That's a good card to play, but you need to remember that the Hyūga really don't like they their dojutsu is...not under their control.

Upon more thought, the half-Hyūga card isn't much of a card you can play. She'll notice Sema's chakra has a similar color to a Hyūga's so she'll figure it out at a glance. She might not let Sema go back to Suna though...we can work something out about that.

You won't be able to do that with an arrow though?

Well, bones being pulverized are healable with surgery e.g. Lee who got his leg and arm crushed by Gaara, and nerve damage can be healed with Lightning Chakra tbh.
