I feel like the other villages need the Uchiha to be massacred for the playing field to be even. If Konoha has the Uchiha and Kyuu’s Hyūga along with an eventual healthy Minato, then it’s a wrap!

That's true. We can probably win the war against the Sound. Even after the war there will be enough people to counter a possible Mist threat. Though Raiku is also trying to make relationships better with the heir of the Yuki clan...

Not really, although the Mist won't win an invasion against Konoha, Konoha won't win an invasion against them either.

The other nations are underdeveloped in comparison, I don't even know what clans are in them.

The Mist have the advantage of their homeland providing natural benefits, but it's not like in the Land of Fire there's a volcano to supply them fire without the need of making their own. Unlike my village if the uchiha gets massacred
