Eh, I'm casually theorizing how to nerf genjutsu, and off-handedly throwing more techniques into the gentle fist. I'll take a look at it after I finish a couple episodes of anime though, and probably respond to the RP as well.

I’m not sure what you said as far as genjustu goes. What do you mean?
I word it as 'Nerf' instead of 'render extremely ineffective' because the latter brings up all sorts of discussion. However, I'm thinking of ways of avoiding or preempting base genjutsu.
Genjutsu is a rare thing (The only characters who actively use it being Hyōryūgetsu, Absurd, Baiyan & Sakura), but I certainly don't feel like getting Sagisō trapped in one, so I'll use some spare time to pan out countermeasures. Nothing terribly complex though, the second I thought about Hyō's genjutsu I gave up trying to figure out perfect counters, the mechanics of that one (as you already know) are rather special. The most I do was think about how to not get hit.

basically if you ask people to have genjutsu on them, 50% chance theyll say no, if you don't ask but do it anyways, then you'll be counted as "autoing"

It is pretty rare, and that’s half of what inspired me to make absurd originally. Hmm it is pretty difficult occasionally finding a counter, depending on the genjustu. Although Katsuo and Shikamaru are pretty good as avoiding audio by simply obscuring their ears. So it’s actually not all that difficult

No, just place it on them. That is, if you can be tricky about it. Like Absurd’s *Tip, Tap* sounds. Don’t give it away originally and you can get away with it, unless you make it very obvious
Oh, my only comment on this is that Mist Ninja are usually proficient with the Silent Killing Technique and can navigate solely on sound and things like that. They're pretty fine despite having lost their vision.
Not too sure about Tsuki since I don't know whether she would've trained the Silent killing technique.
On another note, Raiku's ability to see Tsuki might be slightly impeded because everything would be colored in Hyō's chakra. That's a sorta iffy point, I never really stated the density of the Mist, so I wouldn't say it's dense enough to conceal Tsuki's chakra. Probably more like looking through tinted glasses. It's of little to no significance unless shen has some brilliant scheme in mind. Ah, though I guess it could be used to mask other jutsu by having them set up at a lower chakra intensity than the Mist, hence they'd be masked by Hyō's chakra. Guess you could keep that in mind.

I was speaking more generally, Sagisō's also muted her hearing before to avoid genjutsu. Though it get progressively harder to block as people get more creative. I was more of the mind to preempt the genjutsu entirely though.

Sakura's is a very effective genjutsu (Told you Pollen-based was coming #calledit) it's just that you need to actually breathe in Pollen. It's more a short-mid range technique, so most of us are too far to actually get affected by it. That'll change once someone gets closer to her though.Don’t tempt me

Since pollen lingers in the air, it'd be a long-lasting genjutsu that would flare up frequently since you'd always be breathing in the pollen.
Hmmm, not necessarily in the sense of disabling it. Kakashi was able to preemptively notice Itachi's use of Tsukiyomi because he noticed an unnatural amount of chakra gathering in his eyes. I'm taking more of a 'reading your chakra flow approach'.

In it's base form yea, but Paired with wind release to help it's dispersion then it could take a more long-ranged approach. Sakura doesn't have Wind release though .3.

Paired with earth-release to move the followers it could also cover a large range, and Sakura has earth release.
Earth, Water, Yin, Yang. Sakura has those 4 chakra natures. So there's room for a combination.
Sharingan genjutsu doesn't work on other dojutsu users in the first place, unless it's MS genjutsu, in which case I might indeed try that xD
I was focusing more on genjutsu designed to affect dojutsu users, auditory, sensual, scent-based, etc.
By the way, are we doing that fight as a back-story? Cause I don't really intend to have Sagisō return to the leaf. The only way I could see them battling is if after Kiro escapes on his way to Orochimaru, Hina sends Sagisō after him.

It probably wouldn’t work but I also don’t think it’s a 100% chance of failing.
As for when, I was thinking during the three month timeskip. Kiro and Sagisō haven’t even interacted since then, maybe cuz they fought? If Kiro lost, that would make sense. If Sagisō lost then idk, but that’s also unlikely
Kiro escaping rn is just really unlikely atm. Though if they fought during the timeskip, I’m gonna have to change some stuff. Training wise atleast.

Hinagiku (that is actually me just undecided on what to do) isn't really paying attention to Kiro, she (I) sorta wants him to escape, but at the same time if he doesn't try she'd (I'd) be fine with that too.
The tags aren't meant to track Kiro or Tayuya, they're meant to store a portion of their chakra. When she sends Sagisō after Kiro she won't really expect her to capture him, but rather track the team all the way to Orochimaru's base and then report.
Perhaps then she'll bring up organizing a strike force against the Snake to Tsunade. It'd be a team composed of nothing but Jonin and other high tiered, named shinobi, intending on giving the Snake a hard time. Not even killing him, just annoying pestering and screwing over all his experiments, perhaps even recapturing Kiro in the process. Hit and run would work just fine.
A team of say, Hina, Itachi/Shisui, Kakashi, Asuma, and/or some of the other clan heads would basically just fuck up all of Orochimaru's shit for the next month.

If anything she'll leave battling Kai to someone like...Taiyo, yea, that sounds like a solid plan. Yea, swapping foes with Taiyo is good.
Plus, I've got a summon thats very good at running. I'm solid on pushing the Kai button lol.

It's not like I can't deal with this move... Just trying to gauge how much damage Furījia should take. Like, this completely discards any 'friendly-relations' Sagisō and Kai could've ever had.
I'll let @Godjacob get a response in first.
What I have in mind will leave Furījia alive, but take her out of the fight, and in that case, there really won't be anyone left on team Konoha to check Hyō...
Geez, one encounter with team Mist and they're already on the path to annihilation. I might also have to speed up Sagisō's return to the Island. She should be crossing the Ocean anyway, and the Mist Hyō created would get her attention. She might take a cursory glance just to check things out and then flip out.

It’s not like Kai knows fujira and Sagiso have a close bond, nor if Sagiso is even in this country. Besides, it’s a battle, did Sagiso not expect fujira to be in danger?
Even if Kohona is utterly defeated (worst case scenario) they can still technically recover, as long as they don’t have crippling injuries. Sakura is a medic after all.
Personally, Raiku would be an excellent check.
He's only ever seen Furījia with Sagisō, and I'm fairly certain that during their travels at the start of the Sound chase arc he would've figured out they were sisters.

With Kakashi tied up, and Kai free, it quickly turns into 2 vs 1 for one of the Konoha ninja, and idk about them, but 2 vs 1 against both myself and you? Needless to say, that situation quickly grows progressively worst, and unless they escape the lot of them will be at a very serious risk of death.
A decent check I guess. His Sharingan won't work as well since it's Hyō's chakra that's in the Mist, and he won't be able to make eye contact for any genjutsu, again because of the Mist... though I guess his lightning release...

Raiku’s name does insinuate lightning, doesn’t it? He also has summonings and evidently, genjustu. And Sakura putting up counter genjustu against Hyo as well will limit her power.
I have faith in Nebulix. That is, if he can just figure out how. Team play is important. And with both Sakura and Raiku, those two could pull off some impressive combo techniques. And Taiyo is still here, so who knows what he could do to aid the situation.
