Zed
His Wings of Death finished Masaru off, the man’s last words not fazing Zed. The loud revving of a vehicle soon got his attention, the Adept turning to see Leon kick a motorcycle in his direction, forcing Zed to fly slightly lower to avoid it, raising his Eclipse Solaire as it passed overhead to cleanly cut it in half. The officer wasn’t done, sprinting towards Zed as he fired several bullets at the Adept, who raised an arm in response, sending a flurry of birds to intercept them. As before, it took two bullets to completely take out one of the birds, and Zed’s constant supply would greatly hinder Leon’s progress.
Then, Eitri’s voice called out to him from above, even telling Leon and Omega to cease their fire. She wanted to… see his most powerful attack? In a more restricted space such as this, with the barrier closing in around them… it could be devastating. And if it increased his odds of victory, he would oblige.
“With pleasure!”

Ring of fire encircles a world in twilight
Flame becomes my sword and wings
Crimson expands endlessly into hope

“Legitima Futura!”
Once again, Zed’s ultimate attack began with a storm of birds raining down from above, sweeping along the ground, threatening anyone in the vicinity. Some of them headed back up into the air and towards Eitri, where they would be joined by a row of Rexcaliburs, another row of them dropping to the ground below, releasing a wave of golden flowers upon impact.
Finally, a ring of blinding, golden flame burst from Zed’s position, expanding outwards and threatening to deal devastating damage to those in the area. This time, the part of the final attack headed for Eitri seemed to be brighter and hotter than before, while the part of the ring closest to the ground appeared weaker in comparison. Zed was prioritizing the girl as his target, just as she wanted.

Jack
The big angry turtle had taken some damage, but it wasn’t out yet. And the attacks only seemed to make him angrier. Powerful electricity burst from the Koopa King, arcing from one fighter to the next, Jack letting out a painful scream as the volts coursed through his body.
“Focus, Ghostrunner. This is no match for you!”
Coming from the Architect, it was surprising to hear what seemed to be genuine cheering for him. His body tensed up due to the electricity, he found himself unable to let go, but his blade had not fully reached its mark. Just a little more. Morton went into a stomping tantrum, blasts of fire and energy heading this way and that, Jack mostly safe from them, but with the fiery man’s attack approaching... He had a chance here. A risk to take. A choice.
Like hell he wasn’t going to take it.
“The bigger they are…”
Letting out a shout of both pain and determination, the Ghostrunner’s acceleration module fired on all cylinders, gaining a burst of speed with the sole goal of driving his weapon through Bowser.
