Hinagiku
At the arrival of Danzo and the Toad Sage, Hina smiled. It was a smile that didn't reach her eyes, but it was a smile nonetheless. She waved her hand to summon an attendant, whispering a few words into the attendants ear before sender them off to deliver the mission briefing to the gathered chunin and genin.
Meanwhile, another pair of servants came and served the two newcomers a small cup of tea. "You sound like you already have something's in mind, Lord Danzo? I assume Lord Jiraiya has already declined to take up the post?"
While the meeting continued, moving onto topics that concerned the fate of the village, the attendant had finally made his way to the courtyard where a sea of genin and chain greeted him. Clearing his throat loudly to gather the attention of the crowd, he began relaying the o,an of action decided by the clan leaders. "Orochimaru has grown rather bold to slither this far from his hole, and we plan to take this chance to find this lair of his. The Jonin will be dealing with other mission of importance and hence the task of tracking down Orochimaru and discovering the location of Otogakure falls to you youngsters. I should clarify this mission isn't purely reconnaissance, you are not required to emgagr the members of the retreating sound village in combat, however, how to handle each situation will be left at your discretion. In fact, most of the specifics of the mission wil also be left to your discretion, including the composition of your teams and team leaders."
Sweeping his eyes across the sea of heads and curtains of hair before him, the Hyūga attendant continued. "You will however, be required to remain together at nights to reduce the mortality rate of this mission, however your actions during the day will be entirely up to your judgement."
Waving his hand he directed their attention to his right(their left) where a large warehouse stood. "For the purposes of this mission you will be provided with communication signals to be used to coordinate your searches and regroupings. The warehouse to my right and your left, contains a store of smoke signals and various other gear you are authorized to take for the purpses of this mission. Whatever you don't use you may keep, however, don't be blinded by greed. The equipment in the warehouse has been fully funded by the Noble clans of Konoha so bear that in mind."
Once more returning his attentions to the crowd he finished up his breifing, "You may disembark in any order you'd like but remember to regroup at nights...Any questions? If not your mission officially begins!"
Sagisō
Although it might not have been an appropriate time for a duel, Sagisō would never deny a marriage proposal. She'd been about to respond when an attendants came and briefed the crowd on what's exactly they'd come here for. His voice was rather loud and echoed even outside the Hyūga clan's compounds...'it'd probably been boosted with chakra.' Such idle thoughts ran through Sagisō's mind as the attendant concluded his speech. Exchanging glances with Shura she spoke, "You can go on ahead if you'd like, we'll meet back up tonight either way. It's my custom never to decline a challenge, especially one for my hand in marriage!"
Spinning crisply on her heels, her hair flashing about lightly, Sagisō headed towards the training halls calling out for Yusa to follow her. Noticing that the first was already in use she opted for the second. Whipping back around to face her challenger, she took an 8 trigrams stance. "Well, let's begin!"
Furījia
While she remained silent, the veins leading to her eyes swiftly thickened as she activated her Byakugan. This battle had become less of a spar and more of an issue of pride. If a Hyūga, the heiress no less, had been defeated by an Uchiha in their area of specialization, Taijutsu, then the entire clan would be too ashamed to call themselves one of Konoha's noble clans.
"As the host I should extend the curtesy to you, the first move is yours."
