So he’d desert an entire village because of Kai? If he did however after being accepted, he’d be hunted down as a missing nin.

Honestly I’m just gonna avoid the Yuki clan when he’s there and just stick to how I first envisioned it, a peaceful renewed village with a kind and mostly peaceful leader

Once freed, he should be able to roam free without being charged for deserting. Though he might stay, which may prompt Tsuki to stay, plus Tsuki may want to change the Yuki's ways to be more Xeno friendly, or at least more Xeno accepting.

Nai, in this case the location of the other areas would be a secret Sagisō would never reveal. She wouldn't even speak of its existence.

The fortress would be Nadeshiko village as far as any non-Nadeshiko would be concerned, and the Nadeshikos will treat it as such.
