Hmmmm...tough one. I’d say kou, but he’d rob me blind, so then it would have to be Taiyo. Cause he stands up for his allies and fights limb for limb (literally at times) for them

Think about it guys, Azumi literally one shotted him, Sagisō and her whole family could kill him if they wanted. Hell, the Uchiha twins will probably be on a Kiro’s level soon. If Kai went totally off on him, he could probably find some way to freeze him. Taiyo now has LaCM and his puppet hands. We don’t even need to talk about the jinchuriki cuz they could probably destroy him as well. Man, by the end of his time with Orochimaru, who’s to say he will be powerful enough to escape Orochimaru’s clutches. There’s probably more I’m missing but I think you guys get the point. Kiro really isn’t that strong.

In a fight he didn't use the curse mark in. Which that along with the Sharingan upgrades is enough for me to know he'll be a monster in the future. Plus he already has a variant of the LCM, a Kage signature technique.

He's strong.

Well, Tomiko x Yasu is the main ship among any OCs.

Sagiso is fun with ship stuff. So anything with that character.

Oh he will. I’m sure you have great ambitions for him, as he said he was for a quest of power. If he obtains one of the seven swords and then works under Orochimaru as to home those skills and others...we got a legend in the making

Bs hes one of the people with the most special abilities

If you have an Uchiha, you can basically coast to Kage tier off their innate abilities alone so long as the right people die at the right time. Not even factoring in individual abilities of the OC. No Uchiha should be worried about keeping pace IMO.

Nebby, if you go into any fight with Raiku with having the right mindset, you can win any. He has some cool techniques, if you can utilize them correctly, he can and will be a force to be reckoned with.

I need to let Mori meet everyone, he won't like it but right now he's being a hermit. The only interaction he had with another human was in a fight. And he might be able to help with a fight or two

Not if they were flying at him. His metal manipulation is weak, hence why he has difficulty even moving his suit when he’s not in the cockpit. But if they were stationary, he’d be able to manipulate them. The most he’d be able to do with flying kunai toward him is bend the sharp kunai into blunts...which is still hurling at him XD

Raiku is simply not being put in fights you could put him into. He just needs one to showcase himself is all. He has not been treated or considered a joke by his peers within the RP itself.
