No. I’m for fairness. Having 1 or two unique mixes or traits are awesome, but one you’d tart loading an Oc with many OP factors they start to become bland or a character right out of a fanfic you know?

Like look at Zaku, my character. He has one justu and no bloodline at all. Yet he became 2nd/3rd in the finals and got the rank of chunnin

To be honest, everyone had to explain how most of their abilities were aquired, so I’m not sure why she’d have any special treatment. Chidori I’m okay with you having, just curious as how she got it
