I think Shura would be in the Azure Dragon faction, but he has received some training from all 4(If that's ok)
I'm not sure about Shiho yet, but I think she fits into the black turtle faction
Well, what fighting style does he intend to have?
I haven't gone into the explicit descriptions of the Factions and their combat styles, but the three factions, Turtle, Dragon, and Tiger are a wide umbrella that covers most fighting styles.
I also mentioned its possible to join more than one faction. It's just that your main factions will be the one you represent.

The styles are vastly different, so while he could receive training in all four that'd make him sorta terrible at all of them.
The Dragons alone have several fighting styles under them, from Hinagiku's fluid but impactful Wind-Earth-Water combo, to the Sagisō's more counter oriented combat style.
To put them simply, the Azure Dragon train any style that has flexibility at its core, while the White Tiger trains any style that takes a more direct approach to combat. E.g. Furījia will fight by running her chakra through her spear and then whipping it around with such terrifying speed that it will produce booms of thunder. Hence why her spear is named Raiju (Thunder Beast), she'll also train a bit in the Azure Dragon style, but that'll only be to augment her spear techniques, since her spear is collapsible, and she'll need fluidity to wield it in a way similar to nunchaku.
The turtle style is almost purely defensive, and the vermilion bird train literally everything that isn't combat ninjutsu. Barrier, Sealing, Medical ninjutsu, Espionage, Scouting, Cooking, Cleaning, etc. This faction produces all the maids, chefs and otherwise Auxillary personnel in the clan.
To train in all the factions...isn't very feasible nor is it very effective. It's like trying to train in every combative and non-combative skill in the ninja world.
Then you'll want the Azure Dragon Faction, the fluidity and mobility is probably what you'd want for dodging and then countering or attacking from a range.
Yeah Azure Dragons fits Shura the most, just said he has received training form the other faction as well

Probably didn't train medical ninjutsu.
If you're gonna learn something from the Vermilion bird faction, then it's should just be a thing or two to supplement your fighting style.
Sagisō learned a bit of Sealing jutsu there, but she uses it for the two seals on her arms that hold her Ninja tools.
I wouldn't recommend trying to learn too many skills this early on. You'll be too Mary Sue.

They needed more interaction. They had good stuff through Second Exam and the 3rd Prelim match...but then nothing apart from Madoka's comments to Zaku during the hospital that was one post.

Lel Kiro wishes he could see and control his chakra points at the same level a Hyūga can. Mastering a certain variation I had in mind for the lighting armor would progress so much smoother for him.

Danzo was only a tiny sliver below Jin, and even then he got away with practically dooming the world. I doubt a death threat and a heavy insult would warrant such a death wish, especially for being the leader of most military assets and hunter nin special forces. I think I’m doing just fine.
See, Danzo did this shit discretely. The Yuki have no meaning of that word XD, all their defiance is way out in the open, and that realistically should not have the success it has had with the Yuki. Who have instead gotten literally everything they want with no challenge so far despite showing no respect to foreign or domestic government.

Danzo outright called Hiruzen a coward and tried to have him assasinated...several times XD. And he got away with all of that!
Jin is blunt. He doesn’t beat around the bush, and he expects results and quick. And he also doesn’t believe in the word setback, so if someone who has the power to help him won’t budge whatsoever, he will outlast them. He is warfare minded to the core in that sense.
That was mostly filler. Danzo is more of an operate within the shadows kind of character, he'd never be as reckless as the ANBU Kakashi flashabcks would have one believe.
I get that, but it feels incredibly unrealistic how the Yuki do all this and face zero consequences for anything. Attacking foreign civilians, openly mocking and wishing death on their own Kage & hero of the Mist. I get their MO but they just get whatever they want nor are ever at risk for anything and it suspends my disbelief.

Hey hey hey, you can’t play that card. It happened in screen so it kept defiantly counts. Not to mention the council itself got away with a lot, insulting tsunade and Hiruzen at every chance they got.
The foreign civilians was Kai, and was mainly supposed to be a gag, but instead got turned into...this. Again if I knew it would be used against me I would never have wrote it. Even then, he’s facing consequences.
It’s like the head of the Uchiha mocking Hiruzen and insulting him. They are a a powerful clan and the strongest in the leaf with godly powers at their disposal. Even without the godly powers they are the biggest military branch, and Hiruzen wouldn’t lash out at them
There's a difference between insults and death threats. And I don't count everything I see on screen. Otherwise we have to accept Mecha Naruto and ninja ostrichs.
Again, sorry to have put you in that spot. But again he is punished by the Yuki, who themselves got nothing for threatening all of Konoha even though it was clearly said that we brought Kiro in for question which concerned national security. And they'll get nothing, nothing more than even a spineless slap on the wrist for this to.
Pretty sure the Uchiha's attitude got them plenty of punishments. Even suspected actions got them punishments, and when they aimed for a coup they all ended up dying.
