Neb has this idea to work around Alolan forms:
Southern half of the region is Tropical and Northern half is more urbanized and in the southern half your pokemon evolve into the alolan forms
thoughts?
I mean I just had him moving from Alola but sure.Works for me. The Polynesian then works well then for the southern part
that sounds cool, what if it’s like there’s this usb cable to pokeball holder and then if you put the pokeball inside the holder and then put a TM inside like a dvd reader you can do the tutorial that way or you can go to a pokemon center and the machines that are used to transfer pokemon to a professor has a dvd area to use tms onI mean I just had him moving from Alola but sure.
Also idk bout you, but since most tms are depicted as disks, I was gonna have Rowan carry around a laptop he can insert discs in and that would be how his Pokemon would learn the moves.
Also Zandy: *Forgets he's in the Southern Region and accidentally Alola's his Pokemon* Fack!I personally don’t care for Alola, nor do I Alolan forms, but it wouldn’t ruin the experience for me or anything.

And in Fire Red Leaf Green when TM are used you see the pokemom put the disc to their head and absorb the knowledge or something
Gastly does thoughGender: I don’t think ghosts have genders

Aww man, gym leader would have been better. But I’ll take Elite 4According to the Polls, the winners of the two last spots are Ground and Grass.
The Bios is pretty basic.Do those of us why already create a bio with our own forms remake our characters with the current form?
So just need to edit in an inventory then?You do however, probably want to get your inventory in order.
@Mystic Zander
@Retro Master
@Godjacob
@Shen: King of the Mist
@5DigitNeb
@Grand Master Koop
@DarkHydraT
@Swirled
Do note that an Inventory section has been added to the bios. Each character will be allowed to carry up to 5 items with them excluding essentials. (Essentials being food, water, sleeping bags, change of clothing etc.)
Yes, that about sums it up.So just need to edit in an inventory then?
tryhard. Should’ve just made a list smh (for appearance)Name: Levi Crowell
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Description: A relatively average looking boy, standing around 5’7, with a semi-athletic build, good for movement. Short and messy chestnut brown hair pushed back and to the left, dim emerald green eyes, and fair to lightly sun-kissed skin.
Prefers solid color schemes.
Commonly seen in a black collared jacket and white t-shirt. His legs are protected by a pair of either black or blue jeans, and his feet by a pair of black boots or sneakers.
Keeping the theme of his clothes, Levi carries a gray backpack slung over his left shoulder.
Personality: Levi has quite the upbeat spirit. Constantly cracking jokes, befriending strangers, and looking for something interesting to do.
While this may be good for meeting new people, it always seems to get him into some form of trouble.
Thankfully, the boy isn’t just a loud mouth. Levi has his studious side that peaks through best in battles, but always helps him get out of the sticky situations he repeatedly finds himself in.
Levi was born on the Island of Cinnabar, in the Region of Kanto, to a loving mother and father.
Not surprisingly, the chestnut haired boy took a liking to Pokémon at a very you age thanks to his parents.
Said parents, Alex and Rose Crowell, were dedicated Pokemon Researchers in training.
Fortunately for his family, by the time Levi was 9, his mother and fathers hard work had paid off, and they were offered a job as assistants to none other than the renowned Pokémon Professor, Samuel Oak.
With little hesitation, the Crowell family packed up and moved to Pallet Town to finally start the life they had been dreaming of.
This change was great for the young Levi as well. What better place to learn about Pokémon than here?
The youngest of the Crowell family spent his next few years religiously studying Pokémon in and out of the Lab, hoping to one day show his parents, and ‘Mr. Oak’, that he would become a great Professor in his own right.
By the age of 13, Oak had acknowledged Levi’s impeccable determination, and offered the boy a gift he had been wanting for many years, an internship.
Oak wished to start Levi off with something small, but the boy refused. He wanted to provide genuine contributions, and he made it known.
Thanks to this same determination we’ve seen before, and a long winded discussion, Oak finally cracked. He informed Levi of a peculator Pokemon his old friend Professor Birch was studying in the Hoenn Region, a Pokemon called Nincada.
Oak informed Levi that his old friend had been researching Nincada’s unique evolutionary traits in its natural habitats, and needed a good assistant.
This position as an assistant was soon filled by Levi, who proved to be quite the helpful young scientist during his explorations.
Shortly before his 15th birthday, Levi finally returned to Oak’s Lab. The young man had several books full of notes, many stories, and a small Trapinch by his side.
Impressed by the boys success, Oak decided to keep the young man around and use him to help with research expeditions.
Over the next year, Levi made many discoveries traveling across most of the Kanto region, but felt someone somewhat unsatisfied considering many of his personal discoveries had already been found by Professor Oak.
Oak, being perceptive enough to notice this small lapse in his interns determination, informed the boy of a region that had been catching the eye of several Pokémon Researchers as of late. Said region was filled with various Pokémon from various other Regions, and it’s peculiar climate seemed to have a strange evolutionary effect on certain wild Pokémon.
Levi had heard enough. With his sights set on this new region, his curiosity sparked once again, and Trapinch at his side, he began his next adventure with high hopes.

Groups will probably be allowed to form pretty naturally.Anyways into different topics
How should we be splitting the group?
I’ll have you know I have yet to complainGeez, so impatient, the lot of you ~w~
alright I seeGroups will probably be allowed to form pretty naturally.
We have 9 Ocs
So I imagine we might break into 3 person teams or something. Who knows.
Do note that since the move slots are limited (6-8 moves per Pokemon | 2 Egg moves Allowed)
You may want to keep track of the moves your Pokemon knows. Perhaps in your signature or something.
So regarding TMs and Move Tutors, again, ww still need someway to keep them fairly limited and what not.
So we can either use the money system or we can try some sort of limitation by Gym-badges?
The latter doesn't really work for people who don't do the league challenge though.
In that case, they should be reusable, because you'd only get 8 Tms throughout the RP, 5 for contest goers, and 13 for Devin who does both.Mostly gyms and contests, with TM’s able to be bought once, and once more every time a gym or contest is done?
Eh, that'd kinda distract from the RP.Hmm, for acquiring money I guess our characters could pick up some work while in a city
Yeah that might be trueEh, that'd kinda distract from the RP.
