Given that she would've made the connection between her past self and Furijia shouldn't she have been more wary of judging Furijia a non-fighter.

Like I'm not concerned with the fact that Sakura thinks Furijia improved greatly, but I am disgruntled by the assessment of non-fighter.

If the rest of us adopt the idea that Furijia's initial level is 'non-fighter' that'll seriously limit how much I can develop her because it'll be viewed as too large a strength increase for too short a time period.

Academy student level to Sannin disciple level in 3 months already gives the impression of a stupidly large growth rate and that'll become a problem.

To be fair, that is just me saying that here. All I said in the RP itself was that Furijia improved. Nothing more nothing less, but I get your overall point.

To be fair, that is just me saying that here. All I said in the RP itself was that Furijia improved. Nothing more nothing less, but I get your overall point.

The discussion has too major an impact on how the characters are viewed for me to ignore that point though ~w~

The RPers interpretation of characters and scenarios is very important.

The most pressing example at the moment is Seiun. I really don't want Soul to put Seiun in a situation where Hyo needs to be the one to save him, because she'll easily let him die if it means it makes her mission easier. That's the view point from which most anti-Mei or even neutral kirishinobi should be looking at things because their society is a caste system that encourages it.

The third caste are meat shields to be sacrificed to danger as long as it benefits the Mist.

This goes for both Seiun, and I would even argue Kiro.

The way Hyo sees it, Seiun is an immense oddity for being so loyal to people who literally view you as nothing more than an animal meant to die for them when the time comes.

She'll keep her distance from him because he's either hopelessly delusional, or an amazingly profound schemer who's trying to string them all along. She'll keep even further away once she realizes he has lightning release.

In hindsight, I need to create charactert descriptions to frame how my characters respond to situations based on how I intended their personalities to be.

Its not the fact of impressiveness. It’s more so the fact of number. People with more quantity tend not to go is on the quality of their characters (hear me out.) In the exams you were more willing to let and oc be eliminated than anyone else, as most had only one or two Oc’s. And so that lead to them fighting harder and being more creative to keep their sole Oc in the fight, leaving your numbers to be smacked down. Get what I mean?

In the exams you were more willing to let and oc be eliminated than anyone else, as most had only one or two Oc’s. I totally understand that and it makes sense. I am the guy who will take more losses given I have multiple characters and can "afford" to.

It's more how they lost that is the major issue than anything else. Kenji and Tomiko most famously. Madoka got a good showing against Zaku so I don't feel as bad for her loss to name a contrast.

Has nobody read my first post? He's always had two headbands. But now his Cloud headband is primary and his leaf is secondary.

He been bombed the arena floor in front of Kai, who's group was tapering off away from the Mizukage. Plus, paper bombs don't have much radius, even with multiple explosions, the Mizukage would've been fine.

Katsuo wouldn't put an officials life at risk. You knowing his persona better than anyone could've guessed that him waiting for the opportune moment was likely.

Katsuo: The Mizukage was nearby during my escape from Kai's outburst. So out of anger he claims it was a bombing huh? Rather spicy plot twist.

Ehhhhhh it still was an explosive device targeted at Kai, who was literally three feet from the Mizukage so I’d still count it lol

I wanna know what causes this to happen, is Katsuo still salty about Mori's suspicion or is he trying to enter the love triangle? You do have a point though, Mori would probably get beaten heavily by Katsuo

I've started writing a...pretty major event for Furījia's backstory, and well, it's a hefty little piece. I'll take a page from Shen's book and try to find some fitting music to play behind it though. Oh, I'll take suggestions though, I only managed to find fitting pieces for two sections.

I'm looking for something to play in the background while you read through Furījia's internal trauma.

Sounds good, I guess I just wait until the opportunity to reflect on the past presents itself, although it should be easy for Seiun, since assuming he survives being a meat-shield, he'll probably leave temporarily to do some soul searching, hence segwaying into his backstory.
