Weird coincidence but I had a cinnamon roll for breakfast...
I think everyone in the mission for Konoha are currently walking outside rn
It's less filling the world with sunshine and rainbows and more and just offering a contrast given those light moments take up minority focus, and given you and Shen's plans for world domination and will only work to make the story even darker going forward.
Eh, Shen having his main kill an entire hospital kinda outweighs any good his interaction with Kou generally has done.

Listen, Yuki clan and Mei are gonna battle it out in Kiri. Oto is gonna annihilate konoha since no other village cares, or minato will solo the whole village, and pain is planning on destroying the world, but nobody is paying attention to him, so I have to help taiyo so he can beat pain and we can live

What with the betrayal of his village and the separation of his family, I could see a pretty dark mind. But it doesnr rule him, he's trying to bring peace to the ninja world....by grinding anyone who disagrees with his goal into the dust....real confusing standpoint, but it gets results.

My plans for World domination are doomed to fail though. I can't even exterminate bandits without flipping the discussion upside down. Muchless go through with the sheer carnage brought by a war of conquest.
Mei needs to stay in character, and Konoha is full of softies and tree huggers with 0 ambition for global conquest.
My every attempt will be labeled as 'out of character', so it's an uphill battle tbh.
I don't even have that many eggs in the Mist because I don't even want Mei to stay as the Kage xD While she's a fun character to play, the most aggressive thing I can do with her is give light slaps on the wrist to increasingly rebellious clans.
I'm posing her to have liquidatable power, namely wealth and connections, so that she can confortably live after being exiled from the Mist.
I'm still going to undermine Shen with delightful glee, but if Mei won then the Mist wouldn't go to war, and with you guys at the helm of the other villages they ain't very warlike either.
Oniki is a bitter opportunist who readily hires S ranked criminals to attack other villages, but in AU he's out here being buddybBudd with some random genin.
Iwagakure's thing is the will of stone, but pre-talk no jutsu, that was more them being hardened Shinobi trained to carry out missions at the cost of their lives rather than unwavering willpower and determination.
Pakura should be dead, sold out to the Mist by her own village, and while she's not dead in AU she should be very concerned that Suna's attitude leans towards that direction.
The characters we're using should be inherently more unscrupulous by circumstance. But y'all are peacelovers, so I'm not really expecting you to activity seek out ways to kick off war.

she lives on borrowed time because the Yuki allow itI mean, it already happened. I just questioned the legality of it given Konoha's canon nature. The morality debate was another matter it springboard off of. Believe me, when Danzo aims for control you'll have someone with that ambition in Konoha.
Eh to be fair Minato and Hiruzen and Tsunade are not like that. I can have them be portrayed as more aggressive (Tsunade especially) if that helps with the concern. Though I figure the Yuki would give Mei plenty of conflict to deal with.
To be fair, I have tried to make them self serving and really my big thing is not rushing immediately into another war given we've had nothing but those kind of arcs to this point. I'm totally fine with a big world war down the line but I just feel full scale battle acrs between our nations is like the only arc we have done to this point and it's too many stacked on top of each other so quickly.
Eh, more likely just I haven't been able to get into RPing Rasa or Ay or Onoki (Who Zander took over) cause I have too many other characters to manage.

Like I said you all are war hungry, so I don't think kyuu has anything to fear in that department especially given I control two characters who will spark wars (Pain and Danzo). And Azumi's stuff is gonna cause all kind of conflicts.

Oh it's totally legal, I can find you episodes where Naruto beats up bandits. And it's even a scene during one of the earlier opening themes.
They don't show the bandits dying, but you can't possibly imagine they arrested all the bandits? Or the bandits suddenly reformed over night?
Whenever those battles happen the team usually just leaves and scurries on home to the leaf.
Since beating them up once probably doesn't reform them, and they'd obviously go back to being bandits since they weren't arrested or otherwise detained, there aren't a lot of conclusions left to draw.
I'd more say I've just moved the off-screen consequences to the forefront.

I don't think it's wise to openly go against the Feudal lords. After all, there are other ninja influences within the countries, and some of the Shinobi in village are more loyal to the Feudal Lord rather than their Kage.

Those ain't wars deary, those are scuffle or skirmishes at best - and we've done less fighting than the Iwa-Suna skirmish which has been going for at least a decade or two. War as a far nore terrifying thing.
