Yharnam is a 1800s victorian looking place. They'd likely land in Central Yharnam, for simplicity's sake, and also so they can meet Eileen. It's trapped in an eternal night as of current (Which doesn't bode well for Shaynuh), and looks rather desolate. Almost as if everyone had packed and left in the night. Careful- other than a few humans, most of them have descended into madness. Some transfigured and deformed into hideous beasts, and others victims of the plague attempting to lynch anyone they suspect having it (Hypocrites).

Don't worry about the plague infecting anyone. Plague is a misnomer- it's more of a curse, and said curse won't fall on anyone who hasn't dedicated themselves to the hunt or lived in Yharnam for a significant time.

Uh, what would the Typhoon arc fall under Eevee? Before or after the Olympus battle?

I actually foreshadowed this, with when they entered the Cargo Bay of Specter’s Ship there were four Caponeks on the wall inactive and several boxes of Mecha Hiros.

As in these guys are high valued targets and each of them had boss fights. So we get to see just her difference in power compared to the cast that originally brought these things down, you see.

Doomslayer most certainly did, as did Cutman and Elecman. The Caponek Boss as a good example. Giant ruby also fought one of those Mech suits to a near tie

Give Kale a bit of time at least. That's my view. You can have Specter be the not-hero later, but Kale deserves this moment of being a wild, unhinged beast and kicking the shit out of debatably the strongest character in Team Hiro.

Well...Doomslayer is not only in his ship, was proven to be willing to slaughter innocents inside his ship, and traumatized Kale, who was in the same room. For all Specter knew, she was next. So he needed to come in to protect her

alright, finally taken the time to do some real research on Specter. read threads and such on him, his feats, and his abilities, while also watching literally every single thing he did in the three main titles for Ape Escape, which was more difficult, as the voice acting was shit, but i gotta say...
i'm unimpressed. you cooked up Specter, and still do, to be far more powerful than he really is. the protagonist alone could knock Specter out of his chair. Specter's attacks are shit, and he relies more on his tech to support him.

Shen. i'm warning you. keep Specter out of Flynn's grasp, because he will break that little monkey's neck. shields around himself or not, Flynn has already proven he can break through those before, and he'll do it again.

Believe what you will, that doesn’t change fact. 10 minutes of your research doesn’t amount to my experience in the franchise. Now I believe we should stop this specific line of arguments as to avoid harming the RP

And Shen... Yes, you have the most Specter research. But you're also the most likely to be buffing him up via personal bias.
