Open Kalos Wildreness

Noticing the trainer had awoken, she scurried back into the bushes. She knew he probably wasn't going to catch her, but she could take no risks with these unpredictable people.

Casys awoke from his much needed rest in the shade of his grove. He stood up and walked out, feeling energized. He scanned the area around him and noticed a group of dragon type Pokémon, and the Glaceon from before in their midst. Casys figured that the Glaceon wouldn't need any help, it was after all an ice type.

Casys waded into the river, letting the cool water surround his body. He felt that he had leveled up during the battle from earlier, and could feel a new move at the tip of his claws. " I'll do some training. " He thought to himself.

Ember flicked her ears towards a new trainer. Another one? Her eyes narrowed and the fur along her spine rose. She hoped that they wouldn't notice her as she wiggled back along the branch to stay out of sight better.

Glaceon stopped running. The trainer wasn't after her, and she saw the Golisopod in the stream. The Zoroark was near somewhere in a tree. "It's okay, just dragon types." She muttered, trying to convince herself that.

Casys swam along the river until he came to the spot where he liked to practice his moves and train to grow stronger. His training ground was normally a quiet, peaceful place, but now Casys saw a trainer in it. What was more, he could also make out the shape of a Glaceon in a nearby clump of bushes. "Great," he muttered. He completely submerged himself before anyone saw him, and decided to try and come up with a plan...

"That was....Interesting" He said, as he Sent his Party out again, This time to Train, "Goom, Thunder, Haxorus, Dragon Claw, Hydreigon, Dragon Breath, Salamence, Outrage, Dragonite, Wing Attack, Garchomp, Slash." He said, Each Doing their Respective Moves.

Casys readied his fist with a first impression and leapt out of the water, slamming his fist into the Hydreigon that the trainer just let out of it's Poke Ball. It fell to the ground, fainted after such a powerful super effective attack. He then used Razor Shell to faint the Garchomp, as it was a ground type. Casys growled with anticipation as the rest of the dragons turned to face the Hard Scale Pokémon.

Her ears twisted around at the sound of a battle. As she moved to slither down the trunk, a whole team of dragon types came into veiw. Her eyes narrowed into slits. An unfair fight. She hissed and dropped out of the tree, transforming back into her normal form.

Dawn gasped, as the Pokemon began tearing up the surroundings. She leapt out to help the Golisopod, and saw the Zoroark dropping out of a tree. She used Ice Shard on the one he called 'Goom', and hit it twice more with the same attack, fainting it.

She inhaled deeply, them blasted a flamethrower at the Haxorus. She scraped her claws together furiously to hone them. Her mane bristled wildly, and she lunged at the Haxorus with her claws extended in preperation to use Night Daze.

Casys could feel his natural ability activating, so he shouted to the Glaceon and Zoroark who had come to his aid to cover their eyes. His entire body became wreathed in a bright white light, blinding the dragons. Seizing the opportunity, Casys jumped backwards into the river and began charging his Z-Move. "I need some cover so I can recharge my Hydro Vortex!" He shouted to the Zoroark and Glaceon.

I wanna take a moment to address this: are the Palosand and Eevee no longer here? How about it this, if you are no longer going to write in the thread then post something in bold saying so.

Ember acknowledged the bug-type with a flick of her ears and hissed in frustration as the ground shook beneath her feet. She dropped to all fours for stability and waited until the attack subsided, which left her dizzy but relatively unharmed. Her eyes shot back to the remaining enemy Pokemon. Night daze. She thought and slammed her claws into the ground, releasing a blast of energy to knock them back.

Casys unleashed his Hydro Vortex on the Dragonite, knocking it back a few feet but leaving it relatively unharmed. Growling in frustration, Casys launched out of the water with a Sucker Punch primed in his right fist, connecting with the Dragonite and sending it rocking toward the ground. He nodded toward the Zoroark, who had had just defeated the Haxorous and to the Glaceon, who was crouched in a defensive position a ways away.

Dawn dropped to the ground, negating damage from the earthquake, then got up, covering her eyes. When she opened them, the Golisopod was spraying the Dragonite, knocking it to the ground. She relaxed and nodded back at the Golisopod, flinching when she saw the Salamence rushing toward Zoroark.

The illusionist looked up a moment too late as the command was barked out. She shrieked in alarm as she was knocked back several yards and into the river. Her head resurfaced after a moment and she gasped, taking the form of Floatzel in a soft flash of light.

Casys rocketed toward the blue dragon that was now using a powerful dragon move he didn't recognize. He had a Sucker Punch primed in each fist, and he intercepted the Salamence at full force. The force of the Z-Move was too great, however, and Casys was sent splashing into the river. The only thing he succeeded in doing was stopping the move.

Ember sputtered out water and her eyes widened at the powerful-sounding attack. She gasped and dove under water in a feeble attempt to dodge the move, Floatzel's double tail helping her move through the water quickly.

Casys stayed underwater, trying to rest for a brief time, when he saw a Floatzel swimming toward him. Sensing that this was an illusion form of the Zoroark, he called out, "I think I know how we can stop the Salamence! We need to attack at the exact same time. Do you know any moves that you can't miss?"

Dawn countered with an Ice Fang, distracting the trainer for longer. She hoped the others were coming up with a plan, because she couldn't last forever against the Salamence, and it was obvious the trainer wanted to wrap this up. She used Barrier a few more times to reduce any damage she might take.

She gave a single nod and changed her form again, taking on the shape of Beartic and rising up out of the river to find the dragon type. She let out a deafening roar and used Blizzard, glaring at the Salamence.

I like it, Casys thought to himself. With the Salamence distracted by ice attacks on two sides, Casys launched out of the river, using the water to propel himself straight into the Salamence, where Casys' powerful Sucker Punch made direct contact with the Pokemon's face. The Salamence, fainted, dropped to the ground, taking it's trainer down with it.

"Well...Time to run" He said,Getting up and Returning Salamence, Dropping 6,354 P*Pokemon Logic*On the way, And running to le PokeCenter, "Haven't had a battle like that in a while."

Panting heavily, Casys slumped to the ground. He turned his head to face the Zoroark and said "Thanks." He did the same for the Glaceon. Standing back up, Casys extended one of his clawed paws to the Zoroark. "I'm Casys."

As the trainer retreated, she dragged herself to the sandy bank, battered, sopping wet, and exhausted. She collapsed there, reverting into her normal self and sighing tiredly, her eyes drooping shut wearily. "Ember," she mumbled in reply to his name. "And you're welcome." Mentally she tried to assess the physical damage she had taken, and concluded that she definitely didn't have much strength left.

Worried for the Zoroark, Casys plunged into the water and sped toward his grove. He surfaced and grabbed an oran berry from one of the trees. He once again swam in the river to where Ember was resting. He set the Oran berry on the ground next to her, hoping she had the strength to eat the berry that would help her recover from the battle.

The illusionist opened one golden eye at the bug-type - still unsure of what species he was, exactly - and pushed herself up slowly. "For me..?" She asked quietly, hesitant to take it.

"Thank you," she sighed, gratefully making it disappear in a couple bites. Her tensed stance relaxed a little and she stood slowly, eyes still drooping slightly from tiredness.

Dawn tried to scramble to her feet, but failed from exhaustion. It was good that Casys hadn't attacked her yet, but she didn't think anyone would pass up an opportunity to potentially hurt her. Checking all her limbs, she didn't have a broken bone, just sore and very tired. With nothing else to do, she watched the Zoroark and Casys interact.

Casys' ear twitches at the sound of a twig snapping, and he turned to face the Glaceon that helped in the battle. It seemed tired and weak, so he went to the grove and came back with a few berries, Oran and Pinap. He gave the Glaceon one of the Oran berries and introduced himself.
