Kyuu, be careful, Yasu's essentially become a different person from what I can tell. Watch how much you progressed that character over that two month period. I know full well that you can handle steady power development, but even the hair itself seemed like a speedy process on Yasu, lol.
*glances over yasu’s post with a monocle*

Hmmm seems alright to me. If Azumi can get a shadow dragon, I’m sure hair of all things is alright XD

Power: kiro possessed an good display of power, nothing to laugh at. Able to use a frighting display of electricity and minor amounts of lightning armor. mainly against Hashima. He did use it against Azumi, but was quickly nullified. Decent strength, especially since he didn’t even need the use of his curse mark for this category. However, he didn’t use his full strength in the exams. So it hurt his score.

Rank: 6.5

•Effectiveness: Kiro’s abilities when he showcased them proved to be shocking effective. (Pun intended). He zapped his way past Hashima’s defenses, and blasted his way to beating her with very little problems other then countering her swamp related advantage. Even then, he won fairly easily without needing much medical attention, even killing his opponent. Being the only ninja to successfully kill another ninja, while also not being damaged much in the process is a pretty big achievement to have. But the Azumi fight brought him down slightly, as he got beat pretty quickly to her techniques. Which will add to hers more than take from Kiro’s.

Rank: 8.5

•Stamina: Kiro’s stamina is his lowest category. Even though he put up a good last resistance in the end against Azumi, it wasn’t anything too impressive. He showed however a good amount of chakra usage without too much strain on him compared to most lightning users his age. He won’t get a super high or low rating in this category. He’ll get a solid ‘Meh.’

Rank: 6

•Utility: Kiro seemed skilled in using ninja tools, which added points for the utility section for sure. Using the wires and cables to help beat Hashima scores some brownie points. That and using Kunai sighs explosive tags alongside those string strategies, and his opponet’s strings at that. Using someone else’s tools against them is another good mark, and that’s not even mentioning the Sharingan. But that’s where he peaks with utility. Other than that, he failed to make much use of the swamp theme around him as well as do much against Azumi as far as terrain or tools are concerned.

In my books, @Retro Master , you pass. What does everyone else think?

Speaking of Chunin...

Zaku, Sagiso, Katsuo and Azumi are Chunin. Not sure if we decided Kiro was one as well or not. Just going off exam result memory.

This should be enlightening

Sagiso didn’t get promoted, because she did very little in her fight but try to avoid attacks and then quitting when she didn’t dish out any pain against her enemy XD. She didn’t do a lot to impress the judges

Pure bullshit. No offense. Sagiso is stronger than Azumi and her fight with Katsuo should have been enough to get her through.

I am very disappointed to say the least.

Shikamaru literally got promoted despite not dealing ANY damage to Temari and giving up in the fight. Sagiso's tactical moves and going toe for toe with Katsuo (Who fought a Curse Mark user in full power mode) should have been enough to match this.

They don’t compare. Shikamaru had her right where he wanted, and controlled her every movement. And THEN he gave up. Sagiso just...gave up. She missed the important step

Technically by Shikamaru's own admission he would not have maintained it long enough to do much with it.

But fair enough, still seems like such hot garbage to me. Kiro got literally dominated versus Azumi without much of a fight (IRL circumstances aside) yet apparently he did enough to impress to advance while Sagiso was more solid in her match.

Azumi: It's bullshit bias. Keeping the little guy down to glorify ninja of the great nations!

Judges and crowd didn’t know this.

Everyone agreed on this when we judged it, and it stands. Kiro’s results included hashima’s AND Azumi’s fights. They were impressed by hashima’s fight. Sagiso basically did nothing but be acrobatic and then lose really.

Everybody agreeing on something doesn't actually happen because usually at least SOMEONE doesn't put their input on the subject.

@kyuukestu

Power: Unfortunatley, this is Sagiso’s worst area of performance. She expressed amazing evasion ability, but pretty bad offensive capabilities. She managed to throw some air around and trigger some tools and explosions, but she couldn’t actually pull of much as far as raw power is concerned. She didn’t even go to as much as using chakra clogging hyugga abilities, which would have qualified. What saved her score was her Skuriken justu
Rank: 5

•Effectiveness: honestly, besides Zaku (which would be unfair of me to grade), she showed the 2nd highest effectivness as seen of yet. She countered most moves with her own, humorously ironic ways to use them to her own advantage, like the clone instance, while keeping her cool and doing some damage. It seems to really be effective against Katsuo...except she ran out of Chakra. If she kept the pace she would have made higher.

Rank: 8

•Stamina: Sagiso is a special case, where instead of showing stamina by taking hits, she showed stamina by Avoiding said hits. She had a prolonged physical effort acrobatically dodging and counter his moves, while not as Impressive as Taiyo’s, still say a lot if she hadn’t been damaged much as a result.
Rank: 5

•Utility: she had some great Justus and a dojutsu to use. She even adapted without them when she was temporarily blinded, not receiving much damage in the recess if this. Whenever Katsuo made a strike (particularly hand to hand) it was always countered in a way that seemed like she had thought of it years ahead of time, gaining ground with every attack her opponent made. It felt like she always had the tactical high ground.

Final rank: 27/40
I found this but I don’t know if it’s valid.
