If that lawnmower had a battery pack it could take down Time Man as well :p
Point is, while I usually agree that time manipulation is OP, Time Man's variation is so flawed and weak that it's hardly worth much. Literally any sort of electricity renders it useless. Time Man isn't on the same level as Cut Man, much less X or Y.

Hahahaha oh that’s rich.

Megaman is a robot, he runs on electricity and oil, yet he is affected, and so are many many many many MANY other robots. You underestimate him so hard that you think a rat that was beat by a lawn trimming device can beat him. His arrows (which he can spawn a large sum of) alone can topple most opponents, being able to stab right through people in their mediocre sized variation. I’m honestly wondering if your just yanking my chain right now

You're severely overestimating Time Man. While I may be giving him the short end of the stick a bit, you're giving him the end too long for him to hold. Sure, Mega Man's affected by the Time Slow, but that's because his electricity is fully interior. Elec Man just stands there and Time Man can't do shit to anyone. At all.

How about we just say "Timeman is vulnerable to electricity, but not helpless against even tiny sparks" kinda thing. As I don't think him having the weakness is a bad thing but he should also not be a helpless child around even the most minor voltage.

Is that fair?

As said, has electricity more than a nuclear power plant. What are the odds that Timeman would run into an enemy of that magnitude? Or better yet being of that attribute AND of that magnitude? Slim to none. That’s a weakness that so far no character here can use to their advantage except thor. So that supposed weakness that made him weaker than cutman is now outnofbthe question

Well his time cannot be disrupted by electricity lower than that magnitude, as far as time flow is concerned. He made the case that it would be 100% nullified in pichu’s presence and pichu would beat him near instantly, which is all sorts of wrong. While defensively he may have a slight weakness to it, normally it wouldn’t affect his time flow

Elecman yeah but I haven’t introduced him yet. Robin, as in from bat man?

X, y, and Z, I have no earthly idea was their powers even are to be frank. And weather or not they have a neuclear power plant’s worth of electricity in them is another.

Pokemon communication with electricity does not equal to a nuclear power plant either. So that’s no dice

This is also during the time that Timeman is still with doctor Wiley, so that’s a thing.

Also, they did kind of walk into his base. I’m sure he wouldn’t have been able to hack them the usual way. But now they are isolated inside a facility of his, a controlled environment to maximize said signal directly to the source
