Kakuzu had some incredibly strong jutsu like Lightning Style: False Darkness. Since he got these jutsus by stealing hearts with Earth Grudge Fear, others can't get these jutsus right?

However, while he did invent these justu in this fashion, he mainly used them in order to manipulate many natures at a time. I think one would be theorically possible to weild. But definitely not more than one, and especially not with the masked drones

To weild multiple, I think that’s why he created them originally, to bypass the multiple natures problem.
However, he still invented these techniques, (or at least we think). It’s posisble to learn one of these, sure. But how is the question
How is indeed the question, I highly doubt that hard work and perseverance will be enough. Maybe someone out there knows how to learn one but I am positive that they would be a Kage
