Well, we need an elite fodder group for Kumo now. Everyone else has one (Mist has 2...including Shen's Royal Guard).
Well, being the village hidden in clouds their elite group must naturally be empyrean- relating to the heavens/skies, and thus we should make them an elite female group called the Valkyries. They're female because reasons :v
Seems fine with me. I might now want to make a Jonin with some Nordic God theme to compliment them.

Alright, I'll make a male OC to lead them lol. The can be directly under the control of the Kage, as the most elite group in the village they should have small numbers so around 10 of them.

I think Black Lightning is Storm Style?

I don’t see why I should deny it, accepted.
Storm release is Water + Lightning kekkei genkai.
Black lightning is a unqiue and more powerful(?) version of Lightning release, which is passed down by Kumogakue. It's extremely difficult to learn and if you include my 4 Ocs then only 6 people know it.
It's theorized that the 'black' element is simply just the normal release when taken to the highest level, the evidence is based on Amaterasu being the highest level of fire release is black, and this black lightning supposedly being a unique lightning release.
Iffy at best but an interesting idea to play with, the idea being that above normal release there's another classification of non-kekkei genkai release styles they can transform into. The drawback to this would be that since it requires extremely high affinity with one release the users generally only have 1 or 2 specialties including the release.

I wanna make give the unknown ones names. May I? Also what is gaia release
Basically use of dirt, soil and sedimentary elements for jutsu. Main use is drawing "energy" or nutrients from the soil to replenish her chakra and heal certain injuries. Right now Tomiko is trying to find an offensive application to the stuff by doing the reverse process on her enemy.
Gaia release is a name I came up with for Tomiko's new style which is a unique earth release that controls sediments and things like soil. It also allows its user to draw energy from the land around them as a passive form of recovery.
I came up with the name, but the concept for the jutsu style is godjacob's (Then godjacob complains he has no creativity and his OCs are screwed.)
It was previously called Dirt release, but I disdain such a name.
Well, I'll wait to see how Tomiko/Kenji and company do in battle before I can say you told me so or if their training meant much.
And yeah...not good with names XD

Went through the same name my dude, and I'm glad Im starting a mini discussion. The only reason I opted for Cyclone Release is because I ddint want to do Two Ts.
I like rupture release, but I think there needs to be a more...encompassing charm to them?
I was thinking Tempest release too xD
But since Typhoon release already exists I don't want the upgrade of wind release to just be a synonym for Typhoon; eg. tempest, storm, cyclone, tornado etc.
I mean...Raiku killed Jirobo quite easily and when he does fight he's been pretty good. Just that early exam slip. Plus he is an Uchiha, he can easily recover.

Got a whole list for recurring jokes, but one I kinda found the funniest is that the minute he shows up to a new clan yo him, they all think he's a threat, like the Hyūga did. He'd plea how he's not going to become a threat or powerful, and then just rules over the ninja world and get the spoils.
