Ask to Join The Chronicles of Necros: Knight Fall

Octia grumbled and took guard. She looked up towards the sky and smiled, fixing her arrows and bow. Little adjustments that she thought were needed. When dawn came she opened her eyes, alert as always as she got down and gently kicked everyone's sides, "up and time to go".

David groaned as he stood up. " So then." He said before looking around. "I'll be back." He said as he walked into the forest to relive himself.

Alta groaned and she got up and she poked Ashlynn and she sighed " Cmon wake up Ash" she said and she looked at David "hello?" she said and she said smiling "you sleep well?" she asked

"Scream if something happens," Octia called after him before grabbing some of the charcoals and putting them in a small black dyed pouch she owned, "I stayed on watch after everyone passed out".

Ashlynn sat up quickly, "Ugh... S-sorry miss..!" she mumbled as she removed her head from Alta's. "Did.. you sleep well last night..?" she questioned, before turning to Octia. "You could of woken me up, you deserve rest to ma'am."

"I'm an incredibly light sleeper, I wouldn't have gotten much sleep," Octia smiled and stretched. She took some left over charcoal and walked over to a tree, sketching into it a hand print, "might spook someone".

Alta smiled and she stretched and she yawned a little "So when are we leaving" she asked and she looked at her friends before she looked at Octia " Oh that sucks you know next time i can stay on watch"

He finished pissing before he walked over to them. "Shall we get going." He said to his companions. He still felt as though he should leave them. but at the same time he knew they were just going to fallow him anyways.

"Yeah let's move," Octia nodded and pulled her bow out incase something forced their hands. She blinked a couple times and shook herself off, "I need to start moving before I pass out on my feet"!

Alta got up and she smiled at them before she walked over to them and she followed them close, holding her new sword close "hehe i love my new sword its so light and easy to handle perfect for me" she said smiled

"But it's not the best and if you find a better one then you should think about investing in it," Octia sighed and tried to keep herself more awake but focusing on her aim and ware on her weaponry. She looked at the bow that she had used charcoal to draw on and smirked, "so where are we going next".

"From some of the reports I heard I think we should head east." He said to his companions. "If we head through the forest we should be at Newfonridge by tomorrow."

Dulvac wearily opened his eyes, to see everyone getting ready to leave. He packed away his stuff and mounted Burst. "Okay let's hurry up and go," he said.

Alta nodded and she giggled before she sighed " alright i guess getting a powerful weapon" she said smiling as she followed them " so what are gonna do?" she asked looking around.

"David is leading the way and I'll take the rear to cover our asses," Octia nodded and made shooing motions at everyone to say that they needed to get a move on, "let's go. We should really move because the towns people might not come but the bastard might".

David nodded as he led the way. He kept his hand near his rusted blade as he examined the terrain. " So does anybody want to say anything?" he asked.

"Where do you get your honeymead? Did you brew it in house or outside buyer? It was good," Octia questioned like they weren't probably being hunted and shrugging when she remembered the taste of the sweet mead on her tongue.

"Out side buyer." He said. " I know a guy who makes very good Alchole. I give him twenty percent of the pay he keeps my stock up." He said before he continued to walk. He smelled the air and smiled.

"I need to know this guy. That was some of the best honeymead I've had in a long time," Octia smirked and clicked her tongue at the thought. She kept her eyes sharp but fought at the sleep that tugged at the edge of her consciousness.

Alta walked up to them and she sighed as she walked beside Octia and she sighed "so how are you today" she asked as she walked and she smiled at her " I can't wait till we get done with our quest" she smiled

"Right. Resmin, take down the illusion." Falaern commanded, putting on her mask. The Owl known as Falaern dispelled the illusion, and the group began to head out. Storm climbed onto Burst, seeing as there was no room on the griffins. The group remained mostly hidden, but there was a chance someone could have seen them...

Ashlynn's ears twitched, as a faint whistling sound sparked through the sky. She's heard this noise once before, when her village was attacked by bandits. He face turned pale, as she readied her bow.

Prince Harry was escorted to the dining room of the Hethian palace. He did his best to look around unfortanently one of his eyes were swollen shut while the other one was on it's way to swollen. " Where am I?" he said weakly.
"Prince Harry." King Tywin Valor said. " Please have a seat." The man said before eating an apple. Harry limped to one of the seats. " So how have you enjoyed you're stay here." He asked
" Definatly something." He said. The king passed Harry an apple.
"Eat." He said. "The new Ragoth king needs food."

The wings of the griffins flapped slowly. However, among this faint noise, Falaern heard the noise of a drawn bowstring. She made a signal to her fellows of the Blackquill. They all readied for possible combat.

Octia narrowed her eyes, she kept her stance relaxed. She did raise a hand to her quiver and danced her finger tips over the top of the arrows's feathers. The ranger did a quick scan of the area and grit her teeth.

Falaern hopped off her griffin silently. She drew three throwing knives, ready to scope out the situation. Storm followed close behind, his crossbows loaded. Storm went to the left while Falaern went to the right. They hid behind some trees. Falaern peeked out, seeing a ranger with a readied bow. She decided to wait and see what she would do.

Octia bowed her head and closed her eyes, focusing on listening to what she could hear and picking out the background sounds from eachother. She quickened her pace abit and nudged the close person forward to try and get everyone moving a little more.

Ashlynn pulled back her bow's string, and looked at Octia, gesturing the noise. The woman focused her hearing towards the faint noise, and scanned the area.

Seeing one of the people scanning the area, Falaern hid behind the tree again. Storm did the same. The lieutenant tapped a rune on her left arm, and Resmin cast an invisibility spell on the Owls, their griffins, Dulvac and the wyvern.

"Just keep moving," Octia ordered and slung her long range weapong around her shoulder, wanting to try and keep the paces up so she wouldn't have to deal the insisting whistle, "let's go and keep alert as we move".

The girl nodded, and continued forward. Her steps were quiet and precise, and her bow was drawn. Her hood completely covered her face, for the shadow overcast it.

Aaron landed outside of the city, and made his Wyvern wait in the woods. He climbed into a hole in the wall, and snuck into the sewers. He got into the city's thieves guild, and looked for someone to give him a mission, he needed extra cash after all.

The beast dropped his tail onto the ground, creating a loud bang that shook the earth around him.

A black haired man sat behind his very well crafted desk. His feet were kicked up into it as he swirled a rich ale in his cup. Two of his closest guards had a man on his knees infront of him.

Octia slowly checked where one of her hidden daggers were. She then raised a hand up and took out an arrow, unslinging her bow.

David looked around as he drew his blade. " You see anything." He said to his companions. It felt like he was being watched.

"King?" Harry said. Harry laughed a little bit. " I'm not the king. Even if that bastard of yours slayed my farther I doubt would've gone down easily." He laughed.
" You're dear brother is currently not accounted for. And I need someone to quite things down." Tywin said. "Also that bastard isn't mine. He's your Farther's. When he rapped my wife." Tywin said.
Harry immediately froze. He knew his farther was curroupt but he didn't think he would go that far. "Why me. Why not kill me and put that bastard on the throne?"
" Because you didn't break." He said leaving it at that. " Of course You will be married to one of my daughters." He said with a smile. " I think you know her."

"Not see, hear," Octia hummed and kept her eyes peeled. She relaxed the grip on her weapon, not wanting to jump to conclusions. She straightened her back and let her face drop into a neutral stance.

David saw her and put his blade back into it's sheath. " So then. I think we should pick up the pace a little bit." He said as he started to walk a little bit faster.

"Don't tel me you believe the myths? Ghosts and such," Octia poked fun at him, deciding that it would be best to lighten the mood and try to get to know her companions more.

Falaern watched, satisfied. It seemed that they had no intentions to attack. She signaled Storm, and they dashed farther into the forest.

Once they were a significant distance away, the commander used her rune to signal the others to uncloak. Resmin deactivated the invisibility spell.
"They're not here to attack us, that's for sure. But they present a complication. They're heading the way we were planning to."
"You've gotta be kidding me." Storm said. "That's bad. We need to get past them without alerting them. Could the invisibility rune keep us hidden?"
"The rune affects vision, not noise. The griffins could do it silently, but I doubt that big, hulking wyvern could silently fly the skies."

He smiled a little bit. " People are known to disapere in these woods." He said as he walked. "Last thing I want is some ghost to come out of nowhere and kill three women who decided for one reason or another to fallow me." He said.

"Just keep following the sun," she shook her head and crossed her arms. The brown haired girl hummed softly, tunes often played at festivals running through her mind.

A man laying on the back of a donkey arrived at the edge of the forest. "Alright so the prince ordered me to get him some purple woodland mushrooms." He got of his Donkey then put his staff behind his neck and dangled bot hand on each side of it. "That shouldn't be too hard of a task." he said walking into the forest.
