Private/Closed Wolfborn: The School of Powers

After History of Powers ended, Crystal left the room, and stood outside. She thought about Syn’s detention, Roman must’ve been happy. That was some karma, for sure. She had seen Delphi headed for the cafeteria, probably to get some dinner or something, so she thought she would just go to meet her there. She quickly told everyone that she was going to get some food with Delphi, then left off for the cafeteria.

When Crystal got to the cafeteria, she waved hello to Delphi, and got some fish and chips for dinner. She sat down on her table with Sapphire, “Hey Delphi! I can’t wait for the camping trip, thanks for inviting us all. Sapphire may be.. glamping, if that’s okay with you, she doesn’t really like living wild. I know she’s a cat and all, she should like it, but I’ve spoilt her..” She smiled, looking at her cat and putting her on her lap while she ate. Sapphire layed down, purring, and almost agreeing to glamping. Crystal giggled, “She even agrees!”.

OOC: Sorry, it wasn’t giving me notifications. Also, I hope it is fine that I controlled Mr. Beamon.

Syn went detention, and sat in the creature tending room, waiting for Mr. Beamon to show up. The teacher entered the room near the end of detention and gave Syn the reverse powder and his hydra. Syn quickly used slight of hand to swap out the powder, and once the ‘death’ powder was on his hydra, it fell ‘dead’. Mr. Beamon saw this, and Syn, after blaming it on Mr. Beamon for giving him the wrong powder, asked for a burial. The request was granted. Once this was done, Syn’s Detention was over, and he went back to his dorm, thinking all the while, ‘I can’t believe that worked...’.

Once history was done, Roman and Athena walked around Wolfborn for a bit before he heard Athena's stomach rumble. "Oh Athena, hungry are we? Speaking of which, I could eat as well, let's go see what the cafeteria has." Roman said as the pair headed off to said location, he looked at is watch and realised it was around dinnertime, when they arrived at the cafeteria, he ordered a plate of fish and chips and walked to find a place to sit. He walked over to Syn and Delphi upon noticing them and decided to sit with them if not near them and gave them a smile and a wave, Athena also gave the pair a positive sounding coo.

OOC: @Pokéboy098 Yes it is fine, if you see my post in the discussion, I didn't direct 'Do you mind if I control Mr. Beamon' (or however it went) at you, I was asking Wish if I could keep being the teacher. As I didn't post that at the time of you posting that above, it's fine.

After all the lessons were over, Jesse went to the cafeteria, after first sorting out his bag in his dorm, but he decided to bring his Switch with him, as he'd found a new game: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, next to the Switch with a note similar to the last present he got, the actual Switch. He had read the note slipped under his dorm, he'd ignored it on accident the first time he was in his dorm, and needed to talk to Delphi. He found her with ease, and sat down on the same table as Crystal and Delphi.

'Uh, Delphi, you said you've got the tents, but I'm fine to bring my own, I also found a tent in my room. It's odd how everything's appearing when I need it. When I headed back to my room one night, I spotted a Switch, and then not long ago, I spotted Mario Kart, and probably I'll find a tent. Or I can just post to my mum or something.... I have a really good tent at home.'. Jesse gave Ashes his usual meal, and then started eating the cheese pizza he'd eaten on the first night, which was so far one of his favourites that the canteen did.

"That will be fine, both of you. My tent is huge, however bring battery powered lights, there is no electricity there. There are tons of rivers though, so we will have clean water." said Delphi, starting to eat her fish and chips. Mitch and Sprite purred at Sapphire and started to play with her. "Mitch and Sprite love it. Mainly because they love chasing all the wildlife around, but still, they love it. Anyway, Its not long before we go, so anything else we need we should be able to get. I heard that all sorts of mythical creatures live on the island, I hope I spot a dragon. Or a phoenix. They are my favorites. I know lots about them. If you want, I can fly you all over to the island for a "sneak peek" of what it is like tomorrow. It is beautiful. The sea around it is so clear."

'But.... encountering a dragon would be very dangerous, you know? One of the most ferocious things alive, like dinosaurs to the non-powered humans. I'd love to see an imp or something... I believe I should have the ability to talk to it, since it comes from hell-'. Jesse's eyes widened, he'd noticed he might have just give a big chunk of information to the others. '-and my power is said to be hell related.... but I don't think it is. It'd still be cool to find an imp though, right?'. Jesse had finished his food, and he let Ashes continue eating, but it looked like he was hiding under the table. He grabbed his Switch out of his bag, and began to race around a course on Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with an Inkling.

"I would be able to talk to a dragon, though. I'm a shapeshifter." Replied Delphi with a smile."We can talk to animals. And if I could watch in the form of a rock maybe....But still. I love dragons. They are one of the most beautiful things on earth. Well, except for Hogsnouts and Devilish devilers, and Upturned potbellies, but everything is beautiful in it's own way, I guess. Imagine how cool it would be to tame one. Ride one even!"

Crystal waved to Roman, "Nice to see you in a better mood!" She moved over to give him and Jesse space to sit down, Sapphire went to greet Athena with a little purr. She listened to Delphi talk about the island, which sounded amazing. "I can't wait even more! It sounds great, I'll love to see the wildlife there." Sapphire played with Mitch and Sprite, jumping on to them and running around a bit. "Aren't they cute? Maybe she'll be a good camper after all!" She said, looking at them playing on the floor together. "I don't have a tent or anything, but I'll ask my parents to get what I need down in the human shops, I can just lend them my money for it." She quickly ate her fish and chips, and then thought about a sneak peek of the island, "I think I'd be in to look before we go, who else?"

Roman smiled at Crystal and nodded in response before he ate his food in a formal manner. Athena snatched a few chips from time to time whilst she ate her food. When Roman heard about the camping trip, he nodded. "I like the sound of that, I haven't been camping in a long long time. I won't have any problems regarding getting a tent or other camping stuff... just as long as there's smores. When we get the chance, I can just ride Athena there, we both love having a fly around anyway." He said with a noticeable hint of confidence.

Mark finished his classes, getting hungry soon after. "Oh man I'm hungry," said Mark, with a growling stomach. "Maybe the cafeteria?" Mark agreed with his choice and went to the cafeteria, only to see Crystal, Delphi, Jesse, and Roman at one table. "One slice of pizza please, as well as a pack of Trident Treats." said Mark, looking at the other kinds of food they have. Once Mark got the food, he sat down next to his friends as well. "Hope I'm not squishing you guys." said Mark, looking at his friends and Roman.

"Nah, its okay." Said Delphi. "And i was planning on bringing marshmallows, chocolate and crackers anyway. Its fine that you want to go with Athena there when we look. I hope you all don't mind spooky stories, I have a few in mind.." Delphi put her plat away and sat back down with everyone, tucking into a slice of chocolate cake "Mark, are you coming on the camping trip with us?"

Crystal smiled at Mark as he sat down with them all, "Nice to see you again! And it's no problem, I'll move over to give you some room." She said, moving over as much as she could. Sapphire had seen Athena taking Roman's chips, and thought she could copy her. When Crystal turned away to speak, she dived in and dragged some fish to the ground. Crystal looked down to stroke her and saw her fish being eaten already, "Hey, Sapphire?! Lucky for you, that was the last scrap of fish." She giggled, getting up to take her plate back and get some cookies for dessert. She sat back down with everybody, "Stories? Sounds fun to me!" She looked at Delphi, wondering what creatures were on the island, "Can we take back the creatures on the island? And is there any Phoenix?" She smiled, wanting a Phoenix after her new found power to turn into one. They were great, they never actually died, since they would be reborn from their own ashes soon after bursting into flames.

Delphi nodded "Yes, but they are incredibly rare. It is even rarer to see a blue phoenix, or a albino one! If you see one of those, i'll give you a million dollars for a feather! No joke! And yes, we probably could take one home, if it trusts you enough. There are "stables" in the school grounds, we could keep them there. I heard that the dragons there live in clan like groups, with ranks and everything, like wolves. They live incredibly long. Did you know that, a dragon year as weird as it is, is almost ONE MILLION years!? I'd love to meet a Solarforth Featherback, or a Nightstar Ridgetail. They are my favorites!"

Syn decided to get on his switch. He had also stolen Mariokart 8 Deluxe from Roman, but he hadn’t seemed to notice yet. He got on and played a few WiFi races. He didn’t like MarioKart 8 Deluxe as much as he liked MarioKart Wii, but that was mostly because he liked to cheat using UltraShortcuts on the Wii version. He won’t few races, but he wasn’t too great at WiFi racing.

Crystal sighed, "All this stuff is amazing! if only we could have everything.." She finished her cookies, then got up and put the plate away. She stood in front of everyone at the table, "Let's go now, before it gets too late. We're not allowed outside of the school premises if it's over 10 at night, or something." She got Sapphire to come, and went outside to the field, waiting for the others. She thought Delphi could lead, since she knew the way, and they could all fly there. Crystal could carry Sapphire on whichever animal she shape shifted in to, and maybe Delphi could take Jesse and Mark, or one of them could get on with Roman, probably best if it wasn't Mark though..

Once Roman ate the last of his food, he lightly pushed his plate away from him as he and Athena got up and followed Crystal outside and on to the school field. Once there, Athena instantly knew what to do and crouched down so Roman could climb on to her back, Athena then stood up straight, her size made it somewhat easy to mistake Roman for riding a horse. Before Athena could spread her wings, she and Roman looked back at who else could fly, those who couldn't would obviously need a lift.

Delphi shapeshifted into the same huge white dragon she did earlier, and spread out her wings. "Mark, Jesse, want to come with me?" She asked. Delphi had Sprite and Mitch crouching on her back, Jesse and Mark could sit behind them. She started to get ready to take off by spreading her wings out and ruffling her wing feathers. Her tail stretched out fully, so she could steer her flight easier. She looked at the two boys 'Hopefully i won't fall. Nobody but my servals have flown with me before..'

Syn saw it was getting late and decided to head off towards the creature tending classroom. It was outside of school premises, and he had to be back by ten o’clock. Rumors said that if you left past ten, the headmistress would send wolves to hunt you down.

Once Syn arrived at the classroom, it was close to nine, and once he was done digging up the grave and putting the dirt back, it was fourty-five minutes to ten. He ran back quickly, but it was just before he entered school premises that he heard a wolf’s howl. He checked however, when he got back to his dorm, and he saw it wasn’t even 9:30 PM yet. “Guess it is just a rumor...” Syn said to himself.

Syn put the life powder on his hydra and it returned to life. He saw how happy it looked to see him, and he knew that they might actually be able to become friends, so he named it, saying, “I’m gonna call you Azrael, the angel of death. I can’t really raise you unless I know what kind of hydra you are, and there are tons of different varieties. Guess it is time to check the library again...” Syn yawned, though, and he knew that it would have to wait until tomorrow. He had a cage in the corner of his room, which was supposed to help him practice breaking out of cages. He put the 13-headed hydra in it and fell asleep.

After Jesse and Mark had got on with someone, Crystal looked at her friends, “I have a good idea for a big bird..”. She turned into a Pelican, then nuzzled Sapphire with her beak, trying to get her on her back. Sapphire responded, and jumped on Crystal’s back, grabbing on a bit with her claws, which sort of hurt.. Crystal started to fly up, waiting for Delphi to lead the way to the island so she could follow.

Jesse was still playing on Mario Kart when everyone was talking about a sneak-peak of the island, so he hadn't heard anything, except that people wanted to fly to the island. Before they left, he told Crystal 'I don't wanna see the island until we camp, I'm going to head to bed.'. And with that, he picked up Ashes, and walked the opposite direction, to his dorm. After he arrived, he fell asleep on his bed. Before, outside, he heard someone. 'Woah, so Jesse's here?'. And then the footsteps vanished.

Mark was very excited for the awesome camping trip. He packed a few things and met up with his friends. "Hey guys!" Mark yelled while walking to his friends. While Mark was walking to his friends, he realized he forgot something very important. "Levi!" Mark yelled as he raced back to his dorm. "I am so sorry Levi." said Mark as he picked up Levi and rubbed his head.

Levi was asleep, so when he woke up, he had no idea why Mark was apoligizing to him. Mark and Levi went back to the group to meet up with the others. Mark was thinking about what things they could do on the camping trip. Mark stopped thinking and went on Delphi's dragon.

Crystal took flight further, making sure Sapphire was safely on her back. It could've been a good idea to put her in her big pelican beak.. but that would be a weird ride.. She looked down at the others, gesturing them to follow Delphi as well, as she flew off as a dragon. The sea looked beautiful, being night time, the moon was making the water sparkle and glow in the light of it. Crystal flew down to it, putting her beak inside and trailing along with it for a bit of fun, and then going back up again. She could spot a little green dot in the distance, which was probably the island. Sapphire meowed, wanting to get back on dry land, it seemed that she could see it too.

Athena spread her wings once more and took to the skies with Roman on her back, they followed the others as they made their way to the island. They both looked around in awe at the wide open seas and the moon that shone upon them. "This is freedom right here, Athena." Roman said with clear confidence, Athena cooed cheerfully and Roman knew that she couldn't agree more. On their way to the island, Athena flew upside down for a brief moment so Roman could scrape his hand on the water.

"I've never been able to fly around this at home; this right here is long overdue for me and Athena." Roman said as he looked around at everyone whilst Athena decided to fly slightly higher than everyone else... but at her own desire and not Roman's, knowing the latter wouldn't mind.

"If only I applied early, then I wouldn't be here! Now I'm just on this island, all alone from that shipwreck.".Brian looked up in the sky,and saw a few dots. "That's wierd- they're headed over here. It's not birds... Wait... Those aren't normal creatures.". Brian saw a Pelican with a cat on it's back land and walked up to it. "Are you a human?" He asked the bird.

Delphi dived down to the island, and landed carefully. "Well, we're here! We need to go soon so check out all you want." Delphi let Mark off her back and then looked to the boy how was talking. “Who are YOU? And why are you on this island? Its uninhabited.” She said “I won’t hurt you, if that is what you think.” Delphi turned back into herself. “I’m Delphi, by the way”

"I'm Brian, I was supposed to go to a superpower school called Wolfborn, but the ship I was coming from crashed here, and I've been stuck here for a few days. If you did come from Wolfborn, can I come with everyone back? I've missed quite a few lessons...."He explained to Delphi.

Mark landed on the island with his friends, spotting the boy that Delphi was talking to. "Oh man," said Mark, speaking before Delphi. "Sure, you can come with us! I'm Mark, by the way." Mark smiled at Brian. Mark waited for the rest of the group to to respond.

Crystal landed on the island, seeing the new person on it, speaking to her. She nodded, then turned back into herself, “Shapeshifting.” She told him, with Sapphire in her arms. “Why I didn’t leave you in my dorm, I don’t know..” She thought, starting to think about the possibility of her getting lost, or taken by something. She quickly told her to stay by her side, then went over to Delphi and Mark as they landed. “Oh, a Wolfborn student? Isn’t that coincidental?” She laughed, also nodding to bringing him back. “Maybe I could turn into something bigger and make some extra room.. of course Sapphire would be with you on my back.” She looked to the skies, pointing to Roman on Athena, “That’s our other friend, Roman, and I’m Crystal! We should wait for him before walking around everywhere.”

"Thanks a lot! There's not much to do here... Why was this a trip?" Brian asked them. Just then, a tiny red fly came out of nowhere. "Oh, that's Bug. Right now he's in Byte form, but he can turn enormous!" He told them. "Great, more humans. Exactly as I wanted it to be. At least we're going to Wolfborn!" Bug thought to himself.

'Come on Lolly, we're nearly there.'. The flamingo gave a squawk to its rider, who had the same idea as the group he could see in the distance. 'Hey, them guys must've had the same idea to camp out here. And view the island. Come on, we can beat them there, and meet them.'. Eric looked at the flamingo's face, who was looking tired. 'Oh, nevermind, we'll just go at the same speed as them.'.

Eventually, Eric arrived at the island, much later than everyone else. Another person could be seen, he looked shipwrecked or just generally lost on an island. 'Hey everyone.... I'm Eric... are you guys planning to stay on the island too, for the weekend? Oh also! Do any of you guys know Jesse Pearson? I'm trying to find him back at school when it's free periods or something, but usually I can't unless he's asleep in his dorm.'. He explained where his dorm was. 'If you could get Jesse to come there, I'd be very grateful!'. Lolly bent her head down, and Eric grabbed out a small biscuit shape, and fed it to the flamingo who was now bouncing around in place. 'Sorry, she gets hyper.'. A grin appeared on his face.

Once Athena landed with the others, Roman got off and looked at who they were talking to; some kind of castaway in some perspective. "You've missed more than a few my friend, if you like, you can hop on to Athena's back with me." Roman said with a smile as he lightly gestured to his beloved silver griffin behind him who gave a positive sounding coo to Brian. He looked back upon noticing a newcomer with a flamingo. "We are and as a matter of fact, we do know him, although he didn't follow us so he's likely in his dorm." Roman stated as he put his hands in his coat pockets.

Crystal looked as another new boy arrived on a.. flamingo? She was flabbergasted, but it was amazing alright. "Yep, we know Jesse, alright!" She explained where his dorm was, and turned back to Brian. "Nice bug.. thing.. and hey, at least this island has good scenery!" She giggled, looking around at all her friends, and then the island. "I don't want to look around too much, or the camping trip will just be boring." She shrugged, looking at Sapphire next to her, who was laying down, asleep. "Well, since we have two newcomers to get back with, we probably shouldn't stay too long anyway!" Crystal quickly checked her clock, it was already 9:30.

Roman took a look at his watch and widened is eyed lightly at the realisation that it was 9:30. "Uh guys? I think we should be heading back, it's getting late." Roman suggested as he walked back to his griffin who crouched down so it was easier for Roman to get on her back once more. He quickly looked at his phone to see if he got any calls from his father only to find a text message from his sister saying 'Hi Roman, I hope you're enjoying your time in Wolfborn. Miss you ♥' this made him smile lightly as he was texted by his favourite sibling.

Roman decided to wait until they made it to Wolfborn to reply. "I dunno about you guys, but I'm gonna head back and think about going to bed, I'll see you back at school." Roman said as Athena walked to face where the school was, spread her wings and ascended once more into the night skies, flying back to Wolfborn.

"Ah, that reminds me!"He said. He climbed up to an impressive treehouse, with a beds,(OOC:For some reason he has extra guest beds.)A bottle and a great view. "I assume everyone's gonna need a place to sleep later,huh?" He shouted from his mobile home. Bug curled up into the bottle, getting ready for a rest.

Crystal waved goodbye to Roman, hoping to see him again tomorrow for camping. She turned over to Delphi to see what she was doing, and then heard a voice from above, in an impressive looking treehouse. She thought for a moment, it would be nice to stay on the island.. and then at least they wouldn’t even need the trip back to Wolfborn until after the weekend. But, if they weren’t back at Wolfborn, the headteacher would be angry at them. “I’m really sorry.. but we need to get back. They’ll be looking for us if we aren’t in our rooms by 10.” She went over to Delphi and Mark, “You two can go together again, Eric has the.. flamingo!” She went over to the boy again, stroking his flamingo. She laughed, then went over to Brian, “I can try to take you, if you want, unless you can get back another way.” She turned into a Pelican once again, with Sapphire on her back. She gestured for Brian to get on, there was some room behind Sapphire. It would probably make the journey harder, but they all had to go back some way.

"Ah, it's okay, I understand. Don't worry- I have my own transportation!"He shouted from the treehouse. He climbed up to the roof, with the bottle and some sort of USB drive named "Mega". He inserted the drive into a special port in the bottle, and a liquid squirted out. Brian pushed Bug out of the bottle, and suddenly Bug turned into a Phoenix, nearly a quarter size of the treehouse. "Ready when you are! Also, anyone just tell me if they want to stay." He shouted from the roof,climbing onto "Megabug".

Crystal gasped, watching Brian turn his bug into a big ‘Mega Bug’. She nodded, then flew off back to Wolfborn with Sapphire sitting on her back. She spread her pelican wings, flying over the water and splashing some onto Sapphire. The cat hissed, leaning back, trying not to fall off, and Crystal chuckled, with the school back in sight, she sped up and reared up to the island.

When Crystal landed back at Wolfborn, she turned back into herself and walked back to her dorm. “Bed time, girl, goodnight!” She told Sapphire, putting her into her bed and laying her down. She quickly got into her pyjamas and got into her own bed, going to sleep.

Mark saw the big 'Mega Bug' and was very intrigued to see what other things it could do. But Mark was getting sleepy, so he launched himself high up so that he could possibly make it to his dorm. He faceplanted right at the door of the school. He stood up, went into his dorm, and slept.

Once Athena landed back at Wolfborn, Roman got off and watched Athena stretch her wings out in a yawn, Roman smiled and did the same. "Let's go to bed, shall we?" Roman suggested as the pair walked back to his dorm. Once there, Roman got his smart charcoal pajamas on whilst Athena walked around in a circle in her bed before finally lying to sleep in it. Roman turned out the light and decided to text a response to his sister.

'It's had it's ups and downs, but it certainly beats hearing mother and father's complaints, I'm going camping soon as well so that should be fun. I'm going to bed now. Love you' Roman texted on his phone before he turned it off and went to sleep. As he slept, he didn't realise his sister sent a reply which said 'Have fun then! Love you too! ♥'

Brian landed next to the school, and talked to the principle. He got a key, and searched for his dorm. As he walked inside, he immediately put the bottle down and jumped on the bed, drifting off to sleep.
