As for Zane explaining the situation to Dask, summarize.

No, everyone else is out and about; warped away, in a jail somewhere, at the lab... only Zane and Dask are at the base. Even Darcel left.

Well, there has to be a way to stop him once he has control. He can't be invincible.

Good thing Zane helped him. Hopefully Dask decides to spare Zane once he can control his powers. Zane's main weapon is a sword, and he would be obliterated if he fought Dask.
True. See, now Ashley could do damage. Should she be able to overpower his lasers ans spherical explosions, she could easily beat him. So could the Shadow Girl.
