Yeah that sounds like it would hurt. Also cat Miridia is a white witch meaning her main skills in magic is focused of healing magic so theoretically she could heal his eye. She may have to transplant it from an alternate dimension version of Ken but she could!

She's trying to be nice. She's seen other dimension so she knows which versions of Ken deserve getting their eyes switched. Because her powers work with multiverse theory

Oh my goodness! What if at somepoint in the plot Ethan captures Miridia somehow and uses her magic to open portals to bring in others like him? Like an evil Ken and everyone to just scure with the outcasts. Fae thinks evil Ken is real Ken and stuff happens!
