He didn’t make it or because Kai and Hashima narrowly defeated them. Between the thousand needles of death and a mud quake, it immobilized him before colliding at him at every angle, destroying his gas tank and setting him on fire as well.

Kinda sad the one "Xeno" who worked with Kai is gone. I figure that would be a interesting dynamic to explore with him. Befriending a Xeno who isn't what he presumes them to be.

Also I'll probably have the Hokage Residence collapse and have Azumi bail to get her to do...something. What that something is I don't know XD

Or, we could just say that the medical ninja were able to patch up her slit throat in time and she's with the other medical-nin & injured Sakura & Ino escorted to safety. But you don't have to bring her back.
