why are you so determined that she will be the one pulling all the strings? Why can't she just be the head of the council

Well, first off.
She doesn't have magic, so it doesn't really concern her.
Second of all, she's also an assassin. No interest in leading.

Name: Earia Colten
Appearance: Bright red hair, with a side shave. Hair is always up. She wears full armor, made out of her powers. She has a scar above her glass eye. (She is blind in that eye, obviously.
Power: Lunar Constructs (Ability to turn lunar energy into tools, objects, weapons, ect.)
Strengths (Personality): She has connections to almost everyone, and the only emotion that really drives her is anger, causing her to be very psychotic and powerful. She also is an eccedentesiast (person who fakes a smile)
Weaknesses (Personality): She tends to be very angry. She is also very greedy, money can make her almost do anything. Sometimes will act without reason, making it somewhat easy to fool her.
Strengths(Powers): She creates her own weapons and armor for herself, so these items are stronger than the regular item counterparts. Items appear pretty quickly.
Weaknesses(Powers): She can only summon a certain amount of items at a time, so she has to constantly 'delete' things which takes up energy. If she is to far away from an item/becomes unconscious, the item(s) will disappear. Summoning items take alot of energy.
Personality: Well, mad obviously.. Tends to be a 'sweet talker' allowing her to have many connections.
Extra: Kinda rich, Darcel's older sister, her occupation is an assassin..
