i hate to say it but for once in his short life the monkey is right humans didn't evolve from monkeys; in reality, humans and monkeys are distant relative species both derived from a common ancestor this is a common misconception from evolution sprung from that picture of a monkey walking and becoming more humanlike with each figure, but in reality that picture couldn't be more wrong one of the most commonly used retorts from dumbasses who don't believe in evolution is "if humans evolved from monkeys, then why are there still monkeys?" but we didn't; we're all primates, and every primate species evolved from a singular primate ancestor millions of years ago
Jet: No, because every dominant species is bound to have some lower, more stupid species to experiment on. If there weren't any monkeys to experiment and crap on, you would find the next best candidate.
If you have free will, then you're bound to have a sense of morality. And with morality, you can make people suffer. And when you can, there's always someone who will. Even if you had the world, you wouldn't be able to avoid war, fighting, racism, and sexism.

buuut, without that first man-made helmet, he'd have never gained the intelligence to make another one.

also, should i bother with some of the segments in my posts? like the Halo ones, because i think Shen is the only person who actually reads my Halo segments, and if that's the case, i don't know if i should just stop them, and wait until other people's characters arrive there or not to bother with Halo segments.

I'll be honest, I often skim posts that don't involve me at first, but I often go back and read through them to understand what's going on in all the worlds. Ultimately Comic, if you have fun writing them then keep doing it, regardless of who reads them- it's far more relevant and easier to read then spitting out a huge lore exposition dump as soon as we arrive or in the discussion thread like I did :I

Game? Just give me a rundown on what it is, who is Alpha, and how does the world work?
TOME itself is a game, the Terrain of Magical Expertise, an MMORPG released in 2020. Alpha, aka Micheal, is a player of TOME and a member of the Dandy Alliance. Since Maple warped into the game itself, Micheal retains the abilities of his in-game avatar with his regular human mind.
