: a small, triangle-shaped Pokemon with what looked like a beige outer coat and a black body. It was sitting in a pile of broken eggshells, and was staring him directly in the eyes. Something passed between thee two of them, an immediate connection.
Finally, Glace brought him out of his stupor with a sharp bite to the ear. Casys yelped in pain, and the newly hatched Pokemon yelped as well. Casys reached into the side pocket of his packpack and pulled out the Pokedex he had gotten the previous day. He booted it up and aimed the camera at the Pokemon. Snorunt, the Snow Hat Pokemon. Snorunt primarily inhabits very snowy regions or climates. It is said that any home visited by Snorunt will be blessed by good fortune. The Pokedex spouteed out more information but Casys didn't hear it. He was focused on the Pokemon sitting on his bed. "Snorunt," he breathed.

Zak closed his eyes, but was immedialy interrupted by someone stealing his googles. He turned to Pax, to find him asleep. Zak looked up to see an Aipom, holding Zak's googles with its tail.
"Give me that back!" He shouted at the monkey. He pulled out his pokemon and identified it. Aipom, the long tail pokemon. Aipom's tail ends in a hand-like appendage that can be cleverly manipulated. However, because the Pokémon uses its tail so much, its real hands have become rather clumsy.
Zak started to climb he tree. The Aipom climbed higher up in the tree. "Come back here!" Zak shouted.

Casys pulled a Poke Ball from his backpack and said to the Snorunt, "Would you like to be on my team?" The Snorunt looked into his eyes, unblinking, and another wave of understanding passed between the two. "Okay." Casys extended his hand, palm open and thee Poke Ball resting there. He really wanted the Snorunt to join him, but the choice belonged to it, not him. The small Pokemon stared at the Poke Ball, apparently thinking intently on the decision, until finally it reached forward and touched the Poke Ball. It was sucked in, turned into a red light.

Casys smiled, happy that he had another Pokemon to call a friend.
(OOC I had an idea: What if there was a chip at the back of a Poke Ball and you remove the chip then insert it into the Pokedex to get complete information like moves and stuff BIC)

Zander was walking back to his dorm when he saw Casys standing outside a dorm listening in. He began to walk that way when Casys opened up the door and went in. "Everything alright?" he said as he peeked into the open door to see Casys standing there with a pokeball in hand.
"Oh, hey Zander," Casys replied. "Everything's fine. Check this out." Casys aimed the Poke Ball at the floor and clicked the button. The Snorunt materialized in a beam of white light. "This is Shiver. I found it's egg on a hill a bit far from here. I guess it hatched during Pokemon Care."
"Oh wow" Zander said leaning down looking at the small ice pokemon. "Well this begs the question, Glalie or Froslass?" he scanned Shiver with his pokedex.
"Well, I'm honestly not sure," Casys replied. "That would depend on Shiver's gender. I don't want to say I'm hoping it'll be male, but a Glalie would be a powerful Pokemon to have on a team." Shiver glanced up at it's trainer and jumped into his arms. "Oof! Maybe I'll take Shiver down to the Pokemon Center and ask Nurse Joy."
"Ill head there two, my pokemon should be due for a checkup" he asked tugging his hood down over his eyes.
Zander made his way to the center and had his pokemon healed up. "Okay......what now" Zander says to himself while walking around the campus bored.
Casys wandered through the forest, Glace on his shoulder and Shiver trailing behind. The trio were scouting the forest for a potential third team member, as well as looking for a good spot to train up Shiver from her current level 1. Finally, they came upon a small clearing. This should be a good spot for some training, Casys thought as Glace hopped from his shoulder and began rooting around the grass. "Shiver!" The boy called. The Ice-Type hurried forward, and in her haste, tripped over a rock. Casys rushed forward and picked her up. A bruise formed on her small leg, so Casys pulled a Potion from his backpack and sprayed it on the leg. Shiver cried out in joy and gave her trainer a small hug. It would've been a touching moment, if not for the speeding projectile that hit Casys in the small of his back. He grunted in pain, falling to the ground as talons gripped his shoulders. Shiver sprang back, ready to defend her trainer from the bird Pokemon pinning him down.
Shiver released the only damaging move she knew: Powder Snow. The weak move, coupled with her extremely low level, barely hurt the Pokemon weighing down on Casys, but the move did get it's attention. One talon stepped off of Casys' back, then the other, and Casys got his first look at his attacker. Wincing in pain, Casys looked up to see a Staraptor baring down upon Shiver, who feebly attacked with Powder Snow but to no avail. "Glace, Electro-Web!" Casys yelled from the ground. A yellow, electricity covered web shot out from the grass and hit the Staraptor. The bird was sent back, away from Casys and Shiver, and flapped it's mighty wings. It shrieked at the trio, it's beak being covered in a soft white light. "Shiver, dodge the Peck!" Casys shouted as the Staraptor charged the Snow Hat Pokemon. Shiver jumped out of the way at the last second, and Casys commanded her to use Leer. A faint blue light engulfed the Staraptor as it's Defense was lowered. "Glace, use Eletro-Web! Shiver, Powder Snow!"
"Dodge that!"
"String Shot, Leer!"
Casys was confident that his Pokemon would be able to beat the Staraptor until it began a Wing Attack and charged him. He was sent rocketing back into a tree, hurting his back and sending his backpack flying, spilling it's contents. He screamed as he hit the trunk, and his Pokemon looked like they felt the hit too. They turned to face the Staraptor, charging up attacks. Glace charged up and fired an Electro-Web, while Shiver used Powder Wind to propel it forward faster. The frozen Web hit the Staraptor at such a high power, it fell out of the sky and plummeted to the ground. The bird staggered to it's feet, throwing a hateful glare in the direction of the trio, and flew off.
Casys limped back to campus, feeling tired, hurt, and hungry.

Zander had been walking around the campus blindly looking for something to do when he saw Casys limping back to camp. "Hey what happened to you!?" he yelled as he ran to Casys's side.
"You should probably have the nurse check that out" said Zander gesturing at the gashes on his shoulder. "And as for training Shiver" a sly grin appeared on his face. "I think I can help with that"
"The nurse'd probably be a umm...-" Casys said, momentarily zoning out. "-good idea." He turned to his friend. "Would you mind keeping an eye on Glace and Shiver for me?" Not really waiting for an answer, Casys staggered off in the vague direction of the nurse's office, leaving his two Pokemon with Zander.
'Ill go heal em up and meet you back here!" he yelled before sending his pokemon out so they could walk together.

Casys meekly walked out of the nurse, his shoulders healed thanks to the nurse's Audino and it's Heal Pulse. "Just come back tomorrow so I can check your shoulders," the nurse said to Casys as he left. I can't believe that happened, Casys thought as he walked to where he and Zander were gonna meet up. I couldn't even protect my Pokemon from that Staraptor, and they could barely protect themselves. We're going to have to put in some serious training. Casys was lost in thought when he finally arrived at the bench where he and Zander were meant to meet. Seeing Zander wasn't back yet, Casys lay down to take a quick Delcat'-nap.
Zander made his way to the pokemon center and both he and Casys's team. He made his way back to see Casys asleep. "Leo, hit em' with a lil bubble" Zander said as he tugged on his hood to lower it over his eyes, a evil grin spread across his face. "War!" Leo said with a smile before sending a slow bubble at Casys, making it pop on the tip of his nose.
