first time making my own rp dont hurt me
Runeva, Or to put it simply, Rune, is a region located south of most regions and is simply... Odd. It is inhabited by pokemon of almost all regions and what makes it so special is the plant that grows there. Through a few studies and dead professors, it seems that the fruit that the pokemon that inhabit the region make it to be very intelligent and hostile against anything other than its own. A few samples have been proved to show that not only are Pokemon afflicted, but people are effected by it as well. It seems that its the most abundant fruit on the island, and its effects hasnt shown to wear off on pokemon like it does humans. Some of these hostile pokemon, mainly small ones, have been captured by an odd organization. It seems that many have left this region untouched to do the ferocity of the pokemon, who seem to attack and kill unprepared trainers with ease, as the fruit has made them even more powerful than competitive bred pokemon.
Overall, Runeva is a beautiful place with harsh sunlight, lots of rain, and many forest covering it, Other than that, the pokemon are what leave most of it undiscovered,It has also been seen as a place to dump released pokemon.

So leveling is.... non existent. No leveling from the anime or actual games will be used here, as Pokemon will only get stronger from actual "training" be it from a Trainer, practice, or... fighting. which isnt always the greatest option against all the so much stronger pokemon.

Species: Serperior
Other: None.
Backstory: Eve was a serperior that was released like many others due to not having "Perfect IVs" got competitive battling. ,Days later, she was dumped here in what seemed to be a gorgeous place, She has soon figured out that the pokemon that inhabit this place are not normal, and seem to be very hostile. Since then, she has been holding up in a cave, where not many have found her, She has despised humans since then, and aims to stay as far away from them as possible.
Also a little extra, Not many boats nor planes are very willing to ride you to this region, so you must have payed alot, or entered from flying or surfing a pokemon here.
