"It's nothing," Brian said, focusing on the class' side of vision. Listening who he and Crystal were up against, he felt a side of nervousness. While waiting for Crystal to get ready, he decided to experiment with his new ability. As he changed where he was looking, he looked around. He looked in a mirror. Brian looked exactly how he did in class, where he just stood there. "So I'm able to clone myself..." He said, realizing what he could now do. "Wait, if I'm able to make clones, does that mean?" Brian kicked his bed, trying to damage himself. He then heard a beep, as he jumped up and down in pain. He switched back to class, where he jumped and fell down. "So that's how it works..." He said, getting up. He then got ready to spar with Roman and Jesse.

Jesse stood up, he was so bored he was sitting down. He cracked his neck, and got ready to fight. 'Just because you're my friends and- I won't hold back! Or.. something along them lines...'. He made his way to his side of the field, and looked over to Roman. He then looked at Crystal and Brian. He took a deep breath. Hopefully, Ashes wouldn't wake up from the noise outside and interrupt the battle, to make it unfair.

Mr. Hughes shouted to start the battle, and Jesse leapt forwards, covered his fist in darkness, and jumped at Crystal, hopefully before she could transform. If he could attack Crystal before she turned into an animal, he might have an upper hand. Maybe her animal-transformation didn't work if she was damaged. Whilst he jumped at Crystal, he also planned an attack for if anything went wrong...

Bellamy was new in town, his family had moved here and he was joining the school. He heard something about a sparring match and sped to it reaching the area where the teacher was standing. He stood by the teacher watching. This would be as he had never really even met anyone like him. He sped around the room getting a quick look at everyone before returning back to the teacher. He smiled to himself, "yeah this should be fun" he thought to himself. Lupa trudged in and strolled over to Bellamy sitting by his feet.

Crystal looked down at Brian, who had randomly fallen to the ground, "Are you sure you're okay?" She helped him up, then turned her attention back to sparring. She petted Athena on the head, "Roman will be fine, he's strong!" She tried to reassure her, then had Sapphire walk over to the griffin to distract her from the whole sparring scene. She chuckled at Jesse's response to fighting, "Yep, no holding back!" She nodded to Brian as Jesse got ready, then watched Mr. Hughes begin the battles. Jesse lunged so fast at her that she had no time to react, and quickly fell back due to his fist. She got up again, as best as she could, and turned into a kangaroo. She jumped up, hitting him back with a strong force of legs and power - of a kangaroo. She jumped towards him, still jumping up and down, getting ready for the next move. (Roman could help Jesse, or go to fight Brian, unless you have other ideas!)

Mr. Hughes looked at the boy in front of him. He was new, and the teacher hadn't seen him before. "Hello, you're in this class, aren't you? I remember someone telling me about a new student. Pleased to have you here.. Bellamy." He looked down at the wolf, "That's a fine pet you have there." He then brought Bellamy over to Syn and Therian, then told him to sit on them bench with them, "Syn, this is a new student, Bellamy. You could pair up with him if you'd like, or stay with your pet. Likewise to you, Bellamy, you can pair with Syn to fight another pair or be with your pet. I'll let you two decide." The teacher then walked away, eyeing the boys to see that Syn would be nice to their new student.

Whilst Jesse was busy with Crystal, Roman darted toward Brian and attempted to deal a few punches at him along with a sweep kick. He didn’t help Jesse because he trusted in his strength, two on one would be unfair... and with Brian as another opponent, he had an excuse to not hit Crystal which he honestly couldn’t stand the thought of doing. Meanwhile, Athena cooed happily at Sapphire and lightly nuzzled her.

Mark finally woke up form the longest nap ever (OOC: could not find another way to get back in). He was waking up Levi when he heard the strangest noise ever. 'Screech!' was what he heard. "Woah, what was that noise?" said Mark. He quickly woke up Levi, so he could go with him to check it out. Levi woke up, and then the sound happened again, startling Levi. "It happened again! It sounds like it's coming from the fountain. C'mon Levi, let's go check it out!" said Mark. Levi then follows Mark out the door to run to the fountain.

When the two arrive, they notice what looks like a big metal capsule. Mark slowly walks up to it, leaving Levi behind. As Mark walks towards the capsule, a strange speedy figure comes out of nowhere and grabs Mark, throwing him into the capsule. Levi yells, and runs at the figure, but fails to because the speedy figure runs away very quickly, bringing the capsule along with him. Levi screams again, and runs back inside the school, looking for someone to help.

Being kicked in the face by a kangaroo was rather painful, and knocked him back, but quickly, an anchor shape shot out of his hand and plugged into the ground, swung around and fired at Crystal by being in the position of a flying Superman, and firing blasts from his fist. As he got closer, he plugged another anchor into the ground, and used that to swing around Crystal. As he landed behind her, he fired another fist. He then checked over to Roman, to see if anything was going wrong. Seemed not, a few fists had only just landed on Brian.

Seeing Roman run over to him, Brian emitted a quick force field. However, it quickly broke, resulting him to fall onto the ground, due to the sweep kick. Brian quickly got up, and teleported backwards. His powers were more on the defensive side, so he couldn't really fight back. Brian then had a slightly risky idea. He didn't exactly master the new power, but it was worth a shot. Brian closed his eyes, as 4 identical duplicates formed beside them. "Hey, it worked!" They all said. The Brians then circled around Roman, attempting to confuse him.

 

[Red Gallade]

Roman watched as not one, but four Brains appeared and began to circle him. Roman looked at each one for any differences, but stayed calm as it just meant he had four things to hit. He patiently waited in the middle of the circle and prepared himself, if one attacked, he would counterattack, if any more than one attacked, he would turn to smoke to evade and attack one of the Brians from behind, without any regard for the thought on hitting a clone or not, but he was more than willing to roll the dice.

Crystal fell far back with the anchors, a big surprise to her. She sat on the ground, trying to think of something to do, then quickly became a Phoenix. She flew up, then dived down into Jesse, trying to stop him firing from his fists. She took a little glance over at Roman, then made a ‘caw’ sound to wish him luck. She turned her attention back to Jesse, then became a cheetah and started circling around him. She got ready to pounce at the right moment.

The new student approached Syn. He knew nothing of this student, so he figured that they had come from a different school, and, while he was going to say something sarcastic, he said, “Welcome to Wolfborn! Do you want to team with me against these fools?”
Syn had noticed Mr. Hughes still watching, and he had stayed on his good side. “Now if he says yes, I have to cooperate with someone who I don’t even know the powers of in a battle...” thought Syn.

Crystal was circling around him as a cheetah, and Jesse had the perfect idea. He crouched down, and slammed his hand onto the floor. A large wall rised out of the floor, as an attempt to stop Crystal. He looked around, and saw a very vivid student being talked to by Syn. Quickly, he thought back in the battle. 'I guess I'm able to counter a lot of Crystal's stuff with decently simple things. She did avoid my bullets though, which is surprising since she fell back in shock from me using anchors. It didn't even hit her, it was a move to pull me back.

'Hey, Mr. Hughes! Is there a ring or something we need to throw someone out of? What's the requirement to win?'.

Bellamy looked at the kid and said "yeah sounds fun, you must be Syn, my name is Bellamy and this is Lupa" he pointed at Lupa and help his hand out to Syn. He turned his head to Lupa and said "Lupa you will stay here, ok" Lupa barked and he stroked the wolf's head softly. "So what can you do, I can do this" he said to Syn, moving his hand at extreme speeds.

“If you get your opponent down for a few seconds, you win.” Mr. Hughes told Jesse, “Like a wrestling match that the normals do.”

Crystal instantly stopped, sitting down and grabbing the dirt with her claws. Athena got caught in the corner of her eye, and it sparked an idea. She turned into one, then flew over to Jesse, grabbing him with the lion paws, and trying to push his body with her bird feet. She cheerfully cooed, then turned into an electric eel, tried to lightly send electric onto him, then became a griffin once again and kept pushing down. (You can say you win if you want, Crystal owes Roman a win :3)

“Yeah, my name is Syn.” Replied Syn begrudgingly, “And this is my pet, Therian.” He completely glossed over his other pet, and he ignored the newcomer’s question of his power by continuing the other conversation, “That seems like a pretty good power. Do you ever get tired or can you just go super fast forever?”

"Why didn't you say so?" The Brians said, as 4 of them disappeared into the real Brian. He then held out his hand, his eyes glowing with purple. He then attempted to bind Roman to the floor.

Meanwhile, with the clone in his room (yes, he didn't go away) , Brian's room was in a messy state. He left Bug in his room after defense class started, who started to peck at his owner, who appeared to be going crazy.

Bellamy said "well I don't really get tired, but I do need to eat alot of food as I burn a lot of calories." He turned to watch the current 'battle' he was watching for any weaknesses. He pulled a chocolate bar from a pouch on Lupa's back and ate it, he liked to keep food in the pouch so he could constantly keep his energy/calorie levels up.

Levi was still looking for someone until he saw Crystal with Jesse. He ran up to the both of them. He yelled at both to pause their what seemed like training (OOC: sorry if im wrong). He was hoping they would stop for a few seconds to listen to what Levi had to say. Meanwhile, Mark was taken to a secret base, filled with tons of dangerous weapons and gadgets. Mark was taken out of the capsule and thrown into an electric prison.

"Hey let me out of he-" said Mark stopping suddenly, as he noticed blue sparks coming from the prison bars. He knew he shouldn't touch it because it could badly injure him, so he backed up. He then notices the black figure isn't a black figure anymore. It looked like a man with a yellow aura emmiting from his body.

Jesse was pinned down by Crystal the griffin, and without access to his arms, which were also lightly shocked, he couldn't use much magic... ah. Jesse attempted to levitate into the air, and threw her off when Levi appeared up to them. He created an energy blast in his hand, just in-case Brian got the idea to attack him off-guard, or even Crystal. He bent down to reach Levi's size, or close enough. 'Is something wrong? You look really stressed..'.

Roman quickly turned into smoke which would cause Brian to go through him as if he wasn't there to begin with. "Nice try!" He said, afterward he quickly reverted back to his human form and attempted to sweep kick him once more. Athena in the background squawked a few times and flapped her wings a little as if cheering for Roman, but quickly turned her head over to Crystal who took on the form of a griffin, much to her curiosity.

"What the-?" Brian said as Roman escaped. "Dangit." He said annoyed, laying on the floor by the sweep kick. Brian didn't feel like sparring again, as his powers were defensive, and binding won't work on Roman. He could help Crystal, but two on one wouldn't be fair. Brian decided to see what's happening with his other clone. He looked around and saw Bug pecking him. He quickly returned him to Byte form and put him in his bottle. The clone sat on Brian's bed and started to play on his phone that he left in his dorm.

When Crystal was thrown off of Jesse, and she also saw Brian on the floor, as well as a distressed looking Levi running up to them, she shouted out, “That’s a win for you.. Brian, you alright?” She said, lending a hand to get him up. “You can make clones now, too? That’s amazing!” She giggled, then pulled Jesse and Roman into a hug, “Well done, guys! Good luck with Syn and.. that new guy!” She waved at Bellamy, “Hey there, I’m Crystal! It’s nice to meet you.” She quickly ran up to Levi with Jesse as the creature came shouting over to them, and she patted his head lightly, “He does.. where’s Mark, Levi? Is he okay?” She asked, even knowing he couldn’t talk, she needed answers, she was worried about their old friend. “We haven’t seen Mark for ages, what if something happened to him?” She had to walk away when Mr. Hughes pointed them over to the bench, then gestured Syn and Bellamy over to get ready to spar.

After Roman won his spar against Brian, he smiled lightly, clearly satisfied with his win. Athena in the background appeared to be congratulating him by letting out another squawk in excitement, which Roman found adorable. When Crystal pulled him and Jesse in for a hug, he couldn't help but blush heavily. Once released, he looked over at Syn who appeared to be talking to an unfamiliar individual, clearly a new student who he may end up sparring with, but he preferred to fight Syn so he had the chance to show him his place. He looked down at Levi which made him wonder where Mark was, Crystal appeared to be asking Levi that question and waned to help when he got the chance, but for now he focused on the lesson... and the chance to put the thief that was Syn face first into the dirt.

A beep came from the left of Brian's vision, signaling that something was happening. He switched over to the class's side, as Crystal offered her hand to him. "Yeah, I'm fine. I'm honestly as surprised as you are," He said to her, getting up. Brian did get a headache though. He then teleported to the bench, and thought about introducing himself to the new student after the sparring.

Syn saw that Crystal and Brian had walked off the field and said to his partner, Bellamy, “It’s our turn. I guess I should tell you my powers. I can shapeshift. End of Story.”
Syn walked onto the field and glared at Roman, his worst enemy. He couldn’t wait to prove his strength to the pompous rich kid so that Roman wouldn’t insist on stopping Syn’s thievery. Just to be extra annoying, Syn turned into Roman and yelled across the field, “You can’t win. Either way, one Roman will lose. Are you ready to lose?”

Bellamy walked up this was ridiculous, he sped forward and punched Roman in the stomach and gave Jesse a slight nudge. He then sped back so he was next to Syn acting as if nothing had happen. "Right let's get them." he said turning to Syn, electricity sparked round his eyes and he rapidly checked the ground for anything that might trip him up.

Roman was clearly vexed when Syn transformed into himself in order to mock him, this caused him to lower his guard as he felt himself get punched in the stomach by some kind of blur. He managed to keep his cool for now and not react to the punch too much... but the bright red glow in his eyes was a clear sign he was angry... and not something one should take lightly. "Syn..." Roman said in a sinister tone. "...I'm going to enjoy this." He added as he clicked his bones one by one, his neck, shoulders, hips and especially his knuckles. Athena looked at Roman with clear concern and worry.

Levi showed Jesse a very badly drawn picture of Mark being thrown into a capsule, and the black figure. Then Levi attempted to make a visual story of what had happened. It was better than the drawing, and it was easier to understand. Meanwhile, back at the secret base, the figure looked at Mark with an evil grin. He told Mark in a very serious voice , "Your not getting out of here until you give me what I want." Mark got angry and attempted to attack the evil man, but the figure used a very strong blast from an energy gun to putbhim back in his place. "What even is it that you want?" says Mark, with a little amount of fear. The figure walks up, showing exactly what he looks like, a man with a hoodie and a yellow aura, and then replies to Mark question by saying, "I want you to join the evil side."

“Ok. Let’s do this, Rowan, or whatever your name is! It isn’t important anyway.” Said Syn, looking over at Jesse, who seemed distracted from the sparring match. Mr. Hughes, who hadn’t noticed that, started the match anyway. “Ha! Now it’s two against one! Get ready to lose, you imperious fool!”
At that moment, several arms sprouted from Syn, until he had at least ten, not that anyone was counting, and they all turned into exceptionally long blades, stretching across the battlefield until they began to reach Roman.

Roman's fists lightly shook with anger at Syn's words, the only thing he wanted coming from Syn was to apologize and beg for the mercy that he wouldn't receive. He dashed forward toward Syn, he jumped (sometimes with flips) over his blades whenever they were about to cut him or transformed into smoke to phase through. One in range, he was about to deal a devastating punch at Syn, only to turn into smoke once more to go through him and attempted to deliver a heavy attack from behind.

Syn graced himself for the punch from Roman in the front, but was completely surprised when the student went for the back. In a last ditch attempt to avoid being punched int he back, he turned into water and was absorbed into the ground. He wasn’t quite sure what to do now, but he exited the ground quickly from a different spot, so as not to be on the ground for too long and accidentally lose. “Is that the best you can do, rich kid?” He taunted the fellow student some more.

Jesse turned around to see Roman and Syn fighting. As an instinct of anger, he did the same thing to make the wall appear, and then made it bend around them, before it'd pushed them towards Levi, where most others were. 'Excuse me, but can you save the fight? After we figure out what Levi means by panicking, then you can fight. Mark could be in trouble!'. Jesse had shouted that rather loud, and now looked over at Levi's picture. 'I think Mark has been captured!'

Syn struggles against the wall that suddenly appeared, but to no avail. “Why in the world did you interrupt that Jesse!? That was just getting good! And how can you tell all that from a single bad drawing? How can it even draw? It’s a fish! We should ask Crystal just to be sure, she can talk to animals, right? We haven’t seen Mark in a really long time, do you think he even goes to Wolfborn anymore?”
Then Syn remembered what he had asked the defense teacher about earlier, and that the teacher had never answered. Within a few seconds, a blade shot out of Syn’s back towards the teacher, surprising the teacher a ton and getting too close before he could create a shield, and Syn said, “Tell us what I asked earlier or I swear you will pay.”

Bellamy had got bored he had raced of and grabbed a donut and a coffee, he was now back in the room, before anyone noticed he'd gone. "So no fight then" he mumbled with his mouth full. He walked over and said "so, you saying this kid was taken, by who exactly?" He finished his donut and began to drink his coffee. He realised he had some how forgotten milk and whizzed to add some, he returned approximately a second later.

A dark hole, cold and secluded; one would doubt that anyone else was anywhere near them. The only light in the room for the seemingly longest time was the occasional spark which fly from the guarded bars of a cell. This cell, held two students... barely even on campus long enough to meet anyone before being kidnapped and brought to this cellar area. Amelia and Braydon were into familiar with each other but they were together when a shadowy hand dragged them both away before either could react. While Amelia sat in the corner with arms crossed and a worried expression overtaking her entire body, Braydon panted heavily as he prepared again to kick the bars down. With shredded clothes and a battered body, it was apparent that Braydon was losing his fight with the cage. For whatever reason, neither of the student could muster up the energy to use their powers.
Suddenly, a noise in the distance caused both kids to look up. Braydon growled slightly, balling his fists and preparing to challenge what he assumed was his kidnapper; but Amelia silenced him with a glare. Though he had not revealed himself before, a seemingly large man now stood before a cell opposite to Amelia and Braydon and was talking in a low voice. The pair stayed silent.

"What?!" yelled Mark. He was not going to become evil just because some man with a yellow hoodie kidnapped him. Mark added to his own sentence by saying, "I can't do that! I would betray my friends, and that's not right!" The man was very angry and threatened to kill Mark if he did not listen. "I'm coming back....." said the man, as he left to find something. Mark noticed two other people, a guy and a girl, at the opposite cell of his, but he never saw them before because he never looked in their direction. "Hello?" said Mark, with curiosity as to who these unknown people were.

"Hey! Wait! Scardy-Cat, stop disappearing." Braydon yelled to the figured, who seemed to ignore the male's cries as he faded into the shadows. Braydon pounded his fist on the bars, which made a loud noise, he seemed to bare the shock for a moment before being thrown backwards with sudden force. Braydon let out a groan in response to Mark's question- "Kidnapped? Fun." Braydon remarked sarcastically, it was clear that he too was a student.
"How far do you think we are from campus? Can you use your powers?" Amelia finally stood, looking at Mark through the bars with a fierce glare. Braydon looked back toward Amelia and huffed, he wondered if they were randomly targeted, or chosen; why did this dude need recruits so badly?

Instinctively, before he could think what would happen as a consequence, or even as a bonus, Jesse threw a large energy blast at Syn's blade. 'Just because I stopped your fight, WHICH me and that purple guy with you should also be in, are you angry? Hence why now you're attempting to threaten a teacher. Are you actually serious?!'. Jesse still had a counter ready if Syn's anger got the best of him.

Looking at the cages, with multiple students in them, a figure who was watching from the shadows produced from minimal lighting in the prison-like area. 'We're doing so good, no need to even attempt a fight with a student. I mean, one bit my hand, but heh.... I'm gonna put it as he recieved some karma. Speedster, I forget your name, you there? I honestly can't see.'. The figure, a particularly tall one, was in a good mood, and had a bit of a scary vibe. There was an evident shiver from a prisoner student as he mentioned karma.

(The student who shivered is just a one-time use, I'm not using him. I'll tell everyone before I have any other characters, chances I wont't.)

"Yes, Harrison, I am here." said Zack. Zack held up a glow stick so that Harrison could see him clearly. "Here, take one." said Zack as he passed Harrison a glow stick to use as well. Zack looked on a shelf filled with different unknown liquids contained in potion-shaped bottles, and he grabbed one that was royal purple color. He also grabbed a syringe and walked to Mark's cell.

Mark noticed that the yellow-hooded man was holding a syringe and bottle filled with a weird liquid, and Mark was not super scared, but when he saw that the figure walking up to him, he was frightened. He backed up in fear. The figure walked up and said, "Last chance. Will you join the dark side, or not? Mark knew he would still have the same answer no matter what. "No!" was of course Mark's answer. "I don't care what you do to me, I won't help you, that's not a good friend!"

The figure was furious, and decided to finally 'finish the job'. He put some of the purple liquid into the syringe, and he shot it with great force at Mark. The shot went through without touching the bars, because of it's small size, and it hit right into Mark's thigh. Mark screamed in pain, as it hurt badly. Mark stopped screaming suddenly, as he put his head down. The figure watched as his plan worked. Mark's hair turned indigo color, all ten tentacles grew out as they turned violet purple, and then Mark's skin turned violet purple, and his shirt ripped off fully. Mark then put his head up, and his eyes were purple as well, and then he said, "What do you need me to do?" The figure smirked and looked at Mark with happiness in his eyes.

Renwick entered the room to see the people inside including the prisoner and the now transformed Mark. He turned to whoever was incharge, he kept forgetting "I think the rest of those kids are catching on." He looked Mark up and down, "hey love the look" he reached out a tendril and raised it towards Mark "up high, mate".(High five as Renwick has tendrils and Mark has tentacles)
