I do that often, especially on my laptop screen, every time I see a cute cat video, or an Eeveelution/Foxxy/Kitty plush I want to order - at times in real life too, especially when one of my kitties does something adorable, or lays down on my bed

Two men outside your window get into an argument. One is holding a triple scoop ice cream cone. The other just has a super cool shirt that says on it "I'm a super cool shirt." The shirt guy is yelling at the ice cream guy about how he gave his shirt a funny look. The ice cream guy thinks that the shirt guy is jealous of the quantity of ice cream that he is holding with just one cone. The shirt guy says he couldn't give rat's ass about the other man's ice cream and then tells him not to get any closer because he is worried the ice cream guy is gonna get ice cream on his very cool shirt. In a fit of anger, the ice cream guy throws his ice cream on the ground and blames it on the shirt guy. They both put up the dukes, though neither person wants to actually get physical. They both slowly walk away while holding eye contact.

Was I close?
