I have an idea on how to get my characters involved, but I've been pretty busy as of late between moving and schoolwork. I may see if I can find some time soon to write something. Any scenes/characters in particular I should join when I do?
I might edit my post, but I'm not sure if that'd be a good idea.

I would be more worried about me making a situation the Vulpix Twins cannot escape. Which you may be talking about, but still.

@The Dark Fairy what Pokemon should the grunts have? I'm thinking of Gyarados (a newly evolved one), but I kinda don't want to do something too OP for you.

Anything in the charms rules is fine, but there would not be that many powerful Pokémon like Gyarados, though they would present

@The Dark Fairy so, can Pokehumans accidentally use moves if they don't know they know that move yet?

It is possible, though it depends on the move. You wouldn’t accidentally tackle someone for instance.
What about Ember? Can that be accidentally used? Enya and Lumi don't know they can use Pokemon moves yet.

I'm working on a very long post and I've been busy.
I've been kinda busy as well recently.
I've been dealing with a mixture of writer's block and a lot of other work.

I can skim over the battle and advance the plot if that is the case. I have made a pile on the thread to make votes.
I feel like it may be good to put this on the backburner and revisit it a bit later. It's not that I'm not interested---being quarantined with someone who tested positive gave me a lot of writing ideas---but I don't feel like I have the time to sit down and write out a good post.
I'm honestly in the same boat as Peroxide. However, since I (finally) caught up, and even ahead, of my cybersecurity class, I can now work on my post.

I'm probably going to end the fight either later today or tomorrow. Those who are captured are not 100% out of the story. If anyone wants me to wait for them, go ahead and say it.

Lilian won’t be able to do much, though she will stay close to Sara. And who gets captured is up to y’all
It took me staying up until 4 in the morning, but I got my most important project out of the way. In other words, I suddenly have a lot more free time on my hands. In other words, I think I can start roleplaying again without being preoccupied by loads of schoolwork.
Just a small problem: I have no idea where to start. As it's written right now, Lawrence and Agnes are still at the cafe, so I have no idea how they should reenter the scene, who they should interact with, etc. So far, my only ideas involve flipping a coin to determine if someone gets captured, and/or a coin to determine who gets captured, and somehow getting to a point where Lawrence slaps a grunt. That's about where my thought process ends. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can reenter my characters and with whom?

You can react to the events leading up to the fight as if he was there, and then choose someone to try and team up with.
